my car, my labor, my sweat, my risks, my losses, my reward, my money....Your fu******ing armed robber agbero goverment should take their filthy pilfering hands off it! FYI, if it were possible for all Uber and Taxify and all e-hailing drivers in Lagos State to choose whether to drive their cars Lagos or Estonia and America that you are making comparison with, 100% of all the drivers will ship their cars abroad and go drive there and leave your evil goverment and their agbero city alone to tax the wind and the birds. Useless thieves. God punish der papa.
Very well said!!! Nigeria should be even grateful an Estonian company chose to operate in Nigeria. If Bolt was a Nigerian company, it would typically be messed up becos discipline is not a part of Nigerian culture.

Other countries? Where there is 24 hour light; Near instant response by Police in case of violent crime; stable price of products; GOOD ROADS; 24 hours emergency hospital and ambulance;
Or which countrieshuh?
The roads in Nigeria are actually good. It's the citizens that don't drive according to road conditions which results in accidents.

My brother, this latest Lagos government no get better cabinet. Them just dey reason anyhow! Life must be incredibly hard for Lagosians at all cost ni fa! First, they took away grassroot transportation without any reasonable replacement, now they want to chase away middle level transportation to investors. It is well. May God bless this county with good leadership.
Lebanon ppl protested and current Government resigned while Nigerians are waiting for God to bless with country instead of the Nigerians to take responsibility for themselves and bless themselves with their God given brains.

The black race boasts of NO DEVELOPED COUNTRY. Even the Rwanda and investments in rail Nigeria are being done by the Chinese. Give the same contract to a Nigerian company, the money will be diverted and used to start carrying girls.
Thank goodness I'm not a Nigerian

The NNPC manages the refineries and other critical government-owned oil and gas assets.

We were told that the only time the NNPC made profits was in the time of Ibe Kachiukwu. And Buhari had the guts to replace him with a northerner....now, we are back to square one.

Instead of NNPC to find out why her refineries are not working, they are busy building hospitals across Nigeria. NNPC, which is under the ministry of petroleum, is now executing the tasks of ministry of health while its assets incur huge losses.

I don't know who cursed Nigeria, but I think the country has suffered enough. And it's high time the person forgave the shithole.
It was the partriarch Noah that was angered by Ham the founder of Africa and pronounced a curse upon Canaan his son.... this is the curse the way out of this curse is to believe in Jesus Christ.

It's difficult to reply many of the posts from the likes of Rossik. While there's plenty of true facts, there are also plenty of distorted tales and spurious facts with tenuous evidence. What all these still doesn't explain is how the black race below the Sahara still wallow in such poverty while clinging on desperately to relics of Egyptian history as validation for long bygone greatness of the black race: a very disputable, foggy Egyptian history. All the while, the Caucasian colonizes every continent he steps foot on taking prosperity and order and structure with him everywhere: be it Australia, South America, North America, South Africa etc. The black man undergoes the reverse: be it in Africa or in Haiti or in Guinea-Bissau. It's the same old tale of poverty and chaotic rule. Rossik is implying the southward drift of the black man from the glory of Egypt ruined him. A half-baked theory if I ever read one.

I re-iterate. The white race is collectively superior to the black race. It is a bitter truth to hear but it is easily demonstrable, incontrovertible truth. It kills me to admit myself, but the facts are plain.
The black man is aso the most EGOTISTICAL. Seems blacks are spiritually cursed..... the progenitor of the black race is Ham and a curse was pronounced in Genesis 9 upon his son Canaan. Though the curse was pronounced on Canaan the anger was directed at Ham. Folks the black race (Hams children) are spiritually cursed.

In genesis the black race wad cursed to be "servants of servants" to all other races.

Today blacks are truly servants of servants to al other races just as the Bible said.

I blame foreign religions as the the biggest factor responsible for this

Bro, if you see some 12th century castles in europe, you'll cry for black man. While we were living in mud huts these people were already laying cross country rail tracks, something we're still battling with in 2013. Shame bro shame.
And it's China building the rail tracks for Nigeria the Nigerians aren't even doing it themselves!

US embassy should shut up. What's this silly paternalistic attitude about? Does Nigeria also monitor and comment on political crisis in US? White police officers in US routinely kill blacks;do African countries issue "statements"? The statement is silly, condescending and TOTALLY uncalled for.
United States should admit Nigeria as it's 53rd State or as a US Protectorate or Foreign Territory. Nigeria will NOT get better unless it's affairs ate divided up amongst foreign nations.

Power/ electricity should be given to Germany.

Transport to China

Agriculture to EU

Defence to Israel

Oil and Gas management to UAE

Medicare to UK - even Buhari wife is in UAE now receiving treatment.

There is no such thing as a spiritual curse on Nigeria. The problem with the country can be found in the mentality of the peoples... slow to taking responsibility for the decay that is life in Nigeria, yet quick to pretend the problem is manufactured elsewhere but in their own backyards.
Stop trying desperately to link your problems to the Bible and God.
The curse is made manifest in the mentality! Uve just confirmed wat I've been saying.

The Bible refers to Egypt as "the land of Ham" in Psalm 78:51; 105:23,27; 106:22; 1 Chronicles 4:40. ..

Ham and his descendants probably populated the rest of Africa from Egypt.

If you are reading this, just turn to Jesus - none is cursed in Christ Jesus! In Him there is wholeness and fullness and liberty.

It's obvious to any exposed person that Nigeria is spiritually cursed - from the barbarism and sick mentality of the people to the wickedness of the people to themselves to intellectual laziness and sick culture. These may be connected to the curse of Ham / Canaan in genesis chapter 9/10.

How can a Christian live successfully in a Cursed Country such as Nigeria - I mean these guys are savages.....

Only mix with foreigners in Nigeria? Or only mix with born again Nigerians?

How can someone just manage the country?

Meaningful contributions only.

We have 82,000,000 Nigerians living under 1$ a day, against 1,00 politicians and 500,000 police+army+ every armed forces in Nigeria

When you people are tired you will come out and protest without waiting for sowore, if 82 million people storm govmt house at once they don't have enough bullets to shoot them or enough cells to lock them in, they will hold Buhari or whichever governor they chose and give him the Ghaddafi treatment the King Louis and Marie Antoinette of France treatment

Until then enjoy your poverty, my cowardly Nigerians who prefer to die of Diabetes and malaria than to die fighting against a repressive regime

If you add middle class and poor to the number of those Extremely poor living under 1$ a day you can do anything if they all contribute 100 naira per month you'd make 82 billion naira enough to start any business you want and give part of the profit back to the poor investors.

You can start your own brand new country, you can take over an existing country, you can topple a Government you can take over a business or start a new one anything at all you all agree to but unfortunately we are Nigerians too scared to die

Religion has taught us to blame the devil and pray to God, a goat broke into your house and is eating your yam instead of taking the goat away from the yam, you blame the devil and fall to your knees and pray to God to stop the goat from eating your yam

Akpabio is corrupt instead removing him from NDDC we make jokes and say God will punish him but he is the goat eating the yam,
Boko haram is eating our yam(people's life's and properties and lands) we do nothing we pray and blame devil if only 10million people armed with knives and guns enter zambisa tell me Chibok girls wouldn't have been found?

We Nigerians aren't smart after all.
The country seems cursed spiritually.....

Though imperfect as a country, God bless the United States of America. America or China or UK should just take over Nigeria (i.e. Nigeria becomes a foreign territory or Protectorate of China, UK, US or UAE) according to a friend - Nigeria will benefit from a better currency and better culture as well as visa free travel as a protectorate. As Americas 53rd State, the 3rd Infantry division .ca wipe out Boko Haram in 3 weeks or less. New York Police Department can solve most kidnap cases in days. Serious medical system.
