ChristianNorth:Kikikikiki. Our SW people do not believe other Southerners have the right to be different. If you do not support the current political god of SW, then you are a big enemy. This attitude brewed the first political crisis in post-independent Nigeria. Between SLK and Pa Awo. It led to Awo being sent to jail for treason. On spurious charges of planning a coup by Balewa and Ahmadu Bello. Once that state of emergency imposed by FG on Western region began, Nigeria has been lurching from one crisis to another since. The quest for own power by a few SW elements in SW has blinded them to know their true enemies, both historical and current. Awo knew better. When you simply say the truth like this, they start calling you Yoruba hater. Parr of sophistication is being able to accept the truth, be introspective and respect the views and positions of others. Shouting people down with insults like agbero betrays the opposite. |
Best time to go is now. His weaknesses will not be fully revealed. The cup he just won and CL position can be touted as success. Man U and Arsenal may not be as abysmal next season as they have been this year. Chelsea could be in trouble. |
RIP. |
Rip dude. |
Tomide007:So Indimi family married into Dantata's family twice. Because late Alhassan Dantata was the grandfather of Aliko Dangote. |
Now let's put ownership aside for now. Is there any tribe that Ijaw people will not fight in Nigeria? In Delta they fight Urhobo, Isoko, Itsekhri, in Rivers, they fight everyone. In Yorubaland trouble also. How is it possible that every other tribe victimises Ijaws as they claim? |
umuna:It is even much easier. Federal offences may cross state borders. Like if a criminal committed crime across at least two states. If the crime involves cover up by local police then Federal police come in. Crime done online like fraud against foreign entities, espionage, treasonous offences, firearms offences. Etc, etc. Just like state high courts and magistrate courts can try murder cases generally, state police can also investigate certain murder cases. |
Wow! Two good policies in a short span of time. No African Free Trade AND now going to support panel report on police reform. I am a Buhari critic but I must again commend this. We wailers are not robotic critics. We ommend good policies when we see them. |
Bloggers with very poor English. How many died? Why is it a fatal accident? Quick recovery. |

Very foolish. |
Same thing everywhere. Success has many friends, relatives, neighbours, etc. That is why when friends or family reach high positions I do Not usually go visiting them. I can just send a congrats message. But some might misconstrue it as envy. I stay away because I know they would be already unaudited with people visiting them. People who will suddenly come to introduce themselves as primary school friends, from great-great grandparents' village, etc. In life try to succeed for your own self. Not to impress others. And remember when up there do not display or get carried away. Because the minute you are down, everyone vamoos. |
Mental health issue is real. People need help before tragedies happen. |
lexy2014:All the analogies I gave are about human nature. In whatever historical era, race or social or political environment you may want to refer to. Anyway I admire your faith in humans and their words. Obviously our exposure, life experience and circumstances determine what we see, know, believe and conclusions we reach in life. And that is probably a good thing. Good luck. |
lexy2014:I do not have to read. I see it in people's intimate life to know. Out of confidentiality I cannot elaborate. If you know what I know, you will see human nature in a very different way. Like women whose kids are not their hubby's but you dare not tell her doting hubby the truth. And far worse. Far far worse. That Imran Khan was a lady's man is well known. Including dating Benazir Bhutto when they were still students at Oxford. Other rumours have never been far. I actually knew a relative of Imran. Imran has had political ambitions for at least 25 years. He even had the chance to be in govt over 30 years ago. He was still leading Pakistan cricket team them. I watched him interviewed on BBC around 18 years ago about it. Remember he's not too from 70 years old despite looking so trim. Look, lots of people are bisexual but may lean towards one gender at various points. In a very religious society like Brazil, Philippines or Pakistan, youthful sexual exuberance must be cut down to gain respectability and enter politics. At least publicly. People cannot even maintain libido of their youth beyond 50 to begin with. So you think all these big men in Nigeria, no gay among them? How Many come out to declare it? Does it men they don't do it in secrete? Of course not.Look, no politician is an open book. Never. No matter how apparently open. See how Donald Trump is refusing to release his tax details. Despite saying anything possible. No doubt there will be many other things he keeps the lid on. You can choose to believe everything a politician tells you claiming openness. Your choice sir. But remember that political propaganda already existed in antiquity (ancient Rome, Greece, etc) |
Marrying a pastor talllies with the hypocritical religiosity women like to "form". A girl seamlessly juggling 10 men aged from 25 to 60 will be saying she wants a God-fearing man. ![]() Moreover money rains daily from offerings, seed sowing, tithes, etc. |
lexy2014:So you think people do not plan their career ahead? You cannot give up your sexuality. You can only hide or suppress it. Now imagine how prevalent child abuse is in a some church denominations were priestly celibacy is mandatory. Even among probably otherwise striaigt people. In the West like UK, until about 20 years ago, many gay people married just for a front. Some politicians were unmasked as closeth gays even just 15 years ago. Ruining the chance of party leadership. Some people in their 60s with grandkids are now coming out as gay, lesbian or transexual because only just now the society has really accepted it. |
lexy2014:Of course he knew he had to give it up. Or pretend to in order to enter politics proper. You think third world politicians can publicly indulge in homosexuality and be accepted? |
I can see why the guy is so brutal. Having to deny his real sexuality for political reasons in a very. Catholic country. |
Darato:Well some things are meant to be private. Just because we get naked in our bedrooms doesn't mean we should do same in public. Everything has a time and place. |
Benekruku:Visa to Jamaica is normally free sef. Just hold your mulla and keep your wits about you. |
babyfaceafrica:It's in Africa people think like this. In Isreal over many decades, people easily alternate between being prime minister and cabinet minister. Same in Scandinavia. Some also leave high govt posts to become mayor of their small village of residence later in life. Funny enough people who occupy high positions in Nigeria are not even fit to be councillors in serious countries. I had a high flying award winning former professor who stayed as emeritus to teach mostly first year students anatomy. He had sumptouos offers from top university positions. Including ivy league US schools. In the extraordinary talent category to work in US. But he declined invitation from fellow top surgeons he came to know over the decades. Too much ego is not helping us in Africa. |
Rip dude. |
This will never make front page like others that do after 5 years. It will annoy church business people. |
Na wa o. |
nototribalist:Something Nigeria has not even started preparing for. Soon there will be no more reason to fight for resource control. It won't be worth much. We have only about 5 years to find an alternative income source as a nation. |
Kikikikiki. Before nko? Just assume you're a shareholder in your gf. You might even be a minority shareholder. Even your wife is not guaranteed yours only nowadays. Just that this time, shareholders happen to know each other. By the way, there might be other shareholders out there. Chai! This na unscheduled annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders o. ![]() |
Billy0naire:Buhari once banned Nigerian Medical Association because the likes of Dr Beko Ransome-Kuti who were activists as military head of state. So why should Biochem and MolBio institute ban surprise anyone? He knows fully well that Southerners will benefit more from it. Biochemists have won more Nobel Prizes in Medicine or Physiology than any other basic scientists. But how will Buhari know? |
Na wa. Make she talk true. Her bosses may have shared the bulk and given her peanuts. |
Lol. Crazy compilation. ![]() |
Anyway they are kids. I see no reason to want anyone's autograph or selfie. Many so called celebrities have very awful character. Some just behave nice due to PR. |
