seunny4lif:The ediots we have in Aso Rock don't even monitor what is happening in the international scene. All they care about is stealing and wasting of money. The countries you mentioned are owing Nigeria huge amount of money. Yet, they keep getting without payment. If Nigeria start demanding to be paid in Naira for oil and goods sold, especially with China, the Naira will appreciate sporadically and the inflation rate in this country would ease a bit. But alas, we have only cows and pigs in government. Very pathetic. |
KaLuCh:It's comments like this that made Bob Marley cried 'Emancipate yourself from mental slavery.' So in your warped delusional mind, you think anyone that talk ill of America is denied visa? Free yourself before it's too late. |
Seun:It's nonesense even bothering to comment on such warped eventuality. Those Azov guys are going to be tried, jailed and sent to the gallows or Siberia for life. |
Russia making more money ever. It's funny seeing the EU crying foul that Russia is weaponizing food and gas, what else should they have weaponized? I told one zombified western bot on this platform that a country like Russia that is technologically advanced, mostly self-sufficient in agricultural produce and is 100 energy self-sufficient cannot be isolated by sanctions, now we are seeing the results. ![]() The sanctions have upped the prices of crude oil, meaning that reduced oil volume of Russia due to the sanctions is being more than compensated for with the increase in prices. While hunger now stares the west on the face, with Monkey pox added to the punishment, is almost comical seeing the west contemplating attacking and sinking ALL Russian Black Sea fleet ships in order to get access to Odessa and take the excess grain blockaded there. The madness of this people is quite unbelievable if not dangerously funny. ![]() |
Opolopoopolonio:Russia is not the one losing lands, cities, towns and villages. Ukraine have already mobilized four times while Russia is still using it's old forces. Whether we like it or not, Ukraine is the greatest loser here. |
Opolopoopolonio:Lmao. That's urban warfare and skirmishes in Melitopol, not guerrilla fighting. The Russians knows just how to cleanse that out. As for Kherson, there is no need for a referendum yet when fighting is still ongoing in many other frontiers. Ukraine is just adding to it's pains with everyday that passes. Truth is, the Russians will achieve their aims, even the US already knew this. |
Opolopoopolonio:There is no guerrilla warfare anywhere. Ukraine is a plain landscape that doesn't bode well for guerrilla fighting, and when it comes to urban warfare, the Russians are masters of the act. No modern army have been able to encicled a large fighting, capable force with heavily fortified frontiers the way the Russians have done with the Ukrainians. You don't have to be pro-west or pro-east to realize this truth. |
The loss of Mariupol to Russian 100% control is not only strategic in that it gives Russia a land corridor to Crimea, but also a catastrophic loss to NATO's interest in the country since it ultimately put an end to the long held plan to setup a naval dock center for NATO ships in the Black Sea adjacent to Russia's naval route. Mariupol gives Russia access to an unobstructed land bridge from the Crimean peninsula it legally annexed from Ukraine in 2014 to the Donbas region in southeastern Ukraine, enabling easier troop mobilization into the Donbas that has become the focus of Russia’s invasion. Moreover, Mariupol is the largest trading port on the Sea of Azov and the primary export center for goods in southeastern Ukraine, and the city falling would help to effectively cut Ukraine off from access to the sea. Mariupol will not only extend Russia's naval assets ability to maneuver in the Black Sea, but also gives it wider range of economic and political nautical miles. And when you consider the fact that the Russians achieved all these (Kherson and Mariupol) with just a fragment of it's armed forces and capability (150,000 troops) with much of it's naval forces sitting idle at sea, one can't help but commend the strategic superiority of the Russian military planners, though they suffered significant losses also at the initial stage of the SMO. If I were Zelensky, I would immediately call for a truce. But what do you expect from a puppet that is controlled from Washington DC? Nothing, I guess. Adieu Ukraine, even as Poland warms up to cut away the western part of the country. That's the price you pay when you allow your country to play host to a geopolitical achrival tussle between two great powers. ![]() |
It's funny reading some gullible comments here regarding US/Ukraine plan to sink Russian black sea fleets. It's very amusing as if it's something you can do easily on computer games. ![]() |
Discombulator:You need to watch the probed video investigated by the British Paliament which shows US and British Pilots deliberately targeting and firing on Women and children running around in Iraq. It was a gory sight that will make you cry your guts out. But in the end, nobody did anything to those people. Those soldiers, Tony Blair and Bush are still walking free today. If the west does not burn By nuclear fire, God will have to apologise to Sodom and Gomorah. But thank God, judgement is coming upon them, many seers have said it already. |
shogsman:I hope Bush and Tony Blair while on their dying beds sees Iraqi children and women chasing them with fighter jets and armoured tanks. They need to scream 'death' and 'ghost' on their dying beds before they pass on to the other side. |
seunny4lif:There is going to be some sorts of revolution in Germany, either covert or overt. Many of the country's top companies leaders and owners are already visibly angry with Scholz who look like someone that is lost in taking a stance. If Germany loses its competitive edge in production and manufacturing, Scholz political career would be short-lived. |
seunny4lif:Also in Akdiiva. The way Russian troops are rounding up Ukrainian troops in different sectors like cowboys rounding up horses/cattles is a rare military tactics in the 21st century. |
Its funny how the western Lamestream media were all calling it an 'evacuation' when even a blind Bathemos knows what it is. With Mariupol now fully liberated, Russia and the DPR forces can now free themselves to restrategise and focus on taking Odessa, which if it goes like Mariupol, it would be game over for Ukraine that would become a fully landlocked country. |
RevDesm0ndJuju:The Hitler's analogy is very spot on. |
RevDesm0ndJuju:I couldn't have said it better. You made my day. ![]() |

BritishNaija:Russia has lost men also but compared to Ukraine, it's like counting oranges with beans. |
War is really bad. The way those two Ukrainian soldiers got bombed to pieces while running into the steel factory almost made me cry. These guys are dying every day while Zelensky is bagging UK citizenship. This is really painful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2RAcBqvZgkQ |
Dalil8:For so many reasons, that man was a prophet. |
Igbo smoking western bot at it again, parroting propanganda from left to right like a runaway inflation. Needless to say this homie thrives on mendacity, which strips away any iota of truth in whatever he says. But like everyone else, he is entitled to his views and crankeries. . So, no qualms. ![]() And in other news, oil rising back above US$100 and now at US$108, and the Ruble went as close as 64 to the US$ today. Next up, the economic dislocation in Europe as they attempt to replace Russian oil imports and find that in the real world there is no such thing as "frictionless" change. Also, as Russia won't probably be able to find new buyers for all of the oil sold to Europe there will be an additional global supply shock, driving up oil prices even more. So, Russia exports less oil but gets paid more for each barrel coming out pretty much as a wash; while Europe and the world suffer from even higher oil prices and possible short to medium-term supply dislocations in the case of the former. What a bunch of geniuses running the EU! US interest rates also popped above 3%, causing more pain for the massively over-indebted North America and Europe (and all the low and middle income nations who borrowed in US$'s). Add in global food price inflation and Russia will look like a sea of serene calm surrounded by stormy oceans. The destruction of the enemy is both military and economic on a global scale, far beyond the Donbass. No need for Russia to escalate, better for them to keep the West in its own self-imposed cauldron. ![]() https://www.npr.org/2022/05/04/1096699894/europe-eu-ban-russia-oil-imports-gasoline-gas-prices |
Hi, If you can do this Property Law question, please DM. Property Law: Question Dinesh purchased the registered title of Groveland in 2010. Groveland comprised two residential buildings set in extensive grounds. When Dinesh moved into Groveland he noticed that there was an uncultivated strip of land approximately 1 mete in width that ran the entire length of the border with the neighbouring property, Good neighbours, the registered title to which belonged to Joshuana. The previous owner of Groveland, Corinna, had neglected the strip of land for a number of years Dinesh decided to leave the strip of land uncultivated for a year to let it recover its fertility. He then began planting bushes along the entire length of the strip. He chose plants that he believed would deter Joshuana's cats from fouling the strip of land. In March 2021, Dinesh, who had become obsessed with security and privacy. consulted his surveyor, Guy, äbout the boundaries to Groveland. He was disturbed to discover that the strip of land had always formed part of the registered title to Good neighbours. It seems that Guy had known about this when Dinesh purchased Groveland in 2010, but he had forgotten to mention it to Dinesh at the time. In December 2021, Dinesh decided to sell Westwing, a small cottage located on the main road at the western entrance to Groveland. After looking around Westwing, Grace emailed Dinesh with an offer to buy the cottage for £500,000. Dinesh replied saying he was happy to sell Westwing 'on the terms you mention in your email'. He ended his email, as he did all correspondence, by adding his nickname, 'The Dinesh'. He attached an architect's drawing of Westwing, to his email. The drawing contained Dinesh's signature. A week later Grace and Dinesh orally agreed that grace would buy the gold curtains in the living room of westwing for £550. Last week grace emailed dinest to say that she had changed her mind about buying westwing. Advice dinest wether; a) he can claim ownership of the strip of land belonging to good neighbours and also b) he can compel grace to buy westwing. The requirements are: 1. Reference the sources you rely on using the OSCOLA referencing convention. 2. Dont refer to non-legal or non-academic sources in the essay. Examples of: a. Appropriate sources include law text books and law journal articles from Westlaw and Lexis Nexis; and b. Inappropriate sources include wikipedia. More shite is about to hit the fan. The US under Biden keep giving for free. They are about giving .ore countries reasons to quickly dump the petrol dollar, which is a precursor to run away inflation that is doing pressup to strike the American economy. They Feds just raised interest rate yet again, a sign that all is not well with the global economy. I'd they dare sanction opec, it would be the begining of the end for the petrol dollar. |
Kobojunkie:That's wrong. Man was created both spirit, soul and body. There is a difference between the soul and spirit. Man is a tripartite being-- made up of Body, Soul and Spirit. The spirit is the REAL YOU. The body is the physical structure of the spirit. The soul is the central of your intelligence, subconsciousness, mind, thought, and reasoning that act as a bridge between the spirit and body for coexistence. Now, the reason why you and I can see each other is because of the body-the physical flesh, which was made out of the earth. Otherwise, you can't see me or can't see you because you were originally a spirit being but subjected to this physical realm by the conditioning of the flesh-body. Man is made in two different bodies...The spirit body and the physical body. The spirit body is immortal, does not die because it was made after God's own likeness. That is, the man body that was made in Genesis 1:26 is the spirit body. Since God is a spirit (John 4:24) it makes sense that he can only make someone in His likeness, hence the popular phrase "Let us make man in our own image". So, the Real man that was first made is a spirit being. But, since God wanted man to dwell on the earth he has created, he had to create and add another nature that would allow that spirit man to live in the physical world. So God created a body (man in his physical structure ) out of the dust of the earth (Genesis 2:7). And when he breathed into his nostrils, he transferred that spirit man into the physical body made out of the dust and man became a living soul. That is, the ability to function independently in this physical world and also liaise between the spirit world. That breath is what brings about the soul--the intelligence, subconscious mind, reasoning and thought process, which is the bridge for the spirit and body to coexist. Thus, when you sleep and dream and see yourself in the dream, that yourself is the Real You-the spirit man. The ability for you to recollect and remember that dream when you wake out of it suddenly or peacefully is the function of your Soul. Hence, when a man dies, the body returns to the earth where it originated from, and the spirit with the soul imbedded returns to God who gave it (Ecclesiastics: 12:7). Is the soul and spirit that matters. The soul that sinneth shall die.... Ezekiel 18:20. Anything sin originate from the excesses of the soul (subject to which laws of the bodies--flesh body or spirit being--it aligns with the most) because that is where your mind and reasoning and decision making (notwithstanding what influences them) comes from. |

seunny4lif:It's obvious Poland and much of the EU are ruled by incompetent shenanigans cum politicians. Calling this blackmail is utter nonesense and outrightly funny. Heck, they are even threatening legal actions. because they understand the implications of paying in Rubles. ![]() Here is the catch: The Russian demand that EU pay in Rubles means the Russians can raise the exchange rate during the conversion process. This means, a friendly country like Hungary may pay for it's gas in Euro exchanged to Ruble charged at lesser exchange rate compared to Germany paying for the same gas in Euro converted to Ruble but at a higher exchange value. The EU guys understand this scheme hence their staunch refusal not to go with the scheme. But unfortunately, you can't replace Russian cheap energy for pure economic reasons. They have the option of paying Gazprom with Euros and then convert allow the company to do the conversion. But sadly, Russia still have them by the balls. Even if they deposit the funds in Euros into Gazprom account and leave Gazprom to do the conversion from Euro to Ruble itself, the Russian Central Bank could still raise the value of the Ruble and the EU country involved would have to pay for the shortage remaining by the time the conversion is done on the new Ruble value. So either way, they're screwed. As for Poland, they simply do not have sufficient LNG terminals right now to stay fully independent away from Russian gas. They will do so eventually with the Norwegian pipe coming through Denmark, but the fact remains that for the time being, they will have to get their gas from wherever they seem fit at 3 times the price they usually pay for direct Russian gas. We know what that means for their industrial productivity and product price competitiveness in the open market. Things are already running high in the country and this recent Russian gas cut would only send inflation through the roof. No wonder they're threatening legal actions. ![]() |
