What's the point in paying tithes if your life doesn't show the Christ in you?

People who say they pay tithes and don't care what is done with it are people who believe they can buy their way into heaven.

Yes, thanks so much, I'd look into ComptiaA+ and I'm already scheduled to write a CCNA certification exam in cybersecurity before end of the year although I have no work experience in that area.

So i intend to build my profile with help desk, get the certification and crossover to cybersoc analyst job.

I am not just sure if it'd work in Canada and I am kind of weighing that with my oil and gas background in case i get dissapointed.

I just wanted more advice from people that are already there.
Well in mine opinion, I don't think it's "hard" getting a help desk job.
The word hard is relative to individuals, but in my case, I applied for only one help desk job and I got an interview (phone and in person).
My background is in software engineering so my case might be different.
I got my job via Reddit after 3months, after some rejections and no reply from companies.

The CEO of the company I currently work, reached out to me and the rest is history.
As for certifications, I'll suggest cloud computing (AWS, Azure, and GCP).

My advice would be to give yourself a reasonable timeframe. I didn't and got hit by reality.

Read very well and stop taking every line with their literal meaning.
Meanwhile, here is not a logic class. The little they taught u about Philosophy and Logic is already making u go crazy.
When the real logic starts, u go run. Stop this ITK attitude.
Should I read the lines from the misogynistic view, feminist view or religious view?

As for the second part, you have no idea of what I studied but you think it has little Philosophy?

You are overwhelmed wt what u think you knw and it makes u not to calm down to read other ppl's opinion and to also comprehend it to make a rational argument.
You can't make something subjective a rule doing so makes having a rational argument almost impossible.

The OP stated "If a guy lives a relationship after a year, the lady should herself".

Really? You have no idea why the relationship didn't work but you assume it's most likely the lady's fault?

Does that make "sense"?

Toks2008, please easy wt ur grammar naa. Some ppl are lost.

@AZed1, U dump a woman wen u just wake up and decide u no wan do again without giving the girl enough explanation.

Parting ways is when both of u mutually agree to quit due to one reason or the other. From wot Toks2008 wrote up there , it means they agree to part ways due to incompatibility in their genotype or because one of them is relocating to another place that may not offer them the "conduciveness" needed to run a smooth relationship
So you think everyone that broke up because of genotype or relocation did it mutually?
Or you think everyone who broke up with their partners gave an explanation?

See why I said we need a logic class? You can't make up things on the fly and claim what you said is logically.

So a guy who leaves the country without telling his partner, is that "dumping" or "parting mutually"?

Hello Dear People,

So I got my GCMS notes yesterday after being on NA2 for roughly 3 months. Luckily, the recommendations on the notes seemed okay without any cause for worries, hence I want to activate my landing plans gradually and need some guidance;

1. I plan to do a soft landing for about 3 weeks then return to Nigeria and resign properly. However, I do intend to have someone in Canada receive my family's PR cards ( wife, daughter and I) and courier same to us in Nigeria. Is this act in violation of any law or policy?

2. We plan to travel to U.S for a week or so during the landing phase, can one easily go out and return into Canada with just a copy of the COPR? we already have valid US visas.

3. Can someone recommend a very affordable Canada - US airline to keep on the radar? from desk research done so far, cheapest is about $200 per passenger.

4. Apart from Airbnb and hotels are there other affordable options for temporary accommodation while in Canada? Toronto to be precise.

5. How many International Airports are in Toronto and which is has the best customer experience ?

Sorry, a lot of questions but one can never overstate the value of getting first hand information.

Much appreciation in advance.
2) The visa you are given is single entry and it's cancelled once you land in Canada. So I'm not sure how you'll enter without the PR card unless you apply for another visa.

In a sane world,no woman can claim to dump a man after she has offered her body to him so your question is flawed...My opinion
Bros you are still stuck in the 80's, this is 2018 lots of girls are hanging with guys just for sex. The moment they meet another, it's off to next one.

You need to keep up.

I think something is wrong with NL commenters...
so if u are sitting with a person on the same pew for over an hour enjoying a conversation,.. and suddenly, he/she gets up and moves to the sit in front of you without any excuse or explanation, wouldn't u be forced to 'count ur teeth with ur tongue?'.. common sense would make u check urself.
Same thing here.. If a guy outrightly dumps u without any reasonable reason, then u really need to check urself.
I wonder how different the comments Here would have been if it were actually refering to the male folks
1) Not everybody can the truth.
2) May after an hour of gisting about big brother I switched the conversation to something serious (life goals e.t.c) and the person got intimidated.
3) The person person probably realised I have low tolerance for b***s and moved on.

This is exactly why Men use many ladies as intimacy gadgets...you will never see intelligent ladies attacking a writer but they focus on the topic and give fantastic views people can learn from.

As a sapiosexual,I don't ever pray to come across unintelligent ladies and if I mistakenly date them,I dump them with the speed of light.
I'm sorry your post makes no sense and comes across as misogynistic.

If a guy dumps a woman because of her genotype, how is that the fault of the woman?

If a guy dumps a woman because she starts earning more, how is the fault of the woman?

If a guy dumps a woman because he relocates, how is the fault of the woman?

There's an urgent need to organise a logic class.

How do those properties help Kogi State. Dino should state why he thinks the government should continue to maintain those properties.

I guess you want to compare "Nation building" to "individual lifestyles". Besides no one is blaming anyone here, any smart person who knows how the global economy operates, knows that it's a dog eat dog world. Especially when it comes to economy, every country works to further promote it's foreign interests and rake in income at all costs.

We in Nigeria however, are still bickering over trivial matters and being heavily distracted by them that we're failing to progress our cause as a Nation. Now with all the wealth and population (population = wealth btw) that we have, there are definitely a lot of foreign corporations/countries/stakeholders interested. Religions are the biggest players albeit deadlier.
Who's fault is that Nigerians are bickering over trivial matters?
MTN?

@ AZeD1 and all Ottawarians cheesy

Biko help a sister. I've been reading up a lot on Ottawa, initially I was thinking Mississauga but can't seem to find a good 3bed Townhouse with a budget of $1700 (had to revise my initial budget) so now I'm thinking Ottawa.

In your opinion, please what is the job outlook for a non French speaking somebody like me with kids looking to work in customer service(for a start cuz of experience) and ultimately HR? I've heard it's still possible to get jobs. Also heard most customer facing roles require a sister to be bilingual.

Thanks in advance smiley
I'm pretty sure that can get 3 bed with 1700 in Ottawa as for customer service Jobs, you will get that. There's a particular customer service firm I heard employs lots of Nigerians. I can't remember the name right now.

All my Canadian employment letters have the term bi-weekly on them. Could do you a snapshot, but I risk disclosing the organization coz of the paper used. I have never come across an employment agreement with "bi-monthly" written on the contract. Not that it doesn't exist, but to the best of my knowledge, you'll be usually told bi-weekly. Because payroll is processed EVERY TWO WEEKS not twice in a month. Every other Friday.
Most employers pay bi weekly, but I know some who is paid on 15th and 30th (hence my bi monthly). I also know someone who was paid monthly (Indian employer).

Says who? Regardless of whether a month has 5 weeks or 10 weeks in it, biweekly payment would be made every two weeks.
If you use the term bi weekly for something that should be done twice a month, you'll run into trouble.

52 weeks in a year.

A Bi weekly event will occur 26 times.

Twice a month (12 months in a year)

A Bi Monthly event would occur 24 times.

PS: I know bi weekly payment is every two weeks. Bi weekly payment is different from bi monthly payment.

That's wonderful. Bimonthly is usually used to mean every two months. But I see it also means every two weeks, like biweekly. Any which ways, you're saying the same thing. Getting paid every two weeks.
An event of getting paid weekly that is every Friday, is usually if contracted under an agency like Ranstad etc. But direct employment under an organization would most likely be biweekly. Every two weeks.
Some months have 5 weeks that's why you can't use bi weekly for something done twice a month.
