CelebritiesAli Baba And A Big Man Who Has 10 Police Escorts by autojosh(op): 8:07pm On Mar 07, 2018
From 0 - 10, how many police escorts do you think a rich man should have?

Alibaba shared his experience with a very big man who was spotted on the street of Lagos with 10 police escorts.

He said..

"I spent 3 hours today directing traffic today on Alfred Rewane Road. The drivers obeyed until 3 gun trotting policemen jumped down from these 2 escort vehicles... to do their priority traffic control. Told one of the officers to take it easy. Because if I had not been there helping with the traffic they wouldn't have made it this far. "OGA DEY HURRY". Really? Who be your Oga?.. I walked up to the vehicle and asked OGA to wind down. But another set of 3 armed policemen, alighted from the escort PRADO... By which time the gun brandishing officers had made way for our very very very important personality. He had to be very very very important. 10 security details attached to one man. Out of a depleted police force of less than 2 million officers. Anyway... What do I know? Shebi I am just a comedian?"

When you become a big man, how many police escorts will you have? Tell us in the comment section.

Car Talk2018 Morgan Plus 8 Vs. 2018 Toyota Corolla: Which Will You Collect? by autojosh(op): 2:34pm On Mar 07, 2018
The family-owned British motor car manufacturer, Morgan Motor Company, is marking the 50th year of its Plus 8 sports car. To commemorate it, Morgan released a new special edition of the car of which just 50 examples will be produced.

The car was revealed at the ongoing Geneva motor show.

The new 50th Anniversary model will be among the very last cars to use a BMW N62 V8 engine.

The Plus 8 50th Anniversary uses an identical specification version of the naturally aspirated 4.7-litre engine, which puts out 367bhp and 370lb ft of torque to enable a 4.5sec 0-62mph time and 155mph top speed.

The Plus 8, which is built around a bonded and riveted aluminium chassis, weighs 1100kg dry, giving it a 315bhp per tonne power-to-weight ratio. It sends power to the rear wheels via a BMW six-speed manual gearbox or ZF six-speed automatic.

So, if offered as a gift, between the Morgan 50th year of its Plus 8 sports car and the 2018 Toyota Corolla, Which Will You Collect?

Travel16 Essential Tips For Uber & Taxify Passengers by autojosh(op):
1. Do not eat in the car. Its common courtesy. The drivers' cars are their offices. When you leave crumbs all over their car seats, people give them bad ratings for it. Bad ratings equal fewer fares, which is a direct attack on these workers' incomes.

2.Never leave trash in the car. It is rude to leave trash behind, especially in a car that someone depends on for his or her income.

3. Don’t ask the driver to drive faster or to violate traffic rules. Ride-share drivers are not danfo drivers. Besides, there are speed limits they are expected to abide by. If getting to your destination is very important to you, perhaps, you should start your journey much earlier.

4. Wear your seat belt. Buckle up. Apart from the safety implications of not wearing your seat belt, it could get the driver into an infraction with the law.

5. Leave the music system alone. Ensure to keep your hands to yourself. Refrain from operating the audio system in the car.

6. Don't ask for anything but the ride. The job of the ride-share driver is to take you from point A to point B. Avoid engaging the driver in errands or asking for favours outside of his ride-share responsibility.

7. Do not smoke or indulge in alcohol during the trip. It is rude to do these. Such indulgence can leave some offensive smells in the car. The smell can inspire the next passenger to give a bad review of the driver.

8. Be respectful and polite to the drivers. Do not take out your personal frustrations out on them. Do not bark at them. Do not hurl invective at them. Be civil with them. They are respectable individuals.

9. Be kind to assist the drivers with directions. Indeed, those navigational devices sometimes fail or can confuse directions. Besides, no driver knows all the routes.

10. Abstain from touching the driver. What more can one say? Touching the driver could be a distraction. If you need his or her attention, simply call for it.

11. Be sure of your destination address. Know the exact address of your destination before you request for a ride. If you are not sure of the address, do a bit of research online, call someone, etc. You will save yourself and your driver a lot of hassle by just knowing where you're going.

12. Do not “overload the car. Respect and abide by the seating limit. Do not try to force in five or more people at a time for a trip. If possible, call for an extra car to convey the rest.

13. Do not give bad reviews or rating for nothing. Except the performance of the driver was quite unimpressive, avoid rating the driver low. Your ratings can determine his earnings.

14. Inform the driver of your method of payment ahead of the journey. Due to the peculiarity of our system, people tend to have some preferred methods of payment. If you are doing an online transfer, make it known to the driver before the commencement of the trip.

15. Avoid canceling rides. Don't order a ride until you're sure you need it. Although, the ride-share platform charges you a nominal fee for a canceled ride, but it's still irritating to drive a good distance to meet a rider who eventually would not need the ride.

16. Be ready to get in the car as soon as it comes. It is rude to be unprepared when the car comes. Don't order the ride until you're ready to go. The drivers do not earn fix salaries. Their income is tied to the amount of hours spent working. Waiting for you to get ready deprives them of their earnings. Do not order a car until you're absolutely ready to go.

Car TalkThe 2018 Hyundai Le Fil Rouge Concept Has Gone Rougue (photos) by autojosh(op): 10:19am On Mar 07, 2018
South Korean automaker, Hyundai, has finally unveiled its long anticipated Le Fil Rouge' concept car. This happened at the ongoing 2018 Geneva International Motor Show.

The Le Fil Rouge, which is French for “common thread,” is an attempt by Hyundai to connect its past, present, and future designs with this concept.

According to Hyundai, the Le Fil Rouge is a “reinterpretation” of the 1974 Hyundai “Pony” Coupe Concept, which set the design for its earliest cars.

With the new concept car, Hyundai gives us an idea of its future design outlook.

Though this car is bigger than you would expect from the Korean automaker, but it does not undermine its beautiful appearance.

The automaker did not share anything about the performance of the car other than that it is an electric car. However, the interior has an impressive look with a wood-heavy wrap-around dash for the driver and passenger and a 21.5-inch panoramic display. Of course, a long dash goes great with a long car.

It is unlikely that this car will ever come to market, but it is an indicator of what to expect from the Hyundai lineup in the future.

Car Talk22 Essential Tips For Uber, Oga-taxi & Taxify Drivers by autojosh(op): 12:08pm On Mar 06, 2018
Every business has its share of a few bad eggs. The ride-share service is definitely not an exception.

The ride-share service – as provided by Uber, Taxify and Oga Taxi – is fast becoming a big source of employment and extra-income for Nigerians.

However, there have been not a few cases where some drivers have wittingly and unwittingly offended customers.

As a result of such occurrences, Autojosh is offering some essential tips for ride-share drivers in order to for them to offer better and more professional services.

1. Be courteous to your passengers. Especially on the phone. Avoid arguments. Remember, the customer is always right.

2. Speak only when spoken to . During rides with clients, keep your opinions to yourself, except the passenger solicits for it.

3. Do not get too personal with passengers . The passenger is not your friend or relative. The passenger is an esteemed client. They deserve your professionalism.

4. Always decline requests politely . If necessary, explain why a client’s request is been declined.

5. Be neat. Dress appropriately. There should be a difference between you and a bus conductor.

6. Be Patient . Admittedly, this advice is easier given than done. In this line of work, it is typical for your patience to be tested. Nonetheless, try to exercise some patience when dealing with clients.

7. Learn to zone out of the environment when being insulted. Simply block out your mind from every unkind words being uttered by an unruly passenger.

8. Get a Dashboard Camera . A dashboard camera should be an essential item in your car. You never know when you will get a bad passenger that you will need proof of their actions. Indeed, nothing beats recorded video in court.

9. Use Your Discretion. Decline passengers who you are not comfortable with or feel safe with.

10. Keep the Music Down . You never know, your choice of music could be offensive to the passenger.

11. End a trip if you feel a passenger is behaving in an intolerable manner . However, let this be the last resort.

12. Do not physically remove a passenger. However, in a case when it becomes imperative to do so, do it at a public where there are witnesses, or at a police station.

13. No matter how irritated you are – on no account must you drive a passenger to your home.

14. Never be cynical or sarcastic. Use the right and appropriate tone and choice of words when interacting with a client.

15. Cash or online payment . If you prefer cash transaction, politely explain why to the passenger before the trip is started.

16. Take your personal safety serious . Decline rides with passengers that you are not comfortable with – or destinations that you feel are risky. Never let earning money or the worry of your rating get in the way of doing what you need to do to be safe.

17. Do not be ashamed to ask for directions . Ask your passenger for direction if you are unsure of it. Navigational devices are not always accurate. If you are using a navigational device, minimize distraction while driving. Input destination only when the car is stationary.

18. When your passenger is indulging in an illegal or unsafe act during the ride you may politely request that they refrain from it. If they do not comply with your request, end the trip and drop them off at the nearest safe place or at the police station.

19. Get a POS device . Save yourself the worries of whether a bank transfer claim by a client to your bank account is genuine or not. Get a POS device.

20. You deserve your pay . If a passenger has demonstrated no evidence of a capacity to pay after a trip, insist on your pay. Stand your grounds. Let him or her look for someone to borrow from.

21. Rest . This is very important. It could be very exhausting driving for long hours. Take out time off work for some well deserve rest. The great thing about the ride-share service is that you can turn off your app when you decide to be off duty and turn it on when you resume.

22. Secure yourself . Have a pepper spray or a Taser. Be prepared to defend yourself when necessary. Even if you are deactivated for life by Uber, Taxify, etc, it’s worth it if you are still alive and uninjured.

Car Talk2018 Toyota Camry Vs 2018 Honda Accord: Which Do You Prefer? by autojosh(op): 11:12pm On Mar 05, 2018
Good day Auto-philiacs,

Today we would be taking a comparison between two popular Japanese auto rival models. We would be looking at the battle between 2018 Toyota Camry and 2018 Honda Accord, comparing features that are either optional or available at top trim levels ..

2018 Toyota Camry

https://i67.tinypic.com/2evyy6u.jpg

The new Camry (June 2017) went on a style rampage especially for the XSE and SE version giving it a Voltron or Bumble bee transformer look (me likey) on the front end with sharp angles at well calculated positions and crazy sporty feel at the rear end with spoilers and quad exhaust tips(for the XSE and SE v6 version).

LE and XLE version are more conservative and a lil too busy at the front end with too many horizontal bars on the front bumper.

There has been an improvement on the engine power with two engine types and a hybrid…a 2.5 litre 4-cylinder 8 speed that grunts 205 horses and 187 lb ft of torque yielding a fuel consumption average of 32mpg(that’s good by Naija standards of “a conservative ride”), and a second engine 3.5litre v6 mated to an 8speed automatic shifter producing an amazing and first of a kind 301hp and 267lb ft of torque with mpg in high 20s…

No turbo engines yet..

On the inside ..a red leather upholstery is available in a top trim level making it seemingly Lexus-like (the luxury older brother) with a cooler asymmetric dashboard design more stylish than the Accord.. Improved safety features such as the collision mitigation ,Adaptive cruise control ,lane assist ,automatic high beams which are controlled by the safety Sense P.

https://i64.tinypic.com/1rf1ua.jpg

Although some auto-journalists say cruise control leaves too much space in between cars and pedal synchrony isn’t smooth (it’s gonna spill your coffee in the cup holder if left in control), we find it still useful present than absent.

The infotainment system is still a lil bit confusing to use but more improved over the last generation as the Camry is one of the first models to use the Entune 3.0 suite, but unfortunately, still no android auto, no Apple car play ,no satellite radio, no embedded navigation ..at any trim level..

But you can now get a panoramic sunroof (lovely sky view —-stolen from the venza I guess). The driver’s seat placement and adjustment is just awesome with great lumbar support ..Eco ,normal and sport modes of driving works well. Trunk space in the hybrid is now the same as non-hybrid models cos the battery packs are now under the back seats..and your 15.1 cubic feet trunk lid now pops all the way up and rear seats can be folded for extra trunk space…well done Toyota.

Now the driving experience is not so exciting but decent ,with a seemingly heavy but still responsive steering feel, stiffer suspension …which gives the ride more confidence in corners..

https://i65.tinypic.com/i5uiax.jpg

HONDA ACCORD

https://i65.tinypic.com/xwxnq.jpg

The 10th generation accord (released 14/07/2017) has a bolder look with vertical grills (looks like a Dodge Charger up front) and a bland boring backside with exceptionally beautiful hexagonal exhaust tips. The LEDs are just too cool to behold with the standard high beams on the touring version with the 19inch wheels sticking out like those of a Lamborghini.

The Honda sensing is now standard across all models which gives an accurate combination of cameras and radar system for driver assistance…these include low speed follow , lane departure mitigation, driver attention monitor ..

Adaptive cruise control is now smoother and more intuitive, braking and acceleration is smoother than in the Camry….you even pay extra to get driver assistance packages on the Camry.

Honda has gone all turbos with two engine choices..the smaller 1.5litre 4cylinder turbo 6speed Manual/CVT which breathes 192horses with same amount of torque…and the larger 2.0litre but still 4cylinder,with 10 speed automatic gear box…giving 252ponies and 273 pound ft of torque …both engines give and average of 33mpg combined…very efficient ..

https://i63.tinypic.com/j65vh1.jpg

A lot of sound deadening effect has been added to make the ride so quiet and give that cruise effect mimicking a large size luxury sedan which include :-a noise reduction wheel design, overall weight reduction ,active noise cancellation…even the rubber along the doors make them slam with a reassuring effect.

On the inside ,materials are upscale ,design is simpler and not as expressive or stylish like the Camry. Some presumably fake wood here and there ,hard surfaces with no napper leather.

It has a new digital gauge cluster with a head-up display..

The seat feel is a lot better than in the 9th generation. There is also heated steering and heating rear seats, you don’t get those in Camry on any trim level..

The infotainment system is more conservative, Honda has gotten rid of the dual screen design and brought back the volume knob(I hoped for it to return )

https://i65.tinypic.com/2hpomec.jpg

Apple car play ,android auto with NFC ,mobile hotspot capabilities coming with a 8inch screen and improved graphics that doesn’t show finger prints but give a haptic feedback with each tap..

No panoramic roof on any trim,Honda claims it’s not a feature of a mid-size family sedan. Other down sides are the severely angular rear glass which makes visibility reduced ,with small side rear glass close to the C-pillar..this creates a lot of blind spots….(that’s probably a negative carry over from the Cross tour)

Well, On the bright side you get paddle shifters ,heated and cooled from seats and an overall bigger volume than the Camry…about 3inches more.

You even get a bigger trunk space ,16.7cubic feet,to haul ur luggage on family vacation .

The driving experience is cool too, auto-journalists claim the 2.0 liter 4cylinder is quieter and equally as fast as the V6 version of the Camry especially in the sport mode. No coupes for this generation yet and we still expect a V6 in the future…drivers prefer to stick to the automatic tranny…the manual doesn’t seem cool at all.

https://i66.tinypic.com/28sljea.jpg

The verdict

You have read it all, it all depends on you…choose wisely

Car TalkRolls Royce Reveals 3 Bespoke Phantoms (photos) by autojosh(op): 10:51pm On Mar 05, 2018
On the eve of the 2018 Geneva Motor show, Rolls Royce unveiled a trio bespoke Phantom models and each one curated for ‘specific patrons of the brand’.

Out of these 3 models, the first one is ‘The Gentleman’s Tourer’ – a short wheelbase car inspired by the Phantom II from the 1930s.

Inside, the Gentleman’s Tourer apparently exudes a ‘masculine, utilitarian-feeling’, with ‘tones of Black, Selby Grey and Anthracite leathers’. Each door panel features an embossed Spirit of Ecstasy, while the Piano Black veneer features silver pinstriping.

The second and the third of this bespoke phantom are Extended Wheelbase models.

The first is called ‘Whispered Muse’ and has been created by designer Helen Amy Murray, using special colours, silks and veneers. Rolls-Royce says the Piano Seashell trim has been hand polished for 12 hours, while the exterior paint is made up of 10 layers, the last of which is glass infused for a crystal effect.

The final bespoke Phantom is titled ‘A Moment in Time’. Another customer-commissioned EWB car, it uses solid aluminium, Piano Milori Sapphire veneer and hand stitched embroidery to create yet another unique limousine. This car, however, has just six layers of paint.

The Rolls Royce guys are not smiling.

Car Talk11 Types Of Passengers That Are Most Dreaded By Uber & Taxify Drivers by autojosh(op): 6:44pm On Mar 05, 2018
The ride-share service is fast becoming a big source of employment and extra-income for Nigerians.

In Nigeria, the biggest provider of ride-share service are Uber, Taxify and OgaTaxi.

However, like most businesses, this service comes with some peculiar customer relations challenge.

Being a ride-share driver – especially in Lagos – is not an easy enterprise. You get to experience all sorts.

As a ride-share driver, if there is any quality that one needs to have, it is an incredible degree of the spirit of endurance.

Anyway, below is a list of some types of passengers that ride-share drivers dread.

1. The Unruly Ones. There are the type of passengers that can provoke one to the point that one might need to pull over and ask them to come down from the car.

2. The Intoxicated Ones. These type typically request for rides from Club houses, bars and party venues. The moment they board, the car automatically starts smelling of liquor. Throughout the journey, they leave you praying that they do not leave vomit in your car. They are the reasons why you always have polythene bags in your glove compartment.

3. The Free Riders. These ones never have the intension of paying for the ride. They look for every reason to get into a fight with the driver. They throw needless tantrums. All these so that they can have an excuse not to pay. These drama kings and queens usually have no qualms hurling insults at you.

4. The Late Arrivers. These types have no problem keeping you waiting for them until it is ultra convenient for them to come to the car. Some spend more time keeping you waiting than it takes to make the trip.

5. The Viciously Sarcastic Ones. These types are very witty and diplomatic with insults. When they are done with you, they leave you feeling so good with yourself. This type can tell you to go to hell and you would be gladly looking forward to the journey.

6. The Low Raters. These are the ones that nothing gives greater pleasure than to rate you very low to your employers.

7. Speed Racers. They order you to over speed to their destination. They also encourage you to beat the traffic light, take the one-way route and to infringe on as many traffic laws as possible. They stop short of blaming you for their failure to get prepared on time for the trip.

8 The Royal Ones. These ones come convinced that you are way beneath them. They believe that they are royalty – and you are their subject. And so, you must worship them.

9. The Shady or Criminally-minded Ones. They typically board the car in numbers. They discuss amongst themselves in highly coded language or slangs. When on the phone, they speak in codes or near whisper. They can change the course of the journey as many times as possible for no reason. They also instruct the driver to avoid routes with police presence. Their presence often betray the smell of cheap hard drugs.

10. The Wanderers. These ones are those who will initiate a journey with no specific destination. They just instruct you to drive.

11. The Ones With Dangerous and Risky Destinations. They request for rides to the most dangerous part of town. These are the type of trips you find yourself reciting the Rosary as many times as possible.

More of the Senna

Car TalkMclaren To Release Its N370million Carbon-themed Car, Senna by autojosh(op): 11:50am On Mar 02, 2018
The super-car maker, McLaren, is at it again.

At the 2018 edition of the Geneva Auto Show coming up in March, McLaren would be introducing the new Special Edition Senna.

Already, images of the Senna, released by McLaren Special Operations (MSO), have been generating not a few buzz.

The Carbon-themed Senna is McLaren’s lightest car since the F1 in 1992. It achieved this because it was made entirely of carbon fiber. The car also only contains so much in order to make it road legal.

On its exterior, the new Senna features carbon fiber weave, with solar yellow accents throughout. While the interior features Carbon Black alcantara trim on the seats and door cards. The steering wheel has a leather band in a similar yellow colour.

According to McLaren, "Both seats feature a Senna ‘S’ on the headrest and the same detail is repeated in satin finish Visual Carbon Fibre on the end plates of the rear wing, a result achieved using a highly specialized process that sees each matt-finished logo embedded into the gloss carbon fiber panel. Also, one of the front fenders proudly displays the Senna brand."

McLarens plans to produce only 500 example of the McLaren Senna.

Each car will cost about $1.03million. The custom additions to the Carbon Theme cars, meanwhile, will add about $413,000 to the price of each car, making it one of the more expensive factory options out there that does not include powertrain modifications.
The performance level of the Senna will remain unchanged. It will feature a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 paired with a dual-clutch seven-speed transmission to produce 789 Hp and 590 lb-ft of torque.

Now, when you think you have seen it all, McLaren takes it a notch higher.

HealthThe Ojota Dumpsite: An Urgent Need For Its Relocation by autojosh(op): 9:13am On Mar 02, 2018
In the photo below is a section of the Ojota Motor Park, Ojota, Lagos.

In the background is a view of the mountainous Ojota dumpsite. This dumpsite is situated right in the middle of human activities and residence!

Waste that are generated in several parts of Lagos and collected by the Lagos state Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) and their partner institutions find their ways to this location.

This dumpsite is the chief cause of fetid stench around the Ojota/Ogudu/Ikosi/Oregun axis.

The dumpsite has also been a cause for health concern to residents and business operators within that part of the state.

So, considering the ominous health implications to citizens that populate that part of Lagos state, at what point would it dawn on the authorities that there is an urgent need to relocate this dumpsite?

Or what do you think?

Car TalkMOT Certificate: Was Your Car Physically Examined Before You Were Issued One? by autojosh(op): 9:45am On Feb 28, 2018
The MOT test - or Ministry of Transport test - is an annual test carried out on vehicles to verify if a vehicle is safe, road-worthy and does not pose a threat to the environment. This test is especially mandatory for cars older than 3 years from purchase date.

During the test, some important parts of your vehicle will be checked to make sure they meet the legally acceptable standards.

Parts of the vehicle that are tested during an MOT test include the fuel system, exhaust emission, tow bars, seatbelts, seats, airbags, mirrors, brakes, doors, load security, tyres, wheels, registration plates, lights, bonnet, wipers, washers, mirrors, windscreen, horn, steering, suspension, vehicle identification numbers, etc.

Note, MOT test is not the same as getting a vehicle serviced.

Also of note is that, the test does not usually cover the condition of the engine, clutch and gearbox. In other words, MOT test is not intended to check a vehicles’ general mechanical condition, except in some rare cases where it is suspected that the mechanical fault would pose a safety risk to others.

In Nigeria, the MOT test is supervised by the Vehicle Inspection Office Driver and Vehicle Licensing Administration (VIO-DVLA). It is a Directorate under the Ministry of Transportation. It has offices in the 36 States of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Annually, VIO-DVLA issue thousands of MOT certificates to vehicle owners.

However, no evidence exists to suggest that vehicles issued with the MOT certificates in Nigeria are actually subjected to physical examinations by the VIO-DVLA.

Or was your vehicle physically examined before you were issued an MOT certificate?

Car TalkThis Is What The 2018 Kia Optima Station Wagon Looks Like (photos) by autojosh(op): 7:18pm On Feb 27, 2018
Back in the days, our parents used to love station wagons (sportswagon) but SUVs have now taken over. This has made stations wagons to become scarce on our roads and many of us are not even aware they exist in some car models like the one we are looking at today.

The new Optima Sportswagon is equipped with Kia’s latest audio-visual navigation (AVN) system, available with 7.0- or 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment. It will additionally be among the first Kia models to feature Android Auto, designed to work with Android phones running 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher, and Apple CarPlay for iPhone 5 or newer.

It is available with Kia’s new wireless charger for mobile devices, situated at the base of the central console. The 5W wireless charger lets users charge their phone on the move, without a wire. With ‘foreign object detection’, the charging system activates when a compatible device is placed on the pad and warns owners when they’ve left a phone on the charger when they leave the vehicle. The system displays the phone’s charging condition on the instrument cluster, and features a safety system to prevent overheating while in use. You'll also get two USB charging points.

Choice of gasoline and diesel power with manual or automatic transmissions. The front-wheel drive Optima Sportswagon will be available with a range of petrol and diesel engines when it goes on sale. The Optima Sportswagon offers the choice of either a 1.7-litre CRDi diesel or 2.0-litre CVVL gasoline engine, while GT models are equipped with Kia’s new high-powered 2.0-litre turbocharged gasoline direct injection engine.

The Optima Sportswagon is also available with a 2.0-litre CVVL gasoline engine, featuring continuously variable valve lift technology for smooth delivery of its 161 hp power output and keen accelerative response. The 2.0-litre CVVL gasoline engine can be specified with either six-speed manual or automatic transmissions. The high-powered Optima Sportswagon GT features Kia’s new 2.0-litre T-GDI GT gasoline engine, which transmits engine power through a six-speed automatic.

Car TalkTesla Model S Becomes The World's Fastest Bulletproof Car! by autojosh(op): 4:14pm On Feb 27, 2018
Behold, The Fastest Bulletproof Vehicle In The World Is Born!

Indeed, the Tesla Model S P100D is the fastest bulletproof car in the world today.

This speed-on-wheel is the product of the collaboration between Tesla and the world-renowned maker of bulletproof and amoured vehicles – International Amouring Corporation.

The Tesla Model S P100D comes well equipped to offer both ballistic protection for its passenfer and to speed away from potentially dangerous situations.

In order to achieve its high-speed capacity, the armored car was made without so much weight on it for it to carry around.

The Tesla Model S P100D was made with only 550 pounds of bulletproofing added, which is just 11% of the weight of the unamoured version.

The armored Tesla was built to offer protection from powerful handguns and rifles.

The car was ordered for and built for a particular businessman in the Middle East.
