With this kind of appointments, i think the governor will definitely do well....getting the right people to work for him,regardless of the ethnic group.

Soonest land will go for like 100-200 million in Anambra even in less fancied areas of the state,if you know the number of indigenous investors who are raiding Anambra every day for investment,only then you appreciate the extend of structural and industrial re-engineering going on there.

Though Abaworo is notable for his stup*dity and hardly valued by any true Igbo son. However if that road is truly that bad,just like many other bad roads spread across Nigeria,i will personally thank Abaworo for bringing it up for discussion. The reason being that Anambra has a listening governor,who is also working and delivering to the accolades of many,his excellency Willie Obiano's team is known to be internet savvy,the will get to see this news,the pressure will be on the amiable governor to fix up the road.

@op i hope u are not trying to smart by saying you are searching for hotels in Imo state,Imo has a number of world class hotels,probably more better than most of the states in Nigeria,this is just the truth.

Even the north you often make reference to,Igbos dont just sit and watch and be killed,of course i ve stayed yrs in different parts of the North and i can tell you that igbos holds their ground very well during conflicts. Yet many of our people some time falls victim during this conflicts,but i implore you to ask those who where in Jos during the Jos crisis and let them give you the head count and how Igbo zones were highly guarded with heavy arms.
Even sabon gari in kano is no go area for the Mohammedians during crisis,same as most part of Kaduna south where our people and other christians are domiciled. We the Igbos have learnt the act of self defence the hard way and we watch out for each other in volatile Northern states by living closely together in just few streets or in close proximity. Whenever crisis erupt we come together and defend ourselves together.
More over,most igbos in core nothern states ve contingency plans and are almost planning to relocate down east,just before the ultimate balkanization of the contraption called Nigeria.

Am an APGA man but if Peter Obi ever decides to contest,every Anambra Son from Anambra central senatorial zone knows Obi will definately win in a free and fair election.

We have always wished there were no APC in Eastern Nigerian.....Okorocha in an effort to replace the money they contributed to PMBs presidential election. He has now embarked on mass looting at the detriment of the states civil servants.
He Okorocha must be brought to book,regardless of Executive immunity,the state house of assembly shld immediately embark on impeachment proceedings,we must rid Igbo land of the age long tradition of executive recklessness common in Nigeria.

The truth is that in the south paedophilia is a crime,not just against the law but also against humanity. Imagine a baby of 13yrs getting married,this explains why you have the worst case of girl child education in the north of Nigeria than any other part of Africa.
You also failed to mention that hospitals in the north are littered with little girls who are IVF patients.The truth is that if Nigeria must be,then every region must be ready to move on with the rest of the developed world.

Immediately i learnt that the comment came from Oluwo of Iwo land in 'OSUN state',i just started laughing....i cant explain why am always laughing when i hear 'OSUN state'.

It is a welcomed development and i wish my amiable governor Obiano of Anambra state and other South East governors can key into this project,this must be taken into priority as an Igbo project.

Resources dont give you money but its effective usage and application that gives you money.However it is discussed, the south East remains the most vibrant and effective contributors to the Nigerian economy,with all due respect to the equally blessed south south region.
The oil productn stat op brandished above, may most likely be from the collections of Asiwaju Tinubus news media,we are all used to their Yoruba parapo press.
It is on record that the second highest revenue earner in our economy is from import duties and which south-Easterners amounts for over 82% of all revenue to government from importation.
As for internally generated revenue from direct taxes on businesses,lands,properties and commodities,which equally makes up the chunk of government revenues,no need mentioning those who are more into businesses,those who own more lands and properties in major cities et al. We all they are igbos!
It is also on record that Nigerian diasporan community contributes a lot to our total foriegn income,by the money the send home and of course we all know the people that travels a lot and are welly established all over the world.

This explains the continous and inordinate effort by the Nigerian state to keep South-East in this marriage of convenience called Nigeria.
