I dont have time for this. The last time I checked this is a thread where I aired my opinion. Oga please face your front. Thanks as you comply.
Airing your opinion does not mean you should start spilling garbage. It could be toxic. It takes one s.tupid person to influence the rest of mankind.

This year? seriously? Were you just born? It's been like this for half a century. The only difference is, it is getting worse by the day and every single Nigerian is to blame.

You can as well move backward if u like.... There is nothing like good old days because i wonder wat u will stil call dis corrupt generation in a century to come. Every era/time has its own bed of roses...its just unfortunate that the present day Nigeria has given room for the stone age to disgrace her. Just imagine, no fb, no nairaland, no wifi...guy, i no fit live.... Its gone and gone 4 life and i even thank God i didnt witness it because maybe na civil war go don kill me....#rip_shuabobo
Your mindset is in part what is still holding the country back. Nigerians forget too quickly and are doomed to make the mistakes of the past. For you to move forward, you need to recognize where you started from and also serve as a measure for where you are going. Nigerians don't do that.

Something is fishy somewhere. The deaths of these two coaches may not be natural. Why must it be two Nigerian coaches within a space of like four days. NFF needs prayers! , Nigeria football needs prayer!
If you want to explain anything to a Nigerian, just include "witch", "wizard", "un Natural", "devil" "God" etc into your explanation, and they'll understand what you are saying better.

CrimeRe: Desmond Nunugwo Dies In EFCC Custody by banmee(m): 10:34am On Jun 11, 2016
Realhommie:
Taking responsibility for a dishonest act what's that? And i said if truly he gave that statement, right? Legally, you're right...

But is it all cases which ends up in court that get's the right judgement though? Just curious... I know what i said and what i meant, i was speaking based on the evidence available for now and i quoted someone with that statement of mine, so i was responding to what she said tryin to give a pointer.

And no, you're wrong, if i say someone is guilty because he/she accepted responsibility for a dishonest act in which case there's evidence to that now ( whether true or false ), how does that translate to barbarism? What's wrong is wrong and i would never ever subscribe to that... I'm just saying

Furthermore, if you read my post/responses, i have stated that i'm open to a thorough investigation, both on the case since he's no more to help with that and to also ascertain the cause of death... So i havn't said he was/is outrightly guilty
You seriously need to explain the bold statement you made there. You said "That was about him being guilty if truly he gave that statement". Guy, even if he gave that statement he is still not guilty until a court of law says so. Plus, there is something called due process which Nigerians don't understand, practice or are familiar with. The way a confession is given, how it is given and in who's presence matters a great deal in evidence handling
CrimeRe: Desmond Nunugwo Dies In EFCC Custody by banmee(m): 2:16am On Jun 11, 2016
Realhommie:
Nope... That was about him being guilty if truly he gave that statement, i wasn't in anyway trying to infer that his death was ok. That should be investigated.
And how is he guilty? Only a court of law can determine that. Nigerians need to quit being judge jury and executioner. This is the reason why people are summarily executed on the streets on a daily basis.
CrimeRe: Desmond Nunugwo Dies In EFCC Custody by banmee(m): 12:06am On Jun 11, 2016

He gave a statement confessing his complicity in the crime.... What else?
I don't understand your argument. So because he gave a statement confessing his complicity makes his death ok abi?

PoliticsRe: Ondo State Is Broke,I Can't Pay Workers, Mimiko Says. by banmee(m): 10:25pm On Jun 10, 2016
CyerSeries:
Until every State start managing their resources and pay 5% of whatever they are generating to FG, we will never progress. With True federalism, all infrastructure within the State will be the sole responsibility of every State. Even police and Civil Defence will be taken care of by every State. FG will only care for infrastructure withing FCT, foreign affairs and other federal parastatal, military and other federal security agents like DSS, Custom, immigration and prison officers.
Basically you are saying America does not practice true federalism. You are confusing the backward and corrupt mentality of Nigeria with it's inability to practice true federalism. The only reason you think we don't practice true federalism is because of oil. Oil has completely corrupted the way Nigerian's perceive the meaning of federalism. States have the same powers as the center when it comes to sourcing for revenue and therein lies the problem. Every single Nigerian actually believes that the center exist to cater for them in this regard while the opposite is the truth. State governors and the people they lead don't know what the heck they are doing. States are supposed to generate their own income. America has the option to control all resources in every state but chose not to because they have corruption under control and have a good taxation policy. Until Nigerians change the way they think and do business, then Nigeria will never find it's way out of the rabbit hole they are in.

All you need to do is read the comments from all the threads on NL and you will realise Nigeria Is phucked. The way people think in Nigeria is mind boggling to say the least. Nigerians deserve the leadership they have.

PoliticsRe: We Want Pay, Not Solidarity Strike, Ekiti Workers Tell Fayose by banmee(m): 1:57pm On Jun 07, 2016
kinibigdeal:
Fayose is not the problem of Ekiti, the state allocation is being deducted monthly due to the debt compiled by Fayemi. What can a state do with N500 million monthly allocation instead of the regular 3billion. Is wage bill is 2.5billion and is getting N500 million monthly + 200million monthly internal allocation. Oya do the calculation, how will he pay? I believe he is managing to safe the few he had to pay at least 2months. If Obiano met serious debt, Anambra will be worst than Abia but Obiano met 75billion naira left by peter Odili. Fayose left 10billion naira in his first term, what happen when he left? maybe you should ask Tinubu and Fayemi
What are you saying. Fayose like other governors is useless. No state should depend on allocation from government. Each state is supposed to generate it's own revenue. The fact that most Nigerians don't know is worrying.

I wonder why he is seeking advice when he already has one.

PoliticsRe: Why It Is Hard To Believe 3.4 Trillion Naira Was Truely Recovered by banmee(m): 6:45pm On Jun 05, 2016
DaBullIT:
They won't believe
Those are rubbish reasons. Just because you recovered a certain amount does not mean you will spend it on whatever. It has to be invested to generate more income. If it is used for example for allocation to states, the country would be back to square one. What happens when the funds are gone? Where would you get another 3 trillion? States should be generating their own revenue. This over dependence on government is part of the reason Nigeria is the way it is.
