momentoftruth:please dont mention Ekiti here, gone are the days of Lagos-Ibadan parapo newspaper hyping and propaganda,we all know the true pacesetters in education...thanks to social media and online news media. Kudos to the young Anambarians |
Does anyone still take this national clown serious....Baba your opinion is nt needed! I cant wait for the Halliburton probe. |
Does anyone still take this national clown serious....Baba your opinion is nt needed! I cant wait for the Halliburton scam probe. |
Though i dont care who runs what but PMB must be ashame of himself...too myopic and narrow minded! Over to APC E-warriors and janitors to come and justify it,a borno commissioner of Federal character commission replacing the late chairman, what happens to the various executives above him. For me,nepotism is the worst form of corruption because it goes against meritocracy and encourages the 'who know who' syndrom, that has kept our nation on its knees. |
erinalex:i dont know why people see every criticism of this government as a tacit approval of GEJs government, your jingo patriotism for PMB has made you and your ilks to believe that any objection to this government makes such an enemy. I do nt hold brief for GEJ but must we fold our hands and watch our looting politicians squander our patrimony on the altar of PDP/APC rivalry.Must we keep repeating the mistake of the past. Dont we no longer have a stake on how this country is to be run. Some of us can never stop opposing bad governance as that is one thing we owe this nation. We cannt turn a blind eye when the future of the next generation is being morgaged by a few. |
Anticabal:chill brother,an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind....the world we live in is surrounded by a circle of events that links us together, sometimes either for good or for worst, but one thing is constant and that is truth,it keeps you above little minds, evil conspirators and even wickedness in high places, like the killing of innocent protesters in Onitsha. I must say, that as for me,i will forever condemn evil, wherever i sight one and the killing shiites is 'one evil too many' from this regime. As christians,we must always stand by the truth,as admonished by the bible. |
I wound never support the killing of any Nigeria anywhere, regardless of whose side i stand....more often than not,my heart weeps for those shiites and many more Nigerians killed extra-judicially without recourse to the due process of justice. This is because am part of humanity and i feel diminished when people, especially my fellow country men are killed and nt by any other person but a leader people risked the last drop of their blood to vote for. Like they say, life is a b*tch, life aint fair! But as for the dead,RIP! And may the bereaved stay strong and stand by their ideology, for no amount of intimidation can suppress an idea whose time has come. 'your antagonist is your helper'. Posterity will certainly play in your favour. |
The truth remains that Nigerians has been scammed by the APC change mantra, how else can one explain the fact that Lagos state which is said to be the most vibrant state in Nigeria and shld be able do without allocation from FG,has for sometime now continued in a reckless, relentless and glutonous borrowing. The minimal level of development in that state cannt be measured in any way with the outrageous amounts borrowed since the past years. I dont know why i keep having this feelings that the future of Lagos has long been morgaged by the ruling elites.A bigger scandal awaits Nigeria, the day EFCC will focus their searchlight on Lagos state. Because they have all been compromised by the Tinubu cartel, every new governor comes in and covers the misdeed of the former!Ambode initially wanted to expose Fashola just for political expedience but was later called to order by the same Tinibu cabal and was told to pipe low since Lagos belngs to a few,of which Ambode has been invited to come and chop like others. This is so pathetic and the poor helpless masses are everywhere online defending these Lagos 'gods of the manor'. |
The level of jealousy and envy in the heart of an average yoruba is alarming. The youths has been so much brainwashed by the ruling elites, into believing that one of the reasons the larger population of their youths remain unemployed and are 'never-do-well',is simply because the Igbos are taking up all available opportunities. Until the Yorubas carryout a form of cultural revolution and social re-orientation,am sorry to say this, their youths may never get it right, more like a wasted generation. As for the market demolition, good if done with good intention!when new markets are built, the rightful owners and those with tenacity of purpose, will as usual dominate it. |
I also concur but i will only take PMB and his anti-corruption campaign serious when i see Tinubu, kwankwaso and Amaechi in the dungeon, including Fashola. Those initial first three names, stinks with 'gross'corruption. |
I dont know why some people will base their argument on mere APC propaganda, the same APC sent several emissary to Obiano to plead with him to join APC,which he bluntly refused. The questn is, what does he stand to gain from a party that will never and can never grant him victory in Anambra state. Peter Obi on the other hand has proclaimed his lack of interest in continuing with politics,as it is now,he is on the board of about eighteen blue-chip companies! Please save us Gobbel like propaganda. |
Kyase:you dont expect to see those names, they always work hard for their money,we all know the two region that has constantly benefited from ill gotten wealth and has always conspired to squander our patrimony as a nation, hence the quest for one Nigeria. |
'if you can not do the time, dont do the crime'-anonymous., El-Chapo your cup is filled. |
Wole Soyinka is a social critic and a human right activist i respect so much but i must say am not comfortable with his recent romance with the ruling APC.....else his efforts of many years may fly away with the wind. The political class in Nigeria and APC in particular,is like a 'valley of mud, where anything that goes inside, will either sink, stink or smells'. |
Soyinka was a student of the then university college Ibadan, presently University of Ibadan(U.I),formed Pyrate confraternity with six others and not 'pirate' as mentioned by a forumite. I do nt have problem with Wole Soyinka or the events he chooses to attend. Am only concerned on the amount Amaechi spent in hosting him, even in the face of obvious economic recession at that time. Soyinka is not a public officer and was just an invited guest but Amaechi was/is a public officer and must account for all the tax payers money he squandered. |
Nigeria is a huge joke.......and yet you want your citizenry to be patriotic to a nation that treats them shabbily. Lets pray we never experience another civil war in this country, because i dont see the soldiers that will be loyal enough to stand against a determined region seeking for either seccession or whatever. Our military morale is at its lowest ebb. |
Propaganda is the hallmark of the APC government, wonder when they will out-grow this election campaign mentality and face reality. The more shops you destroy, the more thiefs you create in lagos, the more unleavable it becomes, dont forget that 'what happens in vegas stays in vegas'. |
Lytech:some of you are just outrightly st*pid, civilians where massacred in broad daylight and all you have to say,is that your tyranical government acted in good faith. You said if the past regime had acted this way,Boko haram wld ve been a thing of the past, but you systematically forgot to mention that it was this same extra-judicial killing of the Boko haram leaders and followers, that led to the rise of the most dreaded terrorist group(bokoharam). Indeed one may be forced to concur to the assertion by some people that,Nigeria most likely is a zoo, over 300 Nigerians killed in one short event and everybody turns a blind eye, like nothing happened. Even in the zoo, animal lives are preserved by its care-takers,inspite of the obvious lawlessness of the animals. Am waiting for such proficiency to be applied by our army in stopping the menacing rampage of Buharis fulanis kingsmen, who has constituted about the 2nd most dreaded terrorist group on planet earth. Who have been on rampage in our rural areas and not Shiites observing their religious right. |
Olamide or olamumu, whatever his name is,is surely an empty vessel,he has been wailing and bragging, while the real don kept quiet. Why asking him to come to mainland lagos when he is living in the same lagos, why nt also ask him to come to your fathers palour,so that you can prove yourself. Cheap coward, when bush mature to jungle,we go no who go stand, real men no dey make noise.Meanwhile, the marvin Don cant help laughing at his infantile ranting,Just wait until 'elemental forces' come after him,for those who understand what i mean. Meanwhile,op you actually have time to write sarcastically about that local champ,Olamumu! |
Op,you dont need to belabour yourself in explaining our igboness to the dumb ass called 'barcanista',he wish he can 'balcanize' us.....the Anioma igbos are nt in any identity crisis, let them wallow in their self deception, while we igbos continue to multiply.Dedicated to Ifeanyi Okowa,Wike et al. |
orisa37:foolishness is when you reason like El-rufai. |
Nigerian government must treat this with caution, disbanning a group that has existed for about 40yrs and with no known history of violence, its both insensitive and dangerous. How then can we explain the fact that all known terrorist groups in Nigeria, are either sunnis or wahabbi sunnis. Nigeria should not be a fertile ground for proxy war, what happens to freedom of association. If a sunni, shiite, catholic, pentecostal, atheist etc commits a crime,he should be treated like a criminal but not stereotype the whole group. This is not the best of time to attract another crisis to our nation. Until we learn to treat ourselves with respect,we may never get it right. |
Diamond,fidelity,access bank. |
Any nation that manipulates itself can never be blessed with the grace of prosperity, the fear of certain regions achieving greater heights than others has continually made the federal government of Nigeria to operate like a clandestine organization The more they try to work against the development of a section of the country, in other to dissuade the quest for seccession, the more likely people will see reasons for a seperate nation. |
Coal city Arrow of God The Gods are not to be blamed The rain maker Women at war |
Umu igbo jisi'nike! |
All in a bid to take over Bayelsa by the ruling party,Nigeria is an 'Animal farm',where everything is possible!.....we are at our lowest ebb ever! |
The Nigeria of today,is a true definition of a 'collapsed nation'.....so what is this angry ape talking about. |
Ndi nne mama!!! Ka mkpulu obi fa zulu ike na ndokwa!!! |
Some one should tell king Salman to stay away from Nigeria,Nigeria is not Yemen or Syria where they are fighting their proxy war! |
So pathetic, everybody turns a blind eye when these murderous Fulani herdsmen is committing their usual genocide.....and some one will tell me that Nigeria,is a nation. If Nigeria does nt put an end to the menace of Fulani cattlemen, then it will put an end to Nigeria. |
This is unbecoming of Nigerian soldiers, they must answer for all this killings! The Nigerian militayr is contributing faster towards the quick dissolution of this deformed entity called Nigeria.....This is why no serious nation wants to associate with our military, they are one of the most crude and unrefined military of the 21st century. From Zaria to the Onitsha,From Rivers to Lagos, the story is the same. |
