Any country with 40% unemployment is in critical economic crisis. That fact is mute; no point stretching strange arguments from here to Mars.
Has Gaza ever asked for Iranian missiles? A single missile costs millions of dollars. Like I pointed out elsewhere, do you realise the population of Lagos is 30 times that of Gaza? You really need to put things in proper perspective, otherwise it might look like you do not grasp the subject.

When the foundation of your argument is wretchedly wrong, so is the body of the argument. By UN figures, Gaza has a 40% unemployment rate; which means that, except each of them has a jankara shrine to invoke money, the average Gazan is dirt poor.

Yes, the flotilla was meant to provoke and draw attention to the wretched situation in Gaza. But the way Israel responded totally irresponsible; you don't kill people just because they are a nuisance; that is killing for killing sake and the international storm that has resulted is evidence of Global revulsion. Every life and every drop of blood is precious, whether Black, White, Arab or Jew.

For a heavy price, the flotilla has proven without a shadow of doubt that Israels methods are cold blooded and criminal. It is never too late for Israel to reevaluate their position, regret and make heartfelt changes. The Arabs were defeated long ago and Israel is nuclear armed, so the arguments about security just don't wash.

I am quite sure that there can be peace in the Middle East, Israels only real enemies are Iran (cos they are getting a bomb) and Syria (cos there are parts of the Golan heights they didn't recapture). Because Iran is getting (or has got) the bomb and have an advanced economy / industries, they will always be Israels enemy, because they can successfuly challenge her swagger; it is essential to note that Iran is NOT an Arab country. Syria, on the other hand just wants the bits of the Golan heights it couldn't recover back from Israel, after which there will be peace.

99% of the tension in the Middle East is manufactured by Israel, because they believe that the US will wade in militarily. Unfortunately those calculations are rapidly getting outmoded, because the US is accelerating efforts to feed its energy cravings from Africa, instead of the Middle East; so the requirements for a balancing Middle Eastern power (to keep prices down) are vanishing fast. The war against terror, only intensifies this, because rightwing Israel is a permanent aggravation to those extremists who express their frustrations by murdering Americans. If they are no longer getting oil from the region, it becomes a burden too far; Israel has no oil (they've found gas though).

There are also several financial pressures in favour of a not too distant peace accord. Several World class financial centres have risen in places like Abhu Dhabi and Dubai; after London, powerful hedge funds etc need new homes in the East.

There will be a paradigm shift in the Middle East. Peace and civilisation will be forced on Israel.
