manny4life: Coward? Why are you whining? Does everyone have your time? cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

You keep saying "points", what points exactly? You're talking all over the place, YET, you're not making any sense at all. Don't worry, I treat whining cowards with silence, if you want me to break my silence, come up with a worthy argument and not this whining and ranting you're on.
If you don't under stand what I mean by saying "points" you should leave. And you still responding to every post I make.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Journalists Brutalised By South African Policemen by andrewza: 7:17pm On Feb 15, 2013
manny4life: That is what differentiates between Nigeria and SA. SA is a liberal economy (liberals do not tend to survive very quickly, Europe as a case example), while Nigeria is a capitalist emerging nation. On that note, China is a capitalist economy, which is providing a fair standard to it's citizens, nevertheless, this has no bearing on economic growth. Economic growth relies on domestic fiscal and foreign policies of a nation. Let's not get it twisted.
SA is a mixed economy not a "librial economy". That is very industrized and most of it's trade goods depended on the global economy. So since there are economic troubils around the globe there is less demand for our goods. Even so we still have stabil and sercure growth. We all so provide more for our citzens than Nigeria dose.

manny4life: Accurately do what? What points? You quoted me on your claims I was a one-liner, and I retorted saying I barely have time for you because you really aren't a worthy opponent worthy of a dignified and responsible response. Is that too hard to figure out?
You just a coward who knows he will loose. Try responding to the points made in this thread like a really man and stop acting like a littel boy.

manny4life: Apparently you did not study economics in school, so why educate you? Apparently, every nations grows at different rate, after all the U.S. is there with a less than 2% growth rate of it economy, now compare that to China with double digit growth. Then again, I'm not here to educate you, nonetheless, if you need education, I wouldn't mind delivering it FOR FREE.
Yes but if china had to give it's people the same standerd of living, it would have a much slower econimic growth.

Have you heard the saying "silence is indeed the best answers for fool"? Better yet, silly questions, DO NOT ANSWER. Now you can see why I SAID, you're not a worthy opponent for challenge on NL in "general". When you grow some "challenge balls", holla.
You have yet to acctualy respond to any points raised so please don't lie to your self.

all4naija: That for your source and information that doesn't hold water. I repeat I have never read about Nigerian POLICE brutalizing or intimadating any foreigner before. The very idea about this issue you posted is that is a conflict zone that foreigners are not allowed to visit. It is clear and well expressed. And, I don't understand what you are trying to make of this that qualify it for brutality. Indeed, I am a little bit perturbed by your compromising input trying to insinuate something else for another just to clear your misguided idea. That is very unacceptable in the discussion.

The are images of Nigeria cities on Google with the worst condition ever. Many of these visitor do not only portray the country in the worst scenario they also add things which are not relevant to make the country looks horribly bad(Though Nigeria is bad). Another thing the security of foreigners can not be guarantee in volatile region like the Niger-delta. You speculation seems to leave this out of your comment. Taking photos of airports, government buildings - that I know of are not allowed and the foreigners should keep to the law and stay away from them, that is a fact. As for bridges that is a clear lie you are pedalling here. There is no reason to whatsoever a foreigner will be arrested for taking image of bridges. I say you are totally wrong on that one.

Mind you the information you provide is of the time Nigeria was going through MEND issue and that could create security problem for any foreigner. Comparing this to your South African daily police brutality is very laughable.

Thank you!
It was under intmerdation part.
I was not miss guiding. If I was doing that I would have miss quoated.

I never wrote any of this. It a direct copy past from the source

Daily poliece brutaily. I have seen many poliece actions first hand and never seen any brutalty.

ROSSIKE: Kindly shut it as you've no clue what you're on about. You are only lucky that the colonial govt invested the proceeds of your resources in your country right from the 1890s unlike other black territories in Africa where they did nothing but loot. Meaning that we had to start from scratch in 1960s developing our nations. Unlike you. Which is why we are playing catch up today. It has nothing to do with your being special.
What dose have to do with any thing. I said there was nothing for us to be jelios of other than your oil witch is not your doing. And you say this.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Journalists Brutalised By South African Policemen by andrewza: 4:44pm On Feb 15, 2013
all4naija: Hi Andrewza. Nigerian police is near the same situation as South Africa. I have never read about Nigerian police brutalizing or intimidating a foreign once.
"Travel by foreigners to conflict areas without prior consultation and coordination with local security authorities is not recommended, as the Nigerian government may see this activity as inappropriate and potentially illegal, and may detain violators. Nigerian authorities detained six U.S. citizens, including journalists, on six separate occasions in 2008. The Nigerian government questioned these U.S. citizens for lengthy periods without bringing formal charges, and ultimately deported them. Journalists, film-makers, and other professionals involved in the creation of news or information products require special accreditation from the Nigerian Ministry of Information for all film and media activities in the Niger Delta prior to entering the area. This special accreditation is in addition to the general press accreditation and valid Nigerian visa required to conduct such activities elsewhere in Nigeria.

Moreover, foreign visitors are not allowed to take photographs or videotape any government buildings, airports, or bridges. Individuals may be questioned, detained, or arrested when near these sensitive sites without evidence of permission from the Nigerian government, or for carrying electronic equipment such as cameras, recorders, etc."

you are very wrong andrewza and you dont figure out how some modern weapons are built and configured in this modern times, nigeria bought augusta helicopters for multi-role use, and it is confirmed that nigerian navy and airforce have all the hardware ready to load at anytime if needed for both ground attack gunship and anti-submarine warfare for nigerian military.
if you dont know that, then go and google augusta helicopters or you can remain ignorant at your own risk. you want to fight and enemy, he has anti-submarine hardware in his armoury, he removes them for a time to use the helicopter for another purpose, then you foolishly say he does not have them, then you attack him, and he has the ASW weapons on 7 other helicopters different from the one in the public photo you saw, then he kills you with weapons you assumed he did not have. are you a good military operation planner ? no, you will meet surprise defeat because you did not research well into your enemy's weapons capabilities. no wonder you south africa could not defeat tiny Cuba nation in war near your homeland, because you under-estimate the power of you enemy all the time.

you are very wrong south africans, even nigerian Mi-35 helicopter gunships come with same hardware options, we can change them to medical ambulance, or transport for troops, and aging to attack gunship with missiles and cannon. you think nigerian military is foolish ? we but most weapons now for multi-role use, and that is the modern military trend in europe. you need to go and learn the art of modern weapons acquisition ans purchase, your knowledge is outdated sir.

google Augusta AW109 helicopters, i will help you with the weblink, so dont waste my precious time, okay ? nigeria bought over 20 Augusta AW 109 series helicopters of which 8 is for anti-submarine and we know the various hardware we purchased with it, or is it you south africans that buy weapons and hardware variations for nigerian military ? go sit down you clowns.

see photo of nigerian Mi-35 gunships with all weapons removed and converted for temporary use as troop trasport below. nigerian military is not in business of photography, so we dont need to publish photos of fully armed helicopters. you south africans can come with wrong belief that our helicopters have no weapons capability, then nigeria will teach you that old military lesson you never learn in south africa...never under-estimate your enemy's power.

Augusta AW 109 helicopters weblinks, click the weblinks and compare those ASW augusta with nigerian navy's own, they are the same and read the information there that says Augusta is a very modern anti-submarine hunter and killer, that 2nd photo is from sweden's military and we fly the same type of Augusta. then stop wasting my time, i have work to do in my office, do good research before you post wrong comments again.

remove that wrong belief from your mind that only south africa buys weapons that kill, nigeria does not buy weapons for hollywood movies, we too buy the best weapons to kill you south africans in a war. bitter truth swallow it.

also dont let simple english language be your problem, do google of english meanings of frigate, opv, corvette, and discover that the difference between them is small when the opv becomes big like 95m it is called a corvette and a corvette is a light frigate, they all fire missiles and carry helicopters, please south africans try go back to school and learn british english. that nigerian 95m opv are qualified as light frigates or corvettes, the weapons they carry will kill you, the power is inside their weapons not their english language names.

I never siad it was bad helo. But it a poor Maritime helcopter, and not a ASW platform. For one thing Nigeria has not really focused in ASW since they don't have any body to pratice with. So they never got the ASW pack. The Augaster you showing the is a liasion helicopter, light transport, medi vac, spotting, and has a limted attack abielty. Same has the augaster SAAF uses. There is no optical, radar or any other advance search sytems on it. Like with the lynx.

The hind is a fiffrent story but again not a mairtime helicopter. It is a assualt helicopter with the role of either landing troops and proting them or acting has a attack helicopter. It is good at what it dose even though a tad old. There are a number of countries such has south africa who modifie them to bring them in to modern standards. The hind is a verey good at what it dose.

No need to google the A109 if you check you would see SAAF has a nice amount of them. Hence I know they not good maritime helicopters.

That is a diffrent level to regualer cops and even regualer infantry.

SA poliec task force(our swat teams) train to a simmaler level to our Army SF just with more focuse on saving lifes. But they sound closer to the old Koevoet unit of the border war. Cops who used RPG.s, MGL,s LMG,s and drove in MRAPs armend in one case with a 20mm auto canon(normal was a 12.7mm but was genraily upgraded in the field)

I believe that the Nigerian Government should put pressure on the South African Government to ensure that disciplinary action is taken against the policemen who carried out this act. I also believe that the journalists should be encouraged to take legal action against the policemen.

However, I'm against painting all South Africans with the same brush and labelling them xenophobes, just as I'm against stereotyping Nigerians.

south africa wants to fight nigeria ? you are welcome to your final doom, you will know that nigeria too has many deadly modern weapons.
That your idea of a martime helicopter? Sorry it may be new but that not modern or ASW.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by andrewza: 6:53am On Feb 15, 2013
agaugust: wrong andrewza, USA and China are hungry for oil and gas to operate their heavy industries, they will support with nigeria as a major world oil exporter, that is the hsitory of USA and China in military conflict, all they want is oil. thats why USA is using military power to protect saudi arabia, and China is using military power to protect north sudan, they dont even care that those countries are very deeply islamic countries (please let muslims forgive me for mentioning their religion, it only to explain international diplomacy here, thank you).

nigeria exports over 800 million barrels of oil and gas equivalent every year to USA and China, so what vital resources does south africa export to them with permanent legal contracts to continue exporting for 50 years like nigeria is doing ? nothing, you dont have that type of vital resources. they dont go crazy for your gold if you still have some left for export. so if south africa blocks nigerian ocean with warships, and both nigeria and south africa are guilty for whatever reason that caused the war, why should USA, China, and India support you, are the white-men fools ?

you said nothing special about graduates in nigerian military officers corps ? read my post again, i said in the whole of africa, no other country has that number that nigeria has. we have over 30,000 university graduates in nigerian military forces and that is more than half of the whole south african army, navy and airforce combined together. so you think that is not special ? who else has that in africa ?
It matters not. Any resone strong enough for us to go to war with nigeria will have those countries support us. Other than the USA all those countries you mentioned are basicaly allies of ours. Either has part of internationl orgonistions or bilatarly.

We don't need to send has many over seas we got world class unvirstys right here. Actualy the onese we do send all ready have there degrees. Has I siad in order to be a officer you need a unvirsty degree. It nothing speciol. All so have checked how many officer you have compared to us.
