TonyeBarcanista:You never fail to dissappoint me,where were these Arabs when Boko haram was busy battering and spillaging our land. If there where no ISIS and then Boko Haram keeps attacking us,do you think that the so-called Islamic nations would come to our aid. Except you subscribe to the notion that Arab muslim nations are more important than Africa 'muslim' nations. When J*njaweed militias was busy committing genocide against fellow muslims who are blacks,in Darfur Sudan. The muslim world kept quiet because they were just black muslims and worth nothing. My stand on this,is that Nigeria must stay away from such coalition and focus on its joint effort with our neighbouring countries to defeat boko haram. So because Nigeria was unlawfully smuggled into OIC by thesame PMB/IBB,we should then accept and celebrate the illegality. When we begged the US of A,to sell arms to us,they didnt, sighting flimsy excuses and with the kind of influence Saudi Arabia has on America, they should have helped our cause but they careless. |
Yes Obiano is working but that was a huge mistake on his side, should have gone for INNOSON cars, let me believe it was just an over-sight,it shouldnt repeat itself again or else we will give him the Anambra treatment. Anambra Adigo mma! |
Nigeria is a huge joke, how can a secular nation be listed among Islamic and Arab nation.PMB for all i care,is an extremist, even if the christian south-East and south-south decides to get out of this deformed entity called Nigeria. A bigger war may be fought in Nigeria between the christian minorites of middle-belt vs muslims on one hand and sunni's /Wahabbi vs Shittes on the other hand. The reason for this is simply because of the type of leadership style of Mr President,he lacks knowledge of democratic tenets. APC must be very careful with the way things are going in this country, before it becomes too late. |
While other governors are falling over each other for the illegal bail out fund,Obiano never joined them. While other governors are threatening that they can no longer sustain the #18,000 monthly stipends given to workers as minimium wage, Obiano rather increased Anambra state minimium wage to #22,000. While some governors are threatening our suffering workers with retrenchment,Obiano is rather planning to employ more. While others are thinking oil,he is thinking Agriculture. It is really the best time to be an Anambrarian!!! Gisike,Anambra adigo mma!!! |
sammysammy111:Is nt a question of whether what they did was right or wrong,Nigerians should not be killed in an extrajudicial manner, there are other ways of handling such civil disobidience. The killings are highly condemnable! |
libertyfather:you got it all wrong, those of us supporting PDP,are not against an honest probe, which infact will promote transpiracy in the running of govt in Nigeria. But hypocrisy of APC supporters may bring Nigeria to its feet, known corruptn mafias like Amaechi and yes of course Fashola et al where appointed federal ministers and yet every one APC supporter, supported the appointments and they where branded saints, just because they belong to APC,even obvious when case of corrupt practises has been established against them. Rivers states fund and few other states where used for PMBs presidential campaign and may be that explains the illegal presidential bail out fund dispatched to these thieving governors immediately PMB ascended the throne. Nigerians want change and fight against corruption, but if done selectively, then it will encourage more corruptn, since all you need to be safe from probe,is to always remain with a ruling party. We must insist every one that need to be probed must be probed, regardless of statues, including PMBs past dealings, only then we can be blessed with the 'grace of light'. |
diannaes:What are you trying to say,pls write in English. |
When the price of oil is droping like never before and new oil fields discovered in different parts of southern Nigeria, which are yet to be tapped,Mr. president still allocating our scarce resources for oil exploration in the north. Yet you come out every day to say Nigeria is broke, scarce money that cld ve been invested in meaningful ventures in Nigeria. Talk about a myopic and an ethnic jingoist. |
DPR! Hands of Esau, voice of Jacob. |
He is only trying to let the public know that APC which he belongs to,is a big fraud, they tell us every time that Nigeria is broke and yet the jet around the world with reckless abandon, organize money wasting jamborees, while workers gnash their teeths at the end of the month. If we are actually broke as they say, then austerity measures must be observed,so that the workers and the rest of the populace will earn their income,as at when due. |
This regime is making payment of salaries seem like a heroic act....for God sake, salaries are not meant to be a privilege given to workers,it is their right, they worked for it. When ever pay day comes,it's always one excuse or the other from this government,if computer didnt crash then their BVN has not been harmonized. |
We are waiting for APC to try their usual wuruwuru, even PMB knows his limit,as it is, boys eagerly wants him and his INEC to try any sh*t with Bayelsa Polls, only then he will realise that it is not only Nnamdi Kalu and his boys that wants a seperate country.....Bayelsa is not Kogi!!! |
When has supporting Biafra become a crime...the press as the 4th estate, shld, would and has to stand by any popular uprising that is geared towards the upliftment of the suffering masses. The 'True Press' must serve as the conscience and mouth piece of the masses even when they have a different opinion! I salute their courage, posterity will always favour them. |
I guess the bank can offset the debt easily, its only a matter of time before they do,just that the stringent monetary policies of the government in power, makes it difficult to access fund easily. I think the bank is owned by the Ige Imuokede's and they are notable financial managers, with years of undented reputable banking. No need for any panic withdrawal, the situation will be managed effectively. Six hundred million naira, though big money but yet still way too small to threaten any of our banks ever since the consolidation. |
Anambra state is more or less a 'canon state',its inhabitants are very spiritual, they hold their achievements to God and most laurels won by the state educationally, are basically through the efforts of missionary schools and other christian theological establishments and so goes with other South Eastern states. Any allocation or fund given to churches, plays a serious impart on the educational, sociological and developmental wellbeing of its citizenry. The churches provides the impetus needed for social re-engineering,they work hand in hand with the government. |
A good step in the right direction....thinking home first! |
Nwoke Eziowelle,obodo oma!!! |
Is the population of yorubas in Lagos upto a million....just asking? |
RIP dear soldier, you died a gallant soldier, you died for a noble course....your life and time will forever be remembered but as for the terrorists, they shall never find peace and the hottest place in hell is reserved for them. adieu! |
Op,your question should ve been, how are the Yorubas going to pay up for the properties and investments igbos have in south west,so that igbos can leave for their Biafra? Stop masturbating about other peoples hard work and efforts, you go about Lagos looking at massive achievements of the ever industrious Igbos and you which they will leave it for your ilks, who are perpetual failures. Even when Biafra comes to fruition like Pakistian and Indian,South Sudan and Sudan,Serbia and Montenegro etc, according to United Nations convention on soveriegnity, the properties still belongs to the original or except otherwise where necessary compensation are made. But we all knows that the south West Indigenes are way too poor to pay up one tenth of what Igbos has in their land, even in a whole life time, they can never afford it. So that makes south west and the North perpetually indebted to the Igbos. |
Nonsense,who cares! |
This Nigerian boys are good but we must work hard to close down the space in the center of the field,we are giving them room to run at our defenders. Efforts must be made to deal with aerial ball,am not so comfortable with the way our defenders are dealing with the aerial balls and we must force them to commit mistakes with our strenght and that will expose their defence and its going to be a goal harvest for us. |
All this people shouting 'gbese re oh',i hope is not arson from the usual suspects. |
Anambra state is not asking for a bail out but rather they are pleading with the federal govt. to give them their due right. .....but i will also suggest the state should also ask for a bail out,Since the APC govt at the top,has choosen to squander our common wealth,by giving bail out to his thieving governor friends without making them to account for the allocations given to them on monthly basis. |
Am only interested on how they got to know that those 144 girls are virgins,144 virgin girls in calabar of all places. Ok ....did Olumba carry out the test himself,in Psquares voice 'this na temptation'. |
The Lion is a very proud Animal, may be that explains why he is the king of the jungle. |
Like mother like daughter....cld success be genetical. Nwanyi oma, chukwu dube gi! |
SLIDEwaxie:Your actions and words goes a long way to support the assertion by some people that you yorubas are slaves. You were so evasive to the point that you didnt render your support to the calls by Afenifere on the issue of Fulanis, you were just busy checking out any statement made by Igbos. Seriously, you are pathetic, rather than tackling your problems, you are looking for an Alibi...your attitude is the best definition of cowardice i have come across. Moreover, ndigbo quest for Biafra covers every other statement or action you expect from us when we have issues with Fulanis or even your Yoruba people for that matter. From the 60's to date we have seeked for an honourable divorce from this contraption and forced marriage called Nigeria. |
BOYILO:This is a shame and an aberration of the law, this country has been sold to the dogs.....i have lost faith in the Nigerian legal system. |

and yet, you are the ones who scream about suffering more (which is not true though).
