.. about the "500" fish...I didn't like the taste at all. I think the fish is best cooked as "fish" peppersoup

I tried making doughnuts today but it didn't come out well. The first set was okay but others were partially burnt on the outside, but the inside was not cooked despite reducing the heat.

But if you can’t find it in store, you can make yours. Here’s how.

To make by hand: Place dry bread in a sealed bag. Smash with a rolling pin to break into crumbs. Place in a resealable bag, and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. If using fresh bread, place slices on a baking sheet and dry out slightly in a 300-degree-Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes.

You can dry the bread by roasting it in the oven. Make sure not to burn it
