Any fan in the "land"?

Gaining weight is equally as difficult as shedding them. At least to me. I definitely understand what you mean. I used to weigh 115 pounds, (don't know what it is in Kg, but i am sure goggle can help) and I stand 5 ft 11 inches tall. So, from those numbers, I was underweight. I had to change it. Though everybody wants to be me, but I know the side effects of being underweight. Now, I am 140 pounds and loving it. Tho, everybody that knows me before and now, can't see any difference. I know where the pounds are and I am loving it, as well as my angel

So, if I can recommend like everyone has done. Use your vitamins, drink water, sleep, calculate your calories, make sure it exceeds what you are consuming now. If you are like me that eat once a day, make sure you snack and snack some more.
