I have written about this many times before here. This is not just about a military parade but a nationwide event. Including veterans on both sides.
In the last 30 years how many nationwide conferences or symposia have you seen to dispassionately discuss the civil war?

What we hear are provocative statements from both sides.

Nope. Most countries out of fear will not allow Nigerians freehand to trade. Look at ECOWAS.

I am with Buhari on this. They need to first sort out xenophobia against innocent Nigerians in Africa. No point being carried away by free trade agreement on paper while Nigerians will not be allowed to trade in peace. To go lose serious money when attacked. Or killed even.

Nigeria will just become a dumping ground for goods from outside Africa through African countries.

FG clearly left a vacuum by refusing to do so. Nature abhors vacuum.

Suppressing civil war discourse has handed the narrative to various groups to shape. Where all sides involved cannot contribute meaningfully to get a more balanced view.

In essence those who died on both sides are/were still officially Nigerians. Honouring them as Nigerians by FG should not be problem.

I only mentioned the cross if indeed the procedure has any other reason unknown to me. Since antiquity music or other things associated with the King's movement has been well documented. Way back in Egypt, Persia, etc.

yes bro. But in the end science and the government has given too much leverage to crimes... I really feel off hearing or listening to justifications of crimes owing to poor childhood etc..

I will just say I thank God I didn't have such a childhood.
But biopsychosocial model of looking at development is pretty good in trying to understand people.

Her story was pathetic because she claimed the guy didn't want her cuz of the guy's statement that they would have been better without her kids. Then she decided to kill them... Again it was all about money. The guy was wealthy.

Her background was pathetic though. Her dad committed suicide when she was still very young. She attempted suicide too. She also had a very long sexual relationship with her step-dad that began with molestation. Seriously sick stuff.

I'd like to see the statistics showing how effective it is in the identification and confirmation of actual criminals. I'm going to search for the data. It's interesting to know.

Not sure how effective overall but it depends on how well the witness can describe the culprit.

But there was a fake one in Charleston, South Carolina, USA over 20 years ago. A lady, Susan Smith, pushed her car with her two little boys into a lake and accused a black guy snatching her car at gunpoint. The e-fit sketch of a black guy wearing a woolly hat could have been anybody.

From further questioning by a black Policeman made her story look incredulous. White officers totally believed her story. But the black officer persisted and she finally confessed.

Got got rid of her kids to please her new boyfriend who didn't want any kids. She then took police to the lake to show where she sank the car.

If not one innocent black, probably previously, arrested for carjacking in the area, could have been arrested for it.

In developed countries some still do it this way first.

Because they can do it as they speak to the witness. It means that if that department or small village has no expert to do computer it can still be done soonest from fresh memory of witness. Computer can be used later.

That one is common. Police even arrest some at their wedding reception. Some pay tithes on their robbery proceeds sef.

Even without UK of 66 million people, EU will still have a population of over 442 million people. More than USA + Canada population combined. Simply put, EU is the single biggest market in the world. Alone Germany has about 82 million people & France 66 million.
