coolblue: Firstly, the ethnic thing is a natural in any case, believe me if it was a yoruba man that was named it would have been yoruba people that would heve been credited with all the compliments the ibo are recieving on this thread. To state it clearly, for me if the nigerian federation should split to yoruba, ibo and hausa, that would not be the end instead we would look for other dividing factors like ibadan- ondo- ekiti and the like. The fact that nigerians are fraudsters is ina way true because for as many as grew up here, we think of corruption as a way of life and this is not because we are hausa or yoruba or ibo, it's because we are nigerian. How many of us if we get stopped for some legitimate traffic offence would rather follow due process? instead we think why don't we just pay the police man and go our way. If you can follow due process then you can speak but until then let us not claim to be holy yoruba or hausa of efik or anyhting else. The slander on nigerians is universal to an outsider. they wont ask if you are ibo after being nigerian, or so i think. Ha its a lie!!! ask Germans they know the tribe that has the greatest number of fraudsters in Nigeria |

Piddo: It is no news that the election process was marred by widespread irregularities and many unfortunate deaths. What seems certain however is that Yar'adua will be sworn in come May 29th (God help us). It would be interesting to see if thesame people who rightly condemned the election process turn around to "hail the new king". thank you o jare Buhari ( forget about Atiku) will soon know that Nigerians no get time for do or die in politics some of the people crying blue murder together with him now must have passed their credentials to Yar'adua through the back door. Dont they say there is no permanent friend or enemy in politics, but permanent interest |

Politics › Re: Okotie Speaks On Relationship With Satan by awoof(m): 2:13am On Apr 25, 2007 |
TCUBE: Presidential candidate of Fresh Democratic Party (FDP) and Pastor of the Household of God, Rev. Chris Okotie, has disclosed that he has a relationship with the devil.
Okotie told his congregation that he never knew what he was going to be in life until satan told him he was born to be a preacher.
The man of God, who has always said that God told him he was going to replace President Olusegun Obasanjo, explained to his church members that he hears from the devil often.
Okotie also reassured members of his church who are pessimistic of his chances of replacing Obasanjo at the Aso Rock villa on 29 May after results of the presidential election started trickling in that, despite what they see or hear, he (Okotie), has been anointed by God to be sworn in on 29 May as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The pastor explained that he opted to remain single because his wife, Tina, wanted to live in America at all costs, when he (Okotie) wanted to live in Nigeria.
''She told me she wants to go to America and I said, you are not going anywhere. Then she said, I am not marrying you again,” he stated.
http://www.enownow.com/nigeriannews/Index.php?subaction=showfull&id=1177429849&archive=&start_from=&ucat=3& Was it the same God the I know that told him he would replace OBJ? O.K how many votes did he score>? Maybe Atiku and Buhari want to organize riots or want the spreme court to declare Okotie the winner well tell that guy to qiut talking politics if he is tired of preaching he should go back to his village to grab his old box guitar and go and remix "i need someone" may be some of us will buy On his failed marriage to that beautiful damsel we have not heard the truth per adventure he no fit do abi he no see another one for his church since that one don run away? Maybe satan has not told him the one to pick |

fromuk: who ever want to cleanse nigeria must start from the top otherwise whetever we write here would not count. In the 80s there was nothing like yahoo or it was in a minimal rate why because things were ok then in 90s everything changed because situation of the country changed as well. Ppl are braging to be a yahoo guy because they have no alternative, Beleive me nobody will wake up in the morning to have the aspiration of being a fruadstar, people turned to fraud because they can;t find job and they do not want to be seen as an arm rubber hence they take to white coller rubing like our politicians.
check out how many graduates nigerian univerities produce in a year and check as well how many will get work before the next badge comes out the following year, ok what is the Govt doing to accomodate all in the labour market? i think nothing. If you happen to be the lucky one to get a job amoung your mates how will u feel when you see your fellow classmate pushing wheel barrow inside IDumota or Alaba market, i beleive you will feel sorry and drop some few bad words for the govt in power.what of those that will not like to decend so low to push wheel barrow, then they turn to yahoo to help their retired parents and folks may be in the university and their is the likelyhood that their retired pale and male are not receiveing pension talkless of the gratuity for almost 10 years. In as much as fraud is not good but i think this particular family will like to perish of hunger to make the name NIGERIA sound good in the outside world, am not in yahoo biz but i cannot sacrifice mylife for Nigeria because its not worth doing and you stellose can't either.
For yahoo and other kind of fraud that goes on in Nigeria to stop we must cleance the political katel in ABUJA otherwise sooner or letter nigerian passport will have a different entry point in all major airports of the world.
quit looking for all these bladadash you are giving as escuses to justify yahoo yahoo business in Nigeria. tell me is it only igbo boys that are jobless in Naigeria? why are they in the majority? The moment your types will want to look for obnoxious excuses to justify criminality then Nigeria will continue to have problems. By the way can you please send me a list of how many university graduates are truck pushers in nigeria. Abi na joblesness dey cause armed robbery too? or have you not heard of armed robbers that had already made millions and yet still continued until the long arm of the law cayght up with them, could n't they have quit the trade and set up themselves? |
