The Plastering of my house will commence by this coming week!!!
I have being waiting patiently for the fall in cement price and now
Dangote goes for 700 to 750 around Ikorodu.
By next week, the plastering of my house will commence.

I think 50 bags of cement or so(maybe more or less)
Will complete the plastering of my house!!!!
As required, I will be mixing my plastering sand
1 bag of cement to 7 headpan of plastering sand(For the outside and fence of the house)
And 1 bag of cement to 10 headpan for the inside of my house!!!!!

Also, I've negotiated with an engineer to do the plastering of my house
and we agreed that is workmanship for supervising the project will be 30k(he is still saying 40k, but I know he will do it for 30 for me!!!!)
I remember also saying I've paid for 30tons of plastering sand that has already been delivered to the site which is 36k. 12k per 10ton
What I have left to do is to fire the plastering of my house!!!!

Again o!!! The Welder is almost getting through with my house burglary!
I will post pictures soon!!!!

NB: Please note I was the one that supervised my house project from start to the stage it is as at now
I am a bit too busy to supervise the plastering that is why I don't want to supervise it myself.
Again, since this is the finishing, I think i will need a professional

Also, after the plastering, I will proceed with the planting of flowers for my house
and will also proceed with the filling of my house compound!!!

I think he needs to check for any leakage because it was conduit. After the testing, the plastering will follow!!!)

Not boyfriend and Girlfriend matter!!!

My argument is that, if one is not around(as in very far away from home)
You don't want to trust people with a huge amount of money
to build you a house. That is the argument here.

I'm not saying we must look at every place and even inspect it even before we step on the floor!!!

What will you consider something like this to be;
I met a guy on Facebook that want to sell his house(18m).
He claim to have done business with lots of people abroad
After my negotiation we agreed on 16m.
And just after paying the money to his account, till date
I didn't hear from him and him number is not going through!!!
What should I do??
If someone ask you a question like this what will you start with?
For me it will be, how can you do business with someone you've not seen before?

In other aspects of life, what we can do about trust is just taking extra measure
so as to be on a safer side. I can't start dating a girl today and trust her that she
wont or can't cheat. It has to be earned! Over the years, I can get to trust her
after knowing she never cheats.

Again I want to add that most of the people I did business with for the last 13months
where I am the buyer. They were all referred to me by other people. I make sure others
have tested them. Atleast, that is my another way of me playing save.
People gets duped expecially because they trust!!!

From the best of my knowledge, the wise learn from other mistake or a word of advice is enough for him
The the not-so-smart guy, keeps repeating same mistakes. Probably trying other people!!!!!!

I can assure you, a 4flat of 3bedroom can be built with 80m if the own is in Diaspora is just send money
to one agent or whatever. With trust that they are building with all that cash for them!!!!

Again @ spyder, if you say trust, why then do you negotiate with your worker?(carpenters and the others?)
Again in your other thread(the one you're roofing a 4bedroom house). You mentioned the fact that you gave the
carpenter 70k in total(and you mentioned that he won't run with the cash ). Why didn't you just pay him
everything upfront?? Since you are very good at trusting people!!!

You won't want to worry about anything!!! You can just sit at home, call you bricklayer to go and buy you 100bags of cement
then use it to set block and your carpenter to buy you woods an the others. All you need do is send money to their accounts - lol!!
