Have you been able to find a solution cos I need it as I have been made the vice president of my fellowship�. I miss my introverted life, now I'm forced to talk and address people.

"preparation" is the solution i applied.i mean practice.whenever you are asked to preach or minister.just prepare what you would say,how you would act and the more you prepare and practice,you would gradually overcome or atleast master your stage fright.for example if am introduced to come upstage to minister,i shout a very big prai-----se the lord and by the time they respond with halleluyah my fright would have disappeared.it may just also help when you start with a joke as you come upstage,just feel incontrol and dont make eye contact with anyone just look into space.i did these on the day i did my seminar presentation in school and i spoke excellently and i received a standing ovation from my lecturers & professors.lastly always pray and ask God for help.as introversion is a challenge.

am an introvert but most of those thing i read up there sounds a bit crazy to me.i only can not address crowd in public. especially when am called to do so impromtu.i would panic and my heart beat fast fast but i dont avoid people much. but i am not a crowd person persay but i wouldnt do most of those thing that people did to avoid people.

likely causes are(1)bulimia-a eating disorder that instigates you to eat voraciously,especially when you are depressed or unhappy.you may crave food and use food to try to kill ur depression.(2)diabetes-early signs of diabetes causes a change in eating habit,making you to crave food more and eat more.but in this case you may begin to loose weight slightly or rapidly.(3)idleness-when you are always idle and bored it sometimes make you more hungry and to want to eat more.(4)stomach acidity/gastritis/ulcer can causes hunger pangs or burning sensation to which u respond to by eating constantly.
