Some Nigerians are unbelievable! You didn't protest the insecurity in the land or talked about those that were abducted recently at Abuja! You didn't protest to NASS about food inflation that keeps rising like ijebu garri! You didn't protest about why a whooping 90 billion should be used for Hajj or 15 billion for VP house! Not even a single protest against NASS for budgeting 10 billion for a car park and a recreational centre.... But they spent the funds to protest about the reinstatement of an emir of Kano state....shocking! Well we all know these people would have definitely been bribed for this protest by ganduje! Don't be surprised to see agbadorians in the midst of the paid crowd esp d griller and yarimo!😛😛 |
There is insecurity in Nigeria! There is food inflation! Naira keeps depreciating everyday! But the problem of agbadorians,Reno,Bwala and lately Wole Soyinka is Peter Obi! I am even most disappointed in Soyinka! No matter the reservations you may have against the presidential candidate of LP,Obi is not the president of Nigeria! Obi is not the cause of food inflation or increased transport cost or the FG's failing attempts to float naira! Soyinka hasn't questioned why over 80 billion of taxpayers monies will be budgeted for Hajj! He didn't even as the president who happens to be his friend why over 15 billion should be budgeted to build the house of VP His immediate solution to the problem of Nigeria is obsessing over Obi! This was the acclaimed freedom fighter whom we thought and believed was fighting for the good of the nation! Smh |
Chai Being a ruling party doesn't suit APC! Just imagine what is coming out from the mouth of an SGF? Smh |
![]() So the prize money Dem give her don finish? |
Krankhead:This is my problem with your likes! You condemn without doing your proper research! It's everywhere on the internet but even if you see that, you will talk another thing! Secondly,Obi has every right to do whatever he wants with his opinion and he doesn't owe you or anyone an explanation! As much as I am concerned,he has been too fair with his analysis to the point that he even acknowledged and applauded a move by the presidency! I guess that one escaped you! I won't ask you to stop criticizing him because that's a waste of time since you are paid to attack him! Let him be....he is not the reason why Tinubu floated naira or removed subsidy that is causing untold hardship on citizens! He is also not the reason why the country is unsafe! |
Ladies need to read that book...'She stoops to conquer' There are lessons to be learnt there! It's not by being an hourglass damsel or 'if I cook or have different sex styles with my man he will not look another woman' geng! |
So happy for lookman There was a time no club wanted him until Atalanta saw something special and the rest is history! |
Doyin2:You are really a pathetically naive fuul!😄 I can say this with all aplomb now! Breakdown that 75k that you are proposing let me see if it will even be enough to cover for feeding or even transport cost! I might even be talking to a boy that is still feeding from mama pot oblivious of the struggles going on in the society! If you cannot do this simple breakdown then I doubt if you even comprehend the real meaning of minimum wage....oops,I forgot you are an olodo....why should I expect you to reason when that's a difficulty for you?😢 Gush see how you are confidently spewing balderdash!😄 Olodo come and breakdown your 75k let me see if you passed through nursery school! Glorified olodo promax with PhD in motorparkism! Now the latest news indicates that both government and OPS(Organised Private Sector) are proposing N57,000, whilst your insane labour leaders are proposing N497,000 and wasting innocent employees time.At the risk of sounding like a broken record, any minimum wage that cannot afford the equivalent of two full bags of rice is wicked, insensitive and unacceptable even from the private sector! If an employee cannot transport itself or feed properly or pay utility bills like electricity or provide for shelter, how will such employee perform optimally! You fuuls see salaries as a privilege instead of being a reward for productivity and hard work! As much as I maybe have some sympathy for the private sector, they are bound to increase their workers salaries based on the new minimum wage! Educated mor.onica! |
Only their cornfused and braindead supporters including Omockery thinks otherwise! |
Doyin2:You are the one hilariously unintelligent and a glorified olodo! How much does the private sector currently pay an average worker in their company in terms of minimum wage! You don't even need a magician or babalawo to tell you that 10% or even less of the private sector can even afford the 30k...the rest are private negotiation based on what the company can pay! Totally different from FG,states and organised labour! See how you have prevaricated like an aimless grasshopper from the main point! I will reiterate that any minimum wage that cannot afford two bags of rice whether in the public or private sector is insensitive, wicked and unacceptable! If you don't like it,then that's your problem! You still haven't answered my question because your obviously flawed brain capacity is lacking! Breakdown the 75k that you are proposing in terms of transportation, feeding, utility bills and shelter...let me know if I am engaging someone with an ounce of brain matter remaining or a beer parlour drunkard! Olodo promax! |
Justiceganduje:Are you sure he is not one of the mods under a different moniker? |
helinues:When your paymasters are ready to pay workers a comfortable living wage according to balablu, they will come up with a realistic offer! Any minimum wage that cannot buy 2 bags of rice is insensitive, wicked and unacceptable! If over 15 billion can be used to build the house of the VP and 6 billion for Hajj, then they can easily afford to pay a substantial minimum wage! |
To the defenders of the FG....I have a question for you! Can you break down #57k into transport cost, food, shelter and utility bills? |
Doyin2:Mr Guy you still don't get it because you are bent on arguing like a roadside tout but forming educated! Right from the start,it was apparent that to have a proper negotiation with FG one needed not to only be smart but also incorporate a little bit of precedence as a guide! Based on the antecedents of present and past FG administration,it was mandatory that the use of a hardline in negotiation including 'muscle flexing' was needed to get anything substantial out of an insensitive FG that cares less about it's workers welfare! And such stance are based on lack of trust for their employers! The negotiations no matter what you tag it will continue until organised labour gets close to what is desired for it's workers! The only party involved that I might have some sympathy for is the private sector! However,as its usual of them, they can come up with an internal negotiation with their workers! For now, this is between FG,states and organised labour! Let me reiterate that any minimum wage that cannot comfortably purchase two full bags of rice is unacceptable and wicked! The workers are not the ones responsible for the inflation rate in the country! Neither are they the reason why transport cost have quadrupled and yet their salaries remain constant! They are also not the ones to blame for the removal of subsidy on pms and the mindless floating of the naira! As much as I doubt your intellectual competence, let me manage to engage you with this question.....if 75k was the maximum that you would get to,can you assist in breaking down this amount in terms of transport, food, shelter and utility bill expenses per month? |
“i. The Presidential accent to the 2023 Electricity Bill, a move that dismantled monopolistic control over electricity generation, transmission and distribution at the national level and granted authority to State Governments, Corporations and individuals to generate, distribute and transmit electricity, thus decentralizing the power sector; So which one did Buhari sign into law or are they trying to claim credit for Buhari's assent?
|
Doyin2:You write so much rubbish with confidence! From the negotiation so far from FG,are they willing to present between 100-150k )without a negotiation? The answer is absolutely no because they also don't want to be seen to be offering at a point of weakness! If FG starts with a 100k or more, organized labour will assume they can pay more and also negotiate for more which will put FG in an uncomfortable situation....same applies to organised labour! That's why both sides hired professionals to ensure no one loses out at the end of the bidding war...the goal is to come up with an amount that will grant both sides a win-win situation! This is simple basic knowledge of negotiation! If you don't know,Go to Google and acquire knowledge about negotiation tactics and stop behaving as if your entire schooling was a waste of time and funds! Lastly, any minimum wage that cannot comfortably buy two full bags of rice is unacceptable! If an employee's salary cannot address his/her basic needs esp food then don't complain when they start stealing from you! |
superCleanworks:Walahi....I'm just baffled by the complete absence of common sense in nairaland! At times I wonder if these people ever walked into a school! |
Doyin2:I believe you should go back and read your own comments while taking your own advise by gaining the same sense that you obviously lack! How can you present your final bid as the first? Being aware of a similar action of FG in the last negotiation of the minimum wage during the time of former NLC chairman necessitated bidding higher inorder to achieve their desired endpoint and so far it seems to be working as the FG will likely offer double their second offer when they meet with organised labour again! That's called negotiation by logic which you obviously lack! |
How is it possible that most of you can not decifer simple and basic negotiation tact's! Even if the intention of labour was to arrive at 100-200k,it will be illogical and unintelligent to start from there as a first negotiation! The idea of negotiating a price from a higher amount is to offer you some leverage and advantage! This is what organised labour is exploring! That's why they crashed the amount to 500k which might likely come down more if FG is able to make a reasonable offer! |
cremedelacreme:You are actually the joker for not realizing that you don't bid from a position of weakness! This was the mistake former NLC chairman ayuba waba made when he decided to use his final negotiation #60k as the first! That's why it was easy for FG to offer 25k and finally 30k! Bidding 615k will give organised labour a superior bidding advantage of which their final endpoint may be between 100-200k! |
Krankhead:It's either you are blind or you cannot read properly! Go to his Twitter page and see for yourself! Atleast try to pretend that you went to a school even if you were paid to carry out propaganda on him! Secondly,at the risk of sounding like a 1977 broken record,Obi is a citizen of this country and has the right just like everyone to have an opinion! If you are not happy with that,I think you should be the one to keep quiet! |
Kushites:Before U attack or insult the governors for not building their states like FCT,first tell your paymasters to grant states access to 100% control of their own resources while altering the sharing formula that is supposed to be from LGA to state to FG! |
Anything below 100k is unacceptable! |
Krankhead:And what do you want him to do about it? Is there no governor in Anambra state? At times,I can't help but shake my head at the manner of clowns apc keeps recruiting for their propaganda work! It's as if they recruited people with disconnected encephalon! |
Jodybarton:Who doesn't like an underdog story? |
Same law wike created was the same law that stopped him from indirectly extending the tenure of the current LGA chairmen! Wike just wants to go to any length to prove that he is still popular in rivers state and relevant to Tinubu in terms of the politics in rivers state come 2027! |
Well atleast this woman try get small sense compared to her other colleagues there that even brought the police to chase their hubbies out of a home that he pays the rent and other bills! Maybe she discovered that those ladies who decided to chase their hubbies away are now lonely and depressed while their feminist friends over there who had encouraged them to leave their hubby are still flexing with their own! |
I didn't even know from the report that the matter had already been handled by the police but the military still came back to take laws into their hands in defiance of the constituted internal security of the land! This is so unfortunate and once again proof of how our country has lost every ounce of dignity! To make matters worse, some citizens are even defending the dastardly acts of these cowards who would turn Usan bolt once they sight a bandit or bokoharam member! They flex their muscles only when they confront unarmed persons! |
Gentlesniper:Let's assume such had transpired like you allegedly narrated,is it not better to hand the matter to the police instead of seeking self help? We are not just a lawless country but even citizens like you enable such lawlessness by encouraging oppression from men and women in uniform! Now tell me,how does an alleged act from a particular business point in the premises now imply that all the businesses in that building must be closed ad infinitum? |
Jaydear:E don pass like that ohh! Imagine one werey babe way plait rainbow colour for her dirty hair wan go call her army bf because the lady she wan buy fish from refused to reduce to her asking price and it led to a back and forth! The shocking part was that this stupid army bf showed up with some of his colleagues and dragged the fish seller into their vehicle and left! Lawless country! |
stevups:So? Are they not human beings like us? Does the fact that they are military give them that superiority over others? You guys are the reason why these men and women in uniform are emboldened to take the laws in their own hands! If they are that powerful like you said, why can't they replicate that strength on bokoharam that currently occupy communities in borno state? Abi nah only defenceless civilians their power reach? Nonsense! |
