Though statistic show a slight decrease of 2,5 percent in deaths on the road, 1,118 accidents were recorded on the road the 1st of December 2015 and January 5 2016. There is a difference between alcoholism and alcohol abuse. There are those who abuse alcohol, but at the same time cannot be classified alcoholics. Liquor is found to be the most abused substance across Nigeria.
