I stopped non currency pairs because of issues like those. I will not change it but will modify the rules to max lot size allowed. Something like 1.0 or 0.1 lot. Which is equivalent of $1/pip.

Our contest is aimed at encouraging pips making, good risk management and sound psychology.

For a six months tenancy, a three months notice is the adequate amount while a one year tenancy requires six months notice. He gave you more than the required amount of time ahead.

In the notice, the lawyer gave you till August 31st even though the notice elapsed weeks ahead of the 31st. There should be no complaint there.

If the landlord had given you three months instead, he would have had to refund you three months along the line but since he only wanted you out at the end of your tenancy, he gave you as much as till the end of your tenancy. For one reason or the other, he just doesn't want you to renew afterwards. For starters, he has already involved the services of a lawyer he paid money to.

You may go to the local magistrate court close to you during the afternoon after cases have ended and ask for informal advice from one of the court clerks and they will tell you exactly what I just wrote. Any friend of yours in the law line can advice you as well. You were early informed, no need creating bad relations.

If on the other hand you wish to create issues with someone whose only sin was to accommodate you and wishes to use his investment for something else, this is how it will play out. You will be given another seven days notice and if after that you still play funny, you will be charged to court. If they can prove you were being stubborn and what other accusations against you, the judge will rule that you move out by a stipulated date, and pay any extra periods at the existing rate till the date you're asked to moved out. A strict judge would ask you to pay all the legal and service fees your landlord incurred over what should not have been a case at all.

In western countries, your name would then be placed on a list of troublesome tenants and future attempts to rent a place would be extra hard and extra expensive. Locally, things like this might block opportunities if the landlord knows where to send a copy of your court judgment to.

Is it worth the wahala?

Rent is not free, you have a date your tenancy ends, you are being asked to move by that date. Where is the problem? Choose wisely.

How do you rank your gigs and how often are you online

Do use a mention as I don't always come to this page.

I once used to rank in the first page and first line for the words forex and expert advisor on fiverr but I no more rank high in fiverr search as

1. The algorithm has changed
2. I always have jobs at hand making it prudent for fiverr to show those with little or no jobs first.
3. They give a chance for new sellers.

I am ALWAYS online and on fiverr. I use the fiverr app. Install it and you will notice a HUGE difference with new clients connecting to you as it is easier to get response from a seller who is online over one that one is not sure about when last s/he was.

Have a unique catch phrase that will let them want to talk more with you within your first line of greeting.

I use holla. The actual Spanish word for hello is hola. The humane part of them wants to correct it but the conversation moves on from there straight to business. You never have a second chance for a first impression, make it count.

Also, use the right keywords in your gig description and tags. This part is quite easy. Run a search for the highest ranking guys in your field and use similar keywords and tags as they used. If possible, combine from many of the top guys. Be innovative, don't do copy and paste o.

Some of u did not even listen to the audio or video. The man claimed to have carried out the test and turn out to b negative but the woman rejected the result bcs the man failed to present the paper result, he just showed her on phone and from inquiry from the woman, her son said his dad to him to his new wife relatives pharmacy shop to conduct the test. So the mother of this boy is asking the man to schedule another appointment with another place to conduct the test that she believed her baby daddy new wife was behind the tactics of riding the man not to accept the boy

I think the man wants to travel out with the boy and with no approved DNA test, it can't happen. I think this is the real reason she is denying him the test.

Also, the man probably believes the inlaw's test was a sham.

The boy is of age and so can leave with the father if encouraged to do so. She doesn't want to lose her son.

When I read that he had had two court appearances, I knew it was odd for his people not to have been aware of his whereabouts.

The judicial process is slow in Nigeria and his being in court would mean his remand wasn't any case of illegal detention by the police but as ordered by the court.

His family need to get him a lawyer.

What baffles me was she didn't get alert for the transactions till even as i types this. She found out her money was missing when she bought airtime directly from her account.

We went to the bank to get statements of her account put realised her ATM CARD was used on the POS centre and machine below in the picture.

Whenever there is a will, there is a way. This connectivity should have long been done when scams and so on started. The rush became pertinent when the kastina kidnapping happened.

Some websites have also started popping up asking people to share to get money it gifts but the purpose is only to gather data.

Whoever is now silly to give out his details, name and nin to an outsider will have himself or herself to blame as there buyers are the ones the FG is fighting against.

Being in prison in place of a terrorist, kidnapper or scammer will certainly make some people wiser over time.

Most programmers will choose giving their laptop attention over their female lover. For the sake of balancing, it flows both ways from female programmers to male lovers as well. Unless you are in that realm, you may never understand.

Let me give you a narrative.

Last night, I was talking with one of my clients. He has a huge followership but nothing to show for it in terms of positive results. I know this because I automated his strategy. He read through my video book and wants to work with me.

I told him no because I wouldn't want to associated with his brand but there is something else I could do. Once my strategy is ready to be let out as signals, I would forward to him as well as several WhatsApp, Instagram, etc gurus with huge followers but no results. This time around they will have real results and the story about them will change.

Their victims would now be earners. They would make money, I would too and everyone becomes happy.

Now consider if I decided to stand by the sidelines to point accusing fingers at him while his people suffer. I would never get a chance to get him via me to make a positive change in the accounts of those he had previously fleeced because only him can get across to them.

Do we change the entire police force? No. Because the same police will be sourced from the citizens who engage in mob violence, looting and road destruction during riots. But the police as a focus can be targeted and worked upon to change.

It is about not letting victims suffer because of the misdeeds of one person. Letting him correct his mistakes where his sins are plaqued is the way to go about improving both him and his group.
