Bombblacks: Common sense will tell you Pre means before immediately moving to City/Liverpool or breaking into the first team.
Leicester Mahrez vs Roma Salah
Academy Trent vs Tottenham Walker
Monaco Fabinho vs Atletico Rodri etc In Riyad's last season before Joining City he had 12 goals in 36 appearances. Salah had 15 in 31 before he joined Liverpool. Is that Pre enough? Fabinho had 7 in 34 and Rodri had 3 in 34? |

Bombblacks: It has to do with everything. Before going to their current clubs who was better? Just because klopp is better at developing individual players better than Pep should be to his own credit. I don't know how to do all these emotional arguments. At what point in anyone's history is Pre the club, Pre the Club? For e.g, when was Pre Mahrez? When he was in Le Havre and Salah was already in Chelsea? Fabinho of league winning Monaco/SFinalist UCL to Rodri that nobody accepted as good till this season? QPR Walker or Trent "Wonder Kid" Alexander? |

Pre City Mahrez vs pre Liverpool Salah...... Mahrez
Pre City Rodri vs pre Liverpool Fabinho......Rodri
Pre City Grealish vs pre Liverpool Jota....... Grealish what does Pre City/Liverpool have to do with anything? |

AnfieldFan: First of all, you're aware 2021 spans two halves of two seasons right? First half- Liverpool's highest goalscorer who helped us qualify for Europe ahead of Chelsea when everyone wrote us off..
Second half - August to Dec - Don't need to comment about this... So, how exactly was the aforementioned forwards better... Better still, since they are forwards.. Let's list 3 criterias... Goals in 2021 Assists in 2021 Chances in 2021
If they all best Salah in these 3 categories, I will concede they all had better 2021's... The soccer year 2021 is essentially from August 2020 - August 2021. |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Android17: 4:45pm On Dec 15, 2021 |
Bombblacks: Don't think. Just list those players and let's look at their quality before going to City and Liverpool. Allison, TAA, MATIP, VVD, Robertson, Fabinho, Alcantara, Henderson, Mane, Salah, Jota that is their best 11 - LFC. Ederson, Walker, Diaz, Laporte, Cancelo, Rodri, Bernardo Silva, KDB, Grealish, Riyadh Mahrez, Foden. Keeper - LFC, Defense- Most people will take only Diaz from City and maybe Cancelo (tie), Midfield - City (most might take only Fabinho from LFC). Attack - LFC. I have used "consensus" to come up with this. Personal preference may differ. |

Pierocash: whether they are all in EPL or not, is it not ManCity that played the 3 matches?
Defeat is defeat, it has nothing to do with the league or cup.
How can a team that lost 3 games be better than the one that lost only 2? Because City lost 4 games in 2018/19 and Liverpool lost 1 yet who won the league that season? |

No be you go first top table no win league. PSG, RP LEIPZIG, THFC and Crystal Palace? So did City finish second in the UCL group stage? As they lost to Crystal Palace did they not beat Chelsea on Chelsea's ground? |

Pierocash: Man City that Crystal Palace flogged at Etihad,Chelsea crushed them like banana pills.
That isn't how to rate football. One team can give u a tough time, another team you beat convincingly will destroy such team with ease.
ManCity have lost more than 3 matches this season while Chelsea lost only 2. Even with ten men wolves ,they struggle to get away with a goal. Chelsea is the favorite for the title. A team without their midfield maestros of Kovacic, and Ngolo Kante, yet still just 2point behind. Waffle. The 3 matches are you referring to the EPL? |

Ole spent more than Pep without winning even the fans' heart in the end but any coach can do what Pep is doing Is it not the guy who wrote Chelsea off by December and has been trying to insult his way out of being held accountable for it? |

I do remember that game and it was clear that MCFC were unbothered about winning. In fact, Leeds scored a winner against the run of play and with the last kick of the game after City had dominated. |

MCFC will prioritise the UEFACL soon. All CFC need to do is stay close till that time. If you wobble now and get distracted by CWC, then you would be out of the race. Liverpool might fall off when Salah and Mane leave. |

Credit to the Sixers for holding the warriors to a season low, but darn, the NBA cannot let a crowd puller like Steph be treated like fodder for farm animals. It is ridiculous what teams are allowed to do to him, only to turn around and give fouls on him for breathing on other players. It is a complete disgrace, but keep doing it, I don't need more proof to know that fools run the league. |

Thecassanova: Does hitting the armpit count as handball ? You are looking at still images. During the live streaming, the first view from VAR showed it hit Moutinho under his arm. The other views showed it hit his body first before his arm. It hit his arm, his position was unnatural and it gave him an advantage. I agree that it was soft, but a Wolves player used his hand first half to guide the ball away and the ref ignored. Then Foden had his own shot blocked by a hand that was never reviewed. |
