Vice president Yemi Osinbajo has just arrived Osogbo, the capital of Osun state for the commissioning of some projects.

Prof. Osinbajo was being expected in Osogbo to commission some projects since morning but just arrived about 3:40pm.


There are mammoth crowds waiting at the Freedom Park in Osogbo to welcome the Vice-president as at the time of filing this report on Thursday afternoon.


Amiloaded gathered that Part of the projects is the FG-OSUN MSCE clinic which is geared towards empowering small and medium scale enterprises in the state.


More than 3000 people will get 50,000 each and a select class of 200 will get 500,000 each.

New regime of fees and other charges for fresh intakes in the 2017/2018 Academic Session stated below...

Non-Science ; Total : 228,000 00

Science , Anatomy & Physiology :263,000 00

Nursing ,Law, Public Health : 303, 000 00


All Engineering Courses: 268,000 00

Accounting, Political Science, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Relations &Personal Management : 253,000 00


i. Departments that might have peculiarities such as Laboratory manual, teaching practice manual, other training kits etc, would be charged separately, subject to approval by the University Management.

ii. Add and delete of courses after registration would cost N1,000.00

iii. 5% increase would be added to late registration at the closure of normal registration and 1% increase would be added every two weeks.

iv. All fresh Students must obtain CLEARANCE from their respective College Secretaries before they can be activated to make payments of tuition and other rallied fees.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION FOR 2017/2018

i. The payment of school fees henceforth is by Interswitch WebPay Platform through the use of Interswitch enable Debit/ATM cards. ii. Other payments such as Portal Access and Late Registration shall also be by the use if Interswitch WebPAY Platform.

iii. All students in the College of Law, Ifetedo Campus are required to pay their ‘Accommodation Fees’ of N60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand Naira Only) using the following account details:

Note: Upon payment, students are to present the payment evidence at the College Office, Ifetedo Campus for further registration.

Went for miss Ife audition yesterday, made it through the audition.. Going straight to final.

Policemen in Lagos State yesterday invaded and sealed up the residence of Hon. Funmilayo Tejuoso on the orders of Governor Ambode.


The policemen, who atacked the longest-serving female honourable in Lagos State did not have any court order but insisted that they would eject the members of the family members of Honourable Tejuoso who reside in the building.


The house, owned by a company but occupied by Honourable Tejuoso is situated at 3A Sasegbon Street, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos


The policemen, said to have been authorised by the Governor and the Attorney General of Lagos State eventually evicted Tejuoso's members while some who were adamant were locked inside.


The invasion and eviction were carried out despite the pendency of a court case over the ownership of the property between the Lagos State Government and Honourable Funmilayo Tejuoso at the Lagos State High Court.


Honourable Funmilayo Tejuoso is however outside the country on official assignment and there is no order of court evicting her from the premises or authorising the eviction efforts.


As at press time, members of Tejuoso family who refused to vacate the premises were locked inside by the policemen who attacked one of the neighbours on an attempt to video the incident.


One of the residents of the premises under siege, Jide Olaore, told our correspondent in Lagos that "this is barbarity and executive lawlessness. How can the Governor and his Attorney General defy court proceedings and attempt to evict the owner of a house without a court order.


"Mrs. Tejuoso is not a tenant of Lagos State Government. Her company is the owner of the property. If Lagos State is interested in the property, they should buy it or approach her in a civil way but not to brutalize residents in a brazen show of force."


"Even if she is a tenant, I believe under the Lagos State Laws, there is a procedure for ejecting tenants," he concluded.


Another eyewitness told our correspondent that the fierce-looking policemen were armed with heavy guns.
