..'in a time of universal deceit, saying the truth is a revolutionary act'>George Orwell
..'those who are careful never reach their goals'>English poet
No one can deny the constancy of change, the good days has been sighted from afar.Ride on Odimegwu.
PoliticsRe: Okorocha, Catholic Doctors At War Over Abortion Law by AustineE1: 11:07pm On Aug 27, 2013
... motivated by the 'clandestine'!the 'victim' and the 'dark',an initiatory step towards the acceptable!...only for those who can discern.
Beyond the panache and political funfair, pain is what they offer you.
Rochas deserves pity, the problem is his personal devil!!! If you do nt understand me,stay out of this.
PoliticsRe: Akanu Ibiam International Airport: Flights Are Fully Booked Into October by AustineE1: 2:49pm On Aug 27, 2013
Obiagelli: ah you don spoil market, when these people were about reaching climax, choi. Btw I heard Obj also started the railway, power plants, and major road. Wetin Oga gej come contribute na? Anyway continuity is good
the two ex-president may ve started those projects for just political reasons but do they really ve the political will to complete them!Nigeria is littered with so many uncompleted projects from the past, dont forget obj's (IPP)power projects,benin-Ore road,portharcourt-owerri road, etc which were started just to get vote from certain regions!GEJ stands out for his special love in completing of projects and equally initiating quite a number of others.
PoliticsRe: Festus Odimegwu Suspended By The Federal Government by AustineE1: 1:27pm On Aug 27, 2013
...i pray and hope that Nigeria wouldnt miss this opportunity of getting the census figures right!Agents of retrogression are at it again, those who are bent on Nigeria living in perpetual darkness are at it again....adding ethnicity and religion in our census data,is now a reckless statement or mentioning the obvious, that all past census were manipulated!
People of intergrity hardly survives in this malformed entity called Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: REVEALED!!!: Why Jonathan Fired Minister Of Youth Development Talatu Usman !!! by AustineE1: 6:28am On Aug 27, 2013
REHOZIBAH: His allegiance is obviously with Gov Wamakko and whether we like it or not his loyalty will be called to question by either side. The fact is that every politics is localised. Abuja is just a vacous political ground, every smart politician knows that if you lose your pedigree at the home front....u are finished as a politician and the Northern politicians know this for a fact.

To this Ex-Minister,GEJ is not worth dying for as he stil wants to be relevant on the home front which is effectively being controlled by Wamakko

Its only in the SE,SS and SW that we would have abuja politicians who though are 'powerful' but can't deliver even the polling booth inside their bedroom to the PDP since they lack solid structure which is visible on the ground

Northerners don't joke with local(home) politics
one would think that seeking relevancy on the home front by northern politicians, should amount to more development in the North!lol or is it just for election maneuvering?
PoliticsRe: Captured Boko Haram Suspect Corroborates JTF claim of Shekau's Death-Daily Trust by AustineE1: 7:29pm On Aug 25, 2013
Krak: He said some of them are in Lagos.

What could they be doing there?
APC connection!...did Fashola deport them?No,
why?they are nt igbos.
But?but what, they are part of the merger agreement!
PoliticsRe: REVEALED: Stranded Boko Haram Members Turn Human Eaters In Borno – Suspect by AustineE1: 7:32pm On Aug 24, 2013
...now that they are begining to eat each other, govt shld please suspend the dialogue with the group and allow them to finish their 'last supper'!sooner or later, the last man would be eaten.
PoliticsRe: Kwankwaso: Census Chairman High On Alcohol Should Be Sack by AustineE1: 8:58am On Aug 24, 2013
Mayor_of_Lagos: It amazes me that Igbos are not outraged at this call by Kwankwaso and even no one at the political leadership in SE has given any response, formal or informal, in defense of Odimegwu.

First, is Odimegwu not a Nigerian?

Second, is it not an insult to Igbo nation that a governor is harassing this man and calling for his termination?

Third, doesn't Igbo own 50% of Kano, where Kwankwaso is governor?

Fourth, when are we going to hear Ohanaeze, MASSOB, Obi and Kalu demand apology and issue an ultimatum to Kwankwaso and Hausa people?

Fifth, judging by their response in Lagos, isnt it true that if Kwankwaso had been Fashola Igbos would have raised hell?

Sixth, judging by the silence here, is it not evident that Igbo have a morbid fear of offending Hausa and would rather suck up this humiliation than voice their grievance?
we are nt that myopic to respond to issues pertaining individuals,Odumegwu can handle Kwankwaso but nt when your governor insulted our sensibility by deporting vibrant igbos or when that junky Kayode insulted ndi-igbo!Odumegwu like most igbos in service of this nation, must and as always deliver and the truth shall once again reign over the land.
PoliticsRe: 44 People Killed In Borno Village. by AustineE1: 8:35am On Aug 24, 2013
...this idea of dialogue is highly irritating, then what will be the fate of all the innocent people killed and their families! This may portend another problem for Nigeria, how do you assuage the feelings of those who have been hurt seriously by this unneccessary insurgency, right now there is dissaffection in the land and in some instances, pronounced bitterness!effort shld be made to reach out to this class of Nigerians who ve been hurt seriously by this terrorists and most probably compensate them!Government must do every thing possible to protect the people at the border areas of borno, enough of this innocent deaths..my heart goes out to them.
PoliticsRe: Femi Fani-kayode: The Nationality Question by AustineE1: 8:13am On Aug 24, 2013
mobuch: But Femi Fani Kayode's real ancestry is not yoruba, his great grandfather is nupe from niger state who adopted yoruba tribe as his tribe after being trained by bishop ajayi crowther as a returnee slave, so i wonder what d goat is smokiing.

FFK is nupe from Niger state and not Ile-Ife.
...a Nupe(fulani) man, championing the interest of yorubas, thats quite funny and should be seen as an insult to yorubas...so if this Fulani man is also claiming ownership of Lagos, why the heck are they pissed off with the idea that lagos is 'no mans land'...for his selfless service to the yorubas, they may as well one day vote him in as an APC governor or senator in one of the south-west states and then the Fulani domination of yorubas will continue from where they stopped in Kwara state.
PoliticsRe: Femi Fani-kayode: The Nationality Question by AustineE1: 8:45pm On Aug 23, 2013
EMMA BC: What is FFK turning to; a lunatic or a wacko?
...on behalf of very hard working igbos, thanks to America for nurturing capitalism, for me and my ilk,CaPitalism is a religion...money talks and s h i t happens!
PoliticsRe: Femi Fani-kayode: The Nationality Question by AustineE1: 11:28am On Aug 23, 2013
Asoozy: Stop saying God bless Fani alone. Start printing his articles and start distributing to the grassroot Yorubas. Translate it if need be and perhaps read it out to the illiterates. Yoruba land owners need to be re-educated.

Stop selling or renting to certain people from the other side of the Naija!

Ijafara lewu!

Yoruba heritage is at stake! Your most priced land is at stake! APC is at stake! If Lagos falls to PDP, APC would be finished!

Tinubu is ill and Fashola is too docile and politically correct to protect the Yoruba interest and our seat of power.

Yoruba stop ronuing and start acting!

Omo Yoruba ise Ya!!!
..but dont you think its late already, those people(tribe)you talked about, may have had more lagos land in their possession than the yorubas, and in an open market economy, the highest bidder gets it all!Hunger knows no tribe, religion or boundary, people will always sell to the highest bidder,in this 21st century,it is simply the battle of the fittest....so dude,go get yourself a life and make some money or die trying!I LoVe CaPiTalism!!!
PoliticsRe: Edo: Reactions Trail Allege N18m Purchase Of Prado Jeep By LG Chairmen. by AustineE1: 8:49pm On Aug 21, 2013

PoliticsRe: Breaking News!hosni Mubarak Have Been Released. by AustineE1: 7:20pm On Aug 21, 2013
...hope they ve also disbanded the recalcitrant 'muslim brotherhood'!Egyptian Army still remains the most proffessional army in Africa.Historically, they ve always upheld the secularity of Egypt and its right of place,in the comity of nations. They must stop the fractious brotherhood from causing more harm to the Egyptian nation and made to submit to dialogue and listen to voice of reason,so that this innocent and unneccessary blood shed must stop.

PoliticsRe: Ogun Plans Africa Tallest Building by AustineE1: 6:38am On Aug 17, 2013

PoliticsRe: “we Shall Build A Capital City To Behold In Awka” – Ngige by AustineE1: 3:13pm On Aug 14, 2013
...'how are the mighty fallen',Ngige once revered has now become a laughing stock,he took a political suicide by aligning with Fashola in this issue and by association,a member of the highly detested APC party.A party which ndi- igbo sees as a continuation of the Odua-Gambari conspiracy in suppressing ndi-igbo, the minority tribes and by extension impoverishing the whole nation.
PoliticsRe: Fashola Orders Sealed Kalu’s House Re-opened by AustineE1: 7:02am On Aug 14, 2013
Fashola is truly messing himself up over nothing. This tells you much about the so-called progressive politicians!I doubt if Nigeria may ever be free from the shackles of PDP,since the opposition has proven to be worst than the PDP.The APC goons are totally a group of criminally minded sadists, who desperately wants power by all means...which way Nigeria?

NYSCRe: Cultists Machete Female NYSC Member In Bayelsa by AustineE1: 7:57am On Aug 07, 2013
....its horrible that such cld happen to someone serving her Father's land, but what is the link between this incidence and cultists?was she a cultist in her school days?then traced to Bayelsa to be hacked or is she having a running battle with the creek cultists?the answer for me,is non of the above!...our 'press boys',i thought the head-line shld ve been,'suspected assasins or hoodlums attacked an NYSC member'in Bayelsa. If thesame crime had occured in Maidugari, without investigatn its tagged Boko Haram.Nigerian press has degenerated to its lowest ebb!
