I don't think anybody is saying Enugu is now paradise on earth. There remains a lot of work to be done but the efforts so far should be commended. Enugu, Lagos, Rivers and Akwa Ibom( the land of pretty girls ) states have governors that seem serious about their jobs. |
The fickle nature of public opinion is about to be displayed again; some people will use this development (which they do not fully understand) as arsenal to attack the CBN Boss. And not too long ago they were singing his praises. Get to understand the reason for this and if you think it is flawed criticize constructively instead of attacking Sanusi. |
I think we should not condemn or discourage the OP for wanting to take legal action against the alleged perpetrators of the recent post election violence. Those who feel other issues or areas are worthy of legal action should take action, this has already been stated by another poster here. If you feel GEJ should be tried in court take action, if you feel MEND should be tried in court, take action. An adage goes thus; evil thrives because good people do nothing about it. |
GEJ hat does look kind of weird. Even though it is now a common ND fashion accessory it still comes across as a European relic. |
The name of Christ should not be trivialized so, its certainly not for exclamatory purposes. |
People who do not know Abia politics should be quiet. ![]() That goes for all Igbos, and anyone who do not know Abia's political history.
OK. What have those who know Abia's political history achieved with their knowledge, the state is still stuck with Orji for another four years. |
^ Any need to hate? Contribute meaningfully or just zip up. |

It all depends on the terms of offer for both jobs, i.e pay and benefits, and the kind of career growth you want to achieve for yourself. |
texazzpete:Nah Fashola should be commended, when most of his projects are completed your subsequent visit to Lagos might actually be a pleasant experience. ![]() |
Misleading title, Norio Ogha is not the current president at Sony, he was a former president. |
Nasdaq. If your stocks performed well at the NY stock exchange on the day of your child's birth. ![]() |
What does one do about little cousins and relatives who keep coming to you with requests? Turn them down and look like a meanie or give in and hurt your wallet? |
^But there are such restaurants in the country. I can easily remember Rivers restaurant at the hotel Presidential in P.H. Not a bad way to eat out at all I must say. |
Congratulations to the people of Imo State if this is news is true. They were obviously tired of photo-shopped projects and have made up their minds. I hope they find good governance under Rochas. Alas in Abia State its business as usual. Too bad ![]() |

dayokanu:LG is not as bad as Shinco, those ones are forever problematic. May I be forgiven for helping to derail this thread like this. |
Yeah I think there will be a multiplayer option in the U3, because Uncharted 2 had that option. |
Sad news, but twas expected since there wasn't any reasonable/credible opposition no better candidate. |
SegzyJoe:Was about to say something similar. The property market in Abuja is insane! |
Meanwhile in a somewhat unrelated news event, PSN - thats Play Station Network just in case you forgot - is currently offline. The network has been offline since the 20th of April and this is believed to be connected to the fact that the site suffered a security breach where valuable user information was compromised. The affected data include name, address (city, state, zip), country, email address, birthdate, PlayStation Network/Qriocity password and login, and handle/PSN online ID. Thats pretty much the whole shebang for PSN account holders! Gamers in Nigeria appear to watch this development with smug nonchalance as terrible internet bandwidth has prevented a vast majority of them from utilizing online gaming They are not however exactly sure how this will affect the booming PS3 jailbreak market but many have vowed to continue jailbreaking their consoles. ![]() Back to regular thread topic. Sorry for the digression ![]() |
I agree that CPC appeared to have entered these elections as though spoiling for a war. Statements about the wild wild north have sadly come true. However I think that the party is fated to die a natural death, the more rational members will leave unless the party distances itself from the violent and terrorist-like undertones that appear to stem from it. |
Is the list a fantasy collection or what. |
I am also looking forward to Uncharted 3. I think it is going to be released on the 1st of November. Long wait. ![]() |
^ Maybe there's too much sugar in his bloodstream. ![]() |
Welcome. I suspect that not many people like FB games, I usually hear remarks that the games and their notifications are annoying. Good luck promoting your game. |
^Slapping of family members is a favorite on NL ![]() |
Another sore loser. Who specifically should head this so called interim government? Thank goodness for the blessing of time; it will eventually bury Okotie's statement in the recesses of our memories where it rightfully belongs. |
jmaine:His loathing of Buhari increasingly takes on a comical dimension. ![]() |
