pocohantas: Okay. I read that they don’t use “meat”, except a particular type, which I guess should be the tinko meat. What is tinko meat? I am not in a hurry, I will take my time to get every right.
Yea, I will use dry cat fish, but I will pieces it. Can’t stand seeing whole dry fish o. We do use meat (goat and cow). Tinko meat is a very strong meat. I don't know how they make it....if they use it to stone someone continuously, he/she might pass out They soak it in hot water before using.....tinko meat full Effurun market for warri. I'll get a pics for you |

pocohantas: Premium fresh fish hah? Something like cat fish or tilapia. I plan to use smoked fish too. I am planning ahead. I don’t know all the native ingredients, but someone would source it for me.
Can I use both? The smoked and the fresh? What of stock fish? Shrimps? You can use shrimps. I don't think the traditional Banga soup uses stock fish. In all my eating of local Banga soup.in Delta State, I haven't seen any made with stock fish. Proteins mainly used Dried catfish Tinko meat Beef Dried fish Croaker.... I may be wrong |

Lool @ the bolded - armateur baker like me. I was wondering what I did wrong I wanted to pour to 3/4 level of the paper but it was pouring away the shape was not coming out fine it was looking shapeless. I just decided to pour little I never knew one still had to place in a cup cake pan.

Under16: Ipomoea batatas and onion-pepper sauce.
I learned the secret of making that sauce in 1999 while on vacay in my Aunty's house in Cotonou.
I am also undergoing a personal photography traiining. Which frame do u like most? Judging by the pics, you used artificial light The light ray is not evenly distributed. Ensure it is evenly distributed before shooting. I love the background. I'll go with the first frame. I also love the way you used the botanical name (Ipomoea batatas) observing the nomenclature rule. Are you a Botanist? FireRain: Can anyone help with guide to making homemade pizza.

NoToPile: Chocolate cake
Followed one 2017 receipe by akposy, it was very moist
Made some cupcakes for the babies, any hint to stop them from pouring out of the paper plate while pouring the cake mixture ?? Wow.I made that cake for my birthday before going to NYSC camp...how time flies. Can I get the recipe. I don't have it again. To stop them from pouring, use a cup cake pan. You have to put the cupcake papers in the cup can pans or tins before baking. The cake looks moist and yum. I called it Chocolate Mud Cake Modified. This is the pics
