Bros don't deviate from the argument. You claimed that there would be sanctions if countries engage in international transactions without the currency of use being the dollar. First you were wrong about any kind of sanctions being put on any country. Secondly, you can trade with whatever currency you want as long as the country or person you are doing it with is in agreement with you.

Yorubas would say : "itumo? "
You guys are getting it wrong and making him play you to the gallery.
This is the same mistake GEJ made when he contended with Amaechi. The office of the president of the federal republic of Nigeria is bigger than that of any country in Africa , let alone that of a Governor. So when you half clever folks get org.asms from mentioning a Governor in the same breath with The President, I shake my head.
Whatever fayose went there to do is his business and that of Ekiti people, cos he is answerable to them and them only. However, Mr president is answerable to every Nigerian.
We really need to wake up
See who is talking about people waking up? Primary school children in a normal society would bow their heads in shame if fayose declared that he would be representing them. A man who has accomplished nothing for his state is seen as the greatest critic in Nigeria. You guys need to get your priorities right.

Abudu2000:
why are these bloggers deceiving the public for Christ sake, the use of dollars for international trade is a policy already made and sealed in the UN, unless the country wants to face sanction no one can change that treaty,so don't get your hopes up....even if you want to import from China you have to convert to dollar since the world bank deals in dollars
smh for Dollards!!!
Are you sure you are tracking what is going on in the world? What about the Euro? What sanctions can you give against the power of the Euro. No one signed or sealed the U.S currency as the worlds currency. It is all based on trust. Collectively, the world trusts it. If not, they would switch faster than the Flash can run. Part of what Nigeria and china is doing has already been done in Europe; THE EUROPEAN UNION.

RomanceRe: .10 Signs You Are Dating The Wrong Person. by banmee(m): 2:39pm On Apr 16, 2016
slyIsaac:
Have you been with someone before and you ask your self "what the hell was I thinking!!"..... Don't worry much your not the first....but to avoid them now... When ts still early... Hear are some 10 signs you are in the wrong relationship grin

1.They don't Listen to you

He/she never listens to you... Whenever you say something they act like its nothing or irrelevant...

2. They are only caring when People are watching

They act like you are their 'everything' only when there are eyes watching.... They hold your hands, kiss you because he/she want people around to be impressed.. But when you are alone, n when all those gestures should matter more, he/she doesn't 'give you face'

3.He/she Thinks the world revolves around them

If it seems your partner is more interested in how you fit in their world than how they than how they are with your individual needs then you might be dating the wrong person.... He/she expects you to compromise your values to please them but never goes out of their way to satisfy you ...

4. You Feel like you are not your self

Do you feel like you have to wear a mask when your with them, like you can't be your self...Relationships should be fun!... Not an Obligation sad

5. You cannot have a simple conversation with them

You can't say something without it resulting into a heated argument... Something is wrong oo

6. Hanging out with then is stressful

If spending time with your patner exhausts you,you might be with the wrong person....

Every relationship has tat time when you need to take a break from eachother but it should be an exception not the Norm....

7.You feel you are not Good enough

Tis can only happen if you are dating tat person only because of what he/she has not who he/she is...

8. You cannot imagine your self married to the person

When ever you think about spending the rest of your life with tat person you immediately get paranoid...the very idea grosses you out!

9.There's no spark in the relationship

No feeling of blood rush when you see tat person..... No stolen moments...then you shouldnt even be on speaking terms with him/her

10. The sex is Bad or lacks connection

You know there's a huge difference between Having sex n making love... If you can't feel the connection when your having sex...somethings wrong... sad

grin Ts not entirely true sha o.. All the points I mean...

#burningfingers
I agree with everything but number 7. You should feel you are not good enough. It makes you want to be better all the time. Plus it spices your relationship.

Good for us
Not Good for you until corruption is wiped out from the very fabric of society in Nigeria. Or at least reduced tremendously. What will happen is the billions in investments will yield billions in profit which will yield billions in the accounts of your corrupt leaders. What was that? You say that is not possible? My question is, who or what's to stop this from happening? Remember Dasuki? And that's the one we know of. Imagine 20 politicians who have gotten away with the same thing Dasuki did. That's 40. . . . . . cool

Damage control, after the info of her husband being the one that goes to market for foodstuffs and all that.
Then again, it could be a snapshot from a movie she was featured. The settings of the kitchen itself does not show any of the grandeur associated with them. I'm just observing.
Only in Nigeria. What is wrong with a man going to the market to buy things for the home. Your mentality will destroy you people. Is your spouse not your partner? I do it all the time. All it says is your spouses are jobless and are not engaged. If they are, you guys will have no choice but to share responsibilities.

So who is responsible please? Cos very soon majority of Nigerians will begin to commit suicide. The life in Nigeria now is hell on earth
Nigerian citizens are responsible. For some undescribable reason they fail to see that. Nigeria has been corrupt from day one of our independence and just three years of it there was a coup. The reasons for the coup according to the coup plotters was basically corruption and marginalisation. The same corruption we are still battling with today. That's over half a century. Since then, there has been one corrupt leader in Nigeria after the other. Granted there was nothing it's citizens could do during the military era, but we've been in a democracy for a while now. Instead of Nigerians to demand their lawful rights, they are busy taking sides with i.diots they call politicians/leaders and voting them into office. These guys didn't just appoint themselves or fly there. They were put there by Nigerians. Who else then is to blame but it's citizens.

There is no conspiracy. It is simple economic sense. The same economic sense Nigerians and Nigerian leaders seem not to understand or want to understand. To build a great nation, you need to create the right environment for it's citizens to function. e.g a solid police force to minimize crime, good roads to help with transportation and development, power supply to help with entrepreneurship and ease of access etc. In order words, everyone needs to be happy. The only reason Nigerians are leaving the country is because they are not happy. The number one country they flock to is the U.S. America does not want that. They know how to control their shiit which is one of the reasons they do the visa lottery programe. They invest in other countries because they want the citizens of those countries to stay in their respective countries and not be a burden to them in the future. Alas, Nigeria does not understand this, and it's leaders just pocket the funds. If you ask, it's a waste of time and resources by America.

Foreign AffairsRe: Dutch Prisons Are Closing Because The Country Is So Safe by banmee(m): 4:53am On Mar 31, 2016
ATERI:
I don`t know whether that has changed, but the private school system used to be very unpopular in The Netherlands. Everybody learns the same thing from nursery to secondary school. Countries that are good are not good for no reason.
America is not alone in this show of shame; their cousins in London imprison more people than any other countries in the EU
When we called them Apartheid society, it wasn`t an exaggeration. They are tough on crime rather than being tough on the causes of crime. The more unequal a society is, the higher its prison population. That is what democratic capitalism is all about.
Your argument is unbalanced. What do you mean by being tough on the causes of crime. It is a simple matter. Don't drink and drive for example. You know not to drink and drive. If you chose to, and kill someone in the process and you are sent to jail, how is that the states fault? Nigerians who are hailing Holland for their low crime rate are thinking with their asses. They don't understand that the reasons for this is because of their lax laws and culture. Culture that we abhor as Africans is O.K in Holland. For instance, in Holland, it is legal to be a prostitute. You pay tax as a prostitute. They are proud of their prostitutes. In Nigeria, you are spat on if you declare publicly that you are a prostitute. Smoking marijuana in designated coffee shops in Holland is legal. Would you not go to jail in Nigeria is you are caught in possession of it? Nigerians curse the western world for lack of morals only when it suits them. Right now it suits them because the comparison with Holland, according to the OP's post, is a valuable tool in making fun of Buhari. I am no supporter of Buhari ooooo or any Nigerian so called leader, but i no go talk say because i wan spite my face come cut my nose off. Nairalanders, please try to think always. It is important for self development.
