3.Her kind heartedness: This world is filled with only two types of people. Some are givers and some are takers. The takers are selfish people who never give. The givers are selfless people who keep giving everything to others. So, finding a kind hearted selfless woman is more important.

4.Is She A Listener: Listening is a skill. Not everyone can be a good listener. When you are expressing your anguish or frustration, if she simply walks away without listening, you might feel abandoned. So, find a good listener who can also be with you to face the ups and downs of life.

5.Empathy: Empathy is a quality which allows human beings to realise the problems of others. If your woman is too concerned about her own comforts, she can’t show empathy.

6.Intellectual Wavelength: In order to keep a conversation going, you need intellectual compatibility. Check on that first.

7.Resolving Fights: Fights and disagreements are common in any relationship. But how well you solve them is more important. If you are able to resolve disagreements amicably without getting abusive, then you might click. Otherwise, even if she is extremely beautiful, your relationship may not go too far.

These are the things that a man needs more than beauty.

I recall sometime ago, during one of our Weekly Sales Conference Meetings, I caught my boss going through my phone. I had left it on the table. I was really paying any attention to it.

I looked up, and saw him holding my phone. I asked him to give it to me, and he started struggling to quickly close what he was doing. I snatched the phone from his fingers, to find out he was reading my WhatsApp conversations.

I was livid with rage! I told them to suspend the meeting. Then, I told him off, in the presence of junior staffs. At that point, I didn't care if he was WAY older than me, and he was my superior in the office. I threw all that out the window!

I've noticed some things with most elderly people. They feel, because they are older, they get a free b*tch pass. They feel, because they have grey hair, they should be respected automatically.

It doesn't happen that way. Respect is reciprocal. Till I left the company, he didn't have the balls to look at me directly. My HR said I may have overreacted.

After reading toke makinwa's book "on becoming" I'm of the idea that if toke had had a back up plan, a guy she could count on if her boyfriend at that time maje(later ex husband) was in his usual act of cheating then maybe he would have taken her serious and respected her more..

I've been there where I gave my all into a relationship and was very loyal to my guy and yet after 5yrs of dating he decided I wasn't good enough for him, and left me stranded, it wasn't funny because I saw the signs but like every other girl in love, I ignored the signs and also ignored guys that would or might have made me more happier than he ever made me.

A friend of mine started dating a guy, and she got to realize he was cheating on her, and not only was he cheating but with a girl so young, when my friend confronted him, this guy practically lied and denied everything even he knew my friend saw all the evidences he still blamed her, and she asked me what she did wrong, all she ever did was love and give him all of her, she ignored all guys because of this guy yet he threw her love to the dogs.

Then another of my friend met up with a guy and ohh she fell for his charm, this my friend has had a fair share in the heart break department, her heart has been broken not once, twice and not even thrice. when she chatted me up and said"babe I've met a guy and he loves me with his all, babe he wants to marry me and babe thank God for me" I got to admit I was happy for her and in fact I thank God on her behalf and used her case as a testimony of good things to happen, I tap into her good luck and believe someday I'd also meet a guy who would love me as much as her guy did, little did I know the guy was nothing short of bastard, a guy who makes ladies curse other guys, a guy who is a disgrace to other guys...this guy impregnated my friend and made her father chase her out of the house, with nowhere to go she moved in with him and got to know who he really was, this guy still went after girls, cheats on my friend even in her condition, lodge in different hotels with different girls, and whenever she confronts him he denies it to her face, and in my friend's voice"babe, I'm so scared of him, he lies so much that when he greets me good morning I go out to make sure its really morning", and I'm sure we all know its wrong for a pregnant lady to think, but oh my friend is always thinking and sad all because she fell in love with an ahole and was loyal.

And this makes me wonder is it wrong for ladies to be loyal in their relationships?, is it a bad thing to fall in love and give you her all?, is it a crime for ladies to do all just to please their guys?, and why can't guys just be faithful to their ladies?. and my answers to these questions is just for ladies to have side boyfriends, with a side boyfriends you won't have the fear of the main guy waking up one day and leaving you for another girl, you won't have the heart attack of thinking of what your boyfriend is doing at the moment, and you won't be so involved in the life of your boyfriend for him to tell you you are choking him or think less of you.

Its not a friends story or from a blog,its mine and I want you all to read and give me matured advice.

I've been in a relationship for almost 8 months now and everytime I go to visit my boyfriend..he must demand sex,even if I say am on my period.
Sometimes I just get furious and say am no longer interested in the relationship and he starts begging and because I love him, I forgive him.
He'll stop that for a while,then start it all over again.

He doesn't consider my feelings at times, there was a certain time I was still mourning the death of my cousin,he came around and after symphatizing with me,he wanted us to have sex..Gosh! I was so pissed.

The one that pissed me off the most was last night,after having like 5 rounds,I felt sore all over, I told him that and he stopped,then this morning, while I was trying to pray,he started touching me again saying he wants me.

I don't just understand whether this is normal,sometimes I just displease myself to please him but still he's not satisfied.

Am confused on whether to quit or not,cos apart from the sex thing,he still has his good sides and I dont want to make a wrong decision.

1. Cabbage:
Girls love salad because it’s healthy and yummy. Telling your date you had salad at lunch may seem like a good idea because it makes you look health-conscious but you should NEVER have salad at lunch, especially not when you have a date later in the day. Your breath will smell so bad and you can be almost certain of never ever getting the opportunity of a second date.

2. Garlic:

There’s no special skill required to recognise the stench of garlic. Normal humans can smell garlic from as far as 5 miles(just kidding).

But seriously, garlic is notorious for invading your bloodstream and fighting it’s way through your pores. So not only should you not eat garlic prior to your date, you shouldn’t even eat it 3 days to your big day just to make sure your date doesn’t ask if you’re allergic to deodorants.

3. Peanuts:

One thing we all love about peanuts is their great taste, and these bad boys are so addictive you can “OD” on them in as little as 15 minutes. No joke! Anyone can easily down 2000 calories of peanuts while watching “Young Dreams” on Zee world. But a good reason to not eat peanuts prior to a date is that your date will be so done with you after getting the stench of his life.

4. Fish:

All types of fish have this smell i really can’t describe but it’s just as bad as the smell of raw eggs(eww) or maybe slightly worse. So if you just ate fish at the canteen, do yourself a favour and use a mouth wash immediately. You don’t want to chase away a potential partner with bad breath.

5. Onions:

Thank goodness this list is in no particular order else i’d have had a hard time deciding if garlic or onions should come first.

Another serial relationship-murderer is the onion. I learnt this has something to do the sulfur content, but whatever it is, stay away from onions if you ever want to get married.

6. Fufu:

This very smelly staple has the god-given ability to make you potentially undateable. I don’t even need to write an epistle on this. You can’t be a Nigerian and not know the stench of “fufu” can wake the dead. If “fufu” is this potent, just imagine what manner of disgust it is capable of awakening in the heart of your date.
