People often wonder why America is the greatest country in the world. The reason it is, is because it creates opportunities for it's citizens to prosper. You want to start a trucking business? The government has already created the opportunity by building good roads. You want to start a youtube channel? The government has made power available 24 hrs a day. There is a reason why almost all the great inventions in the world were invented in America. The funny thing is, most of the inventions were not invented by Americans but by people from other countries who came to America. They were able to use the opportunities in America to make their works easy. Thomas Edison is credited with making the light bulb possible, but it was Nikola Tesla who made electricity possible for everyone. He was Austrian and he did it in America. Nigerians don't understand the concept of CREATING OPPORTUNITY. Instead of creating opportunities for it's citizens, the government is busy looting and squabbling. God help una.

Anyone from 18 and up can buy a house in the U.S if they want to. All you need is a structured job, a down payment of five to 10k, good credit and you've got yourself a house. And bro's, no one puts 500k to a 2 mil down as down payment on a house unless they want to. This is the reason why most people in Nigeria still think Linda Ikeji paid cash for her house. It's called mortgage.

Check how other artists are managed...doesn't matter if their Manager is family. It's 10 or 15% anywhere..Jude should be sensible to do things the right way not exploit his brothers because he started them off. And what do you know about Psych evaluation...i think your Jude needs it more. A sensible manager Will get other artist under his wings to get more profit not hang on like a leech. If Beyonce, Justin Bieber etc could fire their parents as mangers who is Jude?

In order to reduce the level of poverty amongst homes, in my opinion I think a man who has not enough money to buy a house of his own not rent at least a 3 bed room flat and a car to move him and his family around should not get married.

When he gets married in his low credit, the family tends to suffer. The probability that he will get rich is actually 0.5 not up to 1 because Sundry expenses will now become expenses when married. Things he could ignore when single will now be important.

When children arrive, the probability of getting rich falls to an all time low of 0.2. Have you observed that most men have a higher credit score when single? If you have $500 at the end of every week when single if your job/income doesn't change or upgrade when you get married your $500 falls to $200 because you no longer feed yourself but feed a woman and probably a child.

When the child grows older school fees will set in. And other bad debts will be incured .

Don't get me wrong, I ain't saying he will never make it but in the mean time, why bring a child to the world to suffer? Even if it's for 6 years before you make it? Why take a woman from her father's comfy house to hardship in the name of marriage?

The concept of building a home with your spouse is lost to you. I and a lot of my friends met our wives when we had nothing. Living in one room apartments, no car, nothing. The amazing thing is why would anyone be walking on a bridge or along a highway. You are just asking for trouble. In normal societies, when you see a person doing that, it is either a) he is a bum/homeless, or b) he is up to no good/criminal and the police would most likely stop you for questioning.
