SLS has truly disappointed me today He is talking of exchange rate and the government absrobing it ![]() why would the exchange rate affect price of petrol in Nigeria if we have our refinery ? What is SLS talking about ? |
Quote of the Day by NLC "Why should be pay higher for imported product, when we should pay lower for locally produced product" God bless Mr Aremu |
NLC GOOD BLESS YOU very good questions |
NLC Good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
The current man NLC talking is sooooo ON POINT !!!!! God bless him |
olawalebab:Abi !!!!!! I go relocate there soon ![]() |
LeoMax:Would there be subsidy if refinaries are working ? The investors would NOT NEED SUBSIDIES PAID to them if they have there own refinary because the cost of refining 1 barrel of oil is far less than 5 dollars thus the profit made would make subsidy insignificant. Moreover it is the job of the government to build refinaries not Private investors. |
Ivory coast and south africa are the only countries with refining capacity. Where is Nigeria ? Can people see that Madueke thinks she is talking to mumu people ? |
terrible comparison with china ![]() are this people talking to mumu s ? |
werepeLeri:abeg keep it to urself |
Mrs Madueke Please and please those refianries ARE OUT DATED Build a new one with the billions allocated to ur sector instead of buying 20 million euro house for urself ![]() |
BIGER BOY:Are you minding seun |
Seun:The man Agbakoba is ON POINT !!!!!! watch him properly. He is saying the reality. FACTS !!!!!!!!!!! Seun:What cost of production. Don't let Iweala lie to you the cost of refining One barrel of oil is less than 5 dollars Fact !!!! I have a friend from aramco the largest saudi araba oil company |
Iweala should shut her mouth ![]() No one is saying subsidy should not be removed. ALL WE ARE ASKING FOR IS FOR REFINERIES TO REFINE OUR OIL before the subsidy is removed This woman is comparing Nigeria to Libya Saudi Arabia etc when these countries have their own refineries Who does she think she is telling those B.S. Does she think everyone is silly ? telling use about cost of fuel higher in Nigeria than in Saudi, Madam it is because they have aramco oil which has refineries all over there country ![]() SMH. keep deceiving Nigerians |
EMANY 01:If men were god. what evil would they have done ? of course everyone knows, but sometimes people get carried away ![]() |
ak47mann:and you think yorubas and Hausas don't want "minorities" to be in the union ? Majority of our presidents are from the middle belt Last election dele momodou was from edo state along side sherkua vp Oluremi is itsekiri, miniter for lagos slot is from edo state. etc ak47mann, you have no point, but it is alright, the topic was opened in april it is december now. ![]() |
amor4ce:of course, that is why I said it is ignorance and self deceit Even way before the civil war, zik did not help the yoruba igbo relationship at all. Thanks to Zik of Onitsha aka Africa He is and was part of the problem that lead to the civil war and the way the country is today. But to tell you the truth, Zik is just one man out of millions of Igbos and thus, we can not say he represents evey single Igbo person. Same with Awolowo, but they don't understand that. What a shame, I am sorry to tell you but you would still receive more insults from them both on Nairaland and any other forum on the internet Egbon, ma binu ![]() but of course, they don't discuss the issue with non-igbos outside because they don't want to be seen as bigots. ![]() aburo Enjoy your nairaland ![]() |
Both parties are a disgrace to government but at least one has infrastructure to show despite their evilness and the others does not. I'll pick ACN over PDP anytime, any day. I pity Nigerians though, I really pity that country.
![]() Hurraaayyyy !!!!! WE HAVE ONE SANE POSTER HERE A toll gate can always be removed but the infrastruture would foreve remain there even after fashola and tiunbu die for a 200 years the bridge would still stand Would it not be better for PDP to build the second Niger bridge NOOOOWWWWW before it collapse and kill thousands of people ? Would it not be better for PDP to build us our roads and bridges and be collecting their silly toll fee ? One revolution can remove the toll gates aka touts but no revolution can build a road or a bridge |
amor4ce:Because of the civil war. Yes see, once any Igbo person reads up about the civil war, he generates hate for Awolowo and co. Actually, it is due to ignorance and self deceit. Now Awolowo is considered great in yorubaland and in the heart of every yoruba person. Thus if they insult awolowo, a yoruba person would be quick to insult the Igbo poster back. Once this is done, then it goes down the tribal line. But sometimes, it is taken too far. |
passionate88:I doubt that, I think he lost because of the zoning thing but it is alright. atleast we have a president now ![]() |
ak47mann:because of the way Ohaneze campaign last election. It made me wonder they they said it is turn of the Igbos and apparently, Jonathan changed his name to Azikwe ebele or so and thus they said he was Igbo enough to win their votes. So I though to myself, Tunde had been replaced by Emeka, would he had won the hearts of Ohaneze just like ebelemi was changed to ebele http://www.thedailyeagles.com/2011/04/17/president-goodluck-jonathan%E2%80%99s-ebele-is-ebelemi-not-igbo/ |
ak47mann:don't lie ![]() you know he would have |
amor4ce:Iro o !!! lets be careful Igbos are nice and gentle people, but the ones here on NL are another breed ![]() You can argue that the yorubas are more gentle than them, but in general, they are lovely sets of people |
Katsumoto:hmm leave him, let them have fun ![]() andre too won catch fun ![]() Ngodigha1:here it is you can called them Yoruba or yorobamu anyone you chose they would answer ![]() |
I for no mind if My state construct roads and bridges and toll them , because I know after two months no body will want to work there as toll collector , ask me why ?, becos some Kids will be Napped,
abi my brother.at least it has been built and the toll gates can always be removed in the next administration or something unlike some states that don't even have bridge and are complaining. LOL ![]() |
sheyguy:yes i did from the very beginning till now. ![]() |
sheyguy:dude clam down, amor4ce:gbammm well said |
Nchara:Nchara claim down o Biko nu there is more to udu than 1960 politics you know ayi ncha nokotara onu. please don't forget that, whether yoruba hausa or igbo Biko nwannem, jide obi gi aka and relax. daalu |
dayokanu:egbon, e fi won si le. ogun baifra e ta won lara and thus enu ma bi won si yoruba. O'je ka ma fi won sile ko so oro ti o ma wunwon. n dem business be that But te sen post won picture e, o kon je ko da bimpe, awon yoruba ni atako won (enemies) those picture and words you said would not improve things at all but only make things worse for both the Yoruba and the Igbos. E ma je ka ma parade yoruba bi awon omo ti own ni e'ko. We should be more mature. |
dayokanu:dayokanu, stop talking like that haba you need to understand that what you are doing is causing more hate that loveMo like e egbon, if they think yorubas are this and that, then so be it; why do you have to call a whole ethnic group lesser human, and you are a mod for that matter.egbon otito jare, ara ta awon omo igbo yi nitori ogun e, So please try to be sensitive |
Funkymallam:thank you. na gode dan uwana, sorry I got the impression that you were taking sides with PDP but thanks for the explanation. Whether roachas o or sanusi or fashola even Buhari again. All I just want to PDP kicked out of the political system. They have destoryed the country for too long. I would like to smell REAL fresh air (fresh ideas) not the same old promises and failure. Yes ACN is not way better than PDP but at least they are getting the job done. I like ROachas as well, he is very promising, I am keeping an eye on him as well. ![]() |
Funkymallam:CPC, ACN AND APGA are not regional parties APGA would win parts of lagos next election Insha Allah ACN is popular in the north. Sokoto and Borno to be precise. I know Alhaji Garba is still in ACN sokoto CPC was about to win parts of the middle belt Yes ACN looks like tinubu part but APGA is NOT Ojukwu's party dan uwana , PDP is not a party that has shown any good light at all in Nigeria. ALLLLLLL THE CROOKS THAT Destroyed NIGERIA ARE STILL IN PDP till today. Ranging from IBB, Atiku, ciroma, Uba, edwin clark, femi, OBJ,you name it although they are all enemies politically speaking but they are all friends when it comes to stealing for the country. Lets kick out PDP !!!!! I am also a PDP man but the corruption is toooo much Yes Fashola and tinubu are stealling for toll gate BUT AT LEAST THEY HAVE BUILT THE BRIDGE AND THE DEVELOPMENT WOULD NOT LEAVE THE STATE (TOLL GATE CAN ALWAYS BE REMOVED BUT THE BRIDGE WOULD ALWAYS BE THERE FOR AT LEAST 100 YEARS AFTER TINUBU AND FASHOLA) Please aboki, don't be a pro-corruption party The Niger-bridge is getting weaker by the day, Is it untill it collase that thousands of easterners die before PDP would get it into their head to build a new one ? Must people die before the bridge is complete ? A project that started 2008 around the same time fashola started his own bridge today fashola is almost done with his which is longer that the niger bridge while PDP and their crooks are still thinking on how to go about it. Would it not be better to build things and tax and collect toll gate than not building at all and stealing money ? I rather allow fashola to steal my money but the development is there for me to use than PDP steal my money and there is no visible development. Ordinary ORE road is still killing people Lokoja nko ? I can keep naming. Even refinary in the 10 largest oil exported is a problem. |
