UPDATE ON STATEMENT OF RESULT

Most of you have seen your statement of result and maybe having one or two issue(s) on it, I will address some here now.

➡️Note that the Minimum requirement (the minimum units you need to do before you graduate) for everybody in the statement of result is 120 Units which is totally wrong

➡️If you start from 100 level and doing a 4 years course you need 120 units as minimum

➡️Starting from 100 level and 5 years course is 150 units.

➡️200 level for 4 years course is 90 units

➡️200 level 5 years course is 120 units

➡️Masters is 60 units while PGD is 30 units

Also this is the minimum which means you will need more.

Make sure you do all GSTs, all Core courses and some electives

➡️If you are seeing course(s) you have done and passed in outstanding courses, ignore (dont register them again).

➡️For those who failed a course and passed it in the second attempt the failed graded won't be erased from your statement so you will see both the failed grade and the passed grade.

➡️If you see Probation on your statement it means you have grade below 1.5 or you have spent more than the minimum semesters for study. You need to do what you have to do.

For any further explanation you can chat me up.

Also admission is currently on so you can refer intending students to me for admission processing.

NOTE:- Admission for new students is on you can refer prospective students to me and if you have students that you want to join NOUN WhatsApp group.

Dtygz:
Hello everyone,

Please how do I go about collecting my waec certificate in Lagos?
And please what are the requirements?

LISTEN CAREFULLY!!!

▪️If you wrote your WAEC in MAY/JUNE which you graduated from, To get your certificate or original result, you must go back to your school. Your school is the one authorized to collect your certificate on your behalf. Such a certificate should be ready with the school management latest within a year (officially 90 days) after the release of the results online. For example, if you write the exams in 2015, your certificate should be there by 2016 or 2017.

▪️For Private Candidate, GCE...
You will collect it at the WAEC office in the State you sat the examination with the following:
1. One passport photo
2. Photocard
3. Computer print out of the result
4. N5,000 cash (payable to WAEC)
5. NB: If your certificate has stayed in the WAEC office for more than 4years, the Custody Fee will apply.

▪️THERE ARE TWO WAEC OFFICES I KNOW OF, ONE AT (YABA) BESIDE YABATECH AND THE OTHER AT (IKORODU) EBUTE ROAD, IGBOGBO LAGOS.

Good Morning All

2022 first semester came to an end 2 days ago 16/06 marked with the conclusion of the exams.

I wish you all the best as you await your results, I pray you all come out in flying colours.

It is not too early to start planning for next semester by at least start saving towards it.

If last semester was your final semester you can just do a portal analysis to make sure nothing will hold you back. If you are done with your project already pray that your result come out as at when due, if you are still on it you can roundup next semester without any payment of school fees or if you are done with all your courses.

All students should try and save their previous exam result from their portal because you won't have access to it again once a new result is released.

If 2022 second semester is your last semester and you have not started doing your project, you need to start immediately the semester resume by making payment for at least your project and get a supervisor so you can finish on time.

NOTE:: Admission for new students is on you can refer prospective students to me and if you have any students that want to join NOUN WHATSAPP GROUP, hit me on WhatsApp.

Please where are we going to collect the certificate,is it Lagos or Abuja.

If your study centre is Lagos, you will get it there.

macuwon:
Please do undergraduates from noun go for nysc like the conventional universities?

No

YOUR NAME IS NOT ON GRADUATION LIST❓

OK, you've passed all your courses and finished with project writing.

Now, according to your calculations, what's your CGPA?

If your CGPA is less than 1.5 the school will deem you graduate however there won't be a certificate for you.

Your portal will close because you cannot rewrite any of your courses anymore.

That means you passed all your courses but you couldn't earn up to the required CGPA for award of a degree certificate.

Thanks for studying with us and goodbye!

You can prevent that story now that you're still studying.

Calculate your CGPA every semester and know what to do next in order to scale through with your certificate.

It'll end with a smile on your face if you know your progress.

♦️ You can know what is delaying your graduation with your Failed Courses and Registerable Compulsory Coursed.

♦️ It furnishes you with the knowledge of your past results from your entry level till your current level and semester so that you can forge ahead with the peace of mind that you deserve

♦️In addition to the above, we can help you simulate the grades(A, B, C, D) you need to achieve your desired CGPA

NOTICE TO FINAL YEAR STUDENTS

Those of you who are almost due for graduation especially 2017, 2018 set of matric number. Remember that some new courses were introduced in the year 2017, some GST and departmental courses. You are expected to register them, sit for the exams and pass the courses before you can graduate with the old set of students in 2021.

Every university do not just run programmes, courses are actually reviewed by NUC every 4 years or more, for accreditation. So, in the process, some old courses are removed, New courses are introduced.

Check your matric number and all your courses from 100 level to 400 level to be sure you have done all the newly introduced courses, not just GSTs.

We see some final year students waiting for their graduation list when they still have some newly introduced courses left undone. If you do not do it this semester, your own graduation may be till 2022, after you must have realized why your name was not listed in the Graduation list.

Some students did not graduate last year, due to omitted and newly introduced courses. And they are still yet to do anything about those courses, they are hoping for a miracle on the Graduation list.
We wish all best of luck.
