ypeace: ..... Brilliant postYou didn't need to quote the whole damn thing though. |
No right thinking parent should allow their child(that is still in primary or secondary school btw) attend such shows. It's a bad precedent to set. |
T. A Orji is still holding down the title of the worst governor in the country so rating him is an exercise in futility. |
There is the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity. In addition to the features you listed it has a USB port. Price is less than the Thinkpad 2 - somewhere around $400-$500, i.e still within your 100K budget EDITED |
Pre-birthday surprise dinner? The reasons people put up just to party |
Perhaps the Samsung Note is a good choice, my problem with it is that it doesn't have a regular USB port. You won't be able to directly transfer content from a flash drive. If you weren't particularly bent on android I would have recommended the Lenovo Thinkpad 2. It has mobile broadband, USB ports(3.0 I think) and runs on Windows 8, an OS that many desktop users are familiar with. Its practically a full PC in tablet form. Problem though is its steep $800 price. ![]() |
Rest assured I'll not bother myself with another Iron Man movie. He is probably the most overrated superhero I've seen, I mean this one actually has a messiah complex in addition to his cocky attitude |
^ Hmmm OK. I assumed you were the one, I mean you are ritchboy and dollarsign isn't way off and more specifically he described TLOU in almost the same way you did, borefest and all. Anyways |
We all know how video game adaptations have fared on the big screen - they have been mostly terrible! I can't think of any game aside The Prince Of Persia that turned out to be a great movie. Because of the scarred memory I have from watching those movie adaptations I can't recommend any game. . . Just imagine how predictable an Uncharted movie will turn out or how silly Snake would look in a Metal Gear movie(nobody will make sense of the plot in the first place). |
gbaky_floor: Cartoons like Ben 10 aren't good especially for young boys. It teaches them that violence is the solution to all problems. And what does Tom and Jerry teach children? Gosh, is it open season for quasi pyschology? |
Nomski0: When you're less busy, goggle 'disney conspiracy' then 'disney bloodline'If you believe all that then I have a bridge to sell to you. SMH |
SIR cum a lot:Why would I lie about my impressions? To me the movie was terrible, that doesn't stop other people from loving it, we all have different tastes. |
Inioluwa280: u r stupd dos r awesme crtuns. How much will it cost you to spell correctly? |
The movie pandered to the family crowd, and for someone who likes his superheroes hardcore this was a complete borefest. I will not be watching any more Iron Man movies played by RDJ, thank you. |
Which is more irritating; those who mention illuminati as the cause behind everything or those who cannot spell words properly, always using senseless abbreviations? |
Hmmm. Cosplay is beginning to spring up in Nigeria. Interesting. |
^ Erm, when kids are involved you might want to assume a less aggressive tone. It is very easy for your intentions to be mistaken to be malevolent. My advice, close this thread, retire your NL handle and emigrate to Uzbekistan where you will assume a low profile as a baker. . . Do it for the kids. This photography thing might land you in a lot of trouble. |

I see you have edited the title but the drama queen in you just had to add the word shattered. Anything for a bit of sensation eh? Oh well |
vowiski: All those have changed now but it seems Microsoft would need more than just an updated gaming policy if they ever dream of slowing down the momentum of the PS3 which offers great value at a $100 bill cheaper than its main rival. You mean the PS4 |
Click bait. ![]() |
Misleading title. It should read Microsoft PLANNED to buy Nokia. . . Click-baiting OP. ![]() |
Off topic, pray excuse me: Yo Ritchboy, do you by any chance use the handle Dollarsign on Joystiq? |
I grew up on a wide staple of cartoons and I think I turned out ok. Personally I don't like Ben 10 because I find the stories uninteresting but there's nothing wrong with kids watching it. Of course cartoon watching should be balanced with other creative activities like reading and playing outdoors to ensure a child's healthy developement. |
^Get over it. There is nothing wrong with taking pictures in a public place especially as the photographer has not tried to commercialise the photos. @OP Are you on Instagram? |
maclatunji: This logic is wack. It is just a marketing gimmick for ignorant people. And the terrorists ARE ignorant people. ![]() |
Great sales don't always mean get good movies for me. Man of Steel was good though but I wouldn't have just rushed to see it because of the box office returns. In my opinion Iron Man 3, Fast and Furious 6 were a complete waste of time despite their successful run selling tickets. |
Thank Heavens too for me not even bothering to update in the first place. ![]() |
Makes you wonder whats the use of the CCTVs installed all over the FCT if they can't be used in cases like this. |
^ Well when you buy it prepare to relocate to the US or UK where you will able to get the console to work. ![]() |
Man of Steel was definitely worth my time. A superman movie for a modern audience indeed. I think the fight scenes were a little overdone - all that destruction was a tad over the top seeing as thats what Hollywood does on the regular these days but in general it was great movie. It does set the stage for future superman (and Justice League anyone?) movies to come. |
Borefest? I haven't copped it yet but the gameplays on YouTube are certainly interesting. I beg to differ |
