Agbalowomeri: The fair value for this stock is above 6 naira if you know what I mean, could take one or two years to get there Two years when custodian was selling for 1.5, I told my folks on smn that the fair value was 5. War nearly broke out that time but today, all man silent
For an ROE near 30%, the coy should not sell less than PBV of 3. I hope you are taking on board the recent moves by the new SEC DG to compel registrars to remit back to the originating companies all unpaid dividends 12 after thieir payment dates. It is still in consultation at the moment, it will be bad news for the likes of APR if it sees the light of the day. I am fully invested here. #justthinkingoutloud |

Comsol: Please how do I go about activating my e-dividend warrants as a non-resident Nigerian? With the requirement of going to your bank for signature, is there anything I can do to get them activated without me coming to Nigeria?
Thanks You have to do it physically in the 1st instance then subsequent ones could be done electronically (in my case anyway) |

angelo82: I just hope they will accept scanned copies....Including old school First Registrars........ when there is an existing mandate with any registrars, I would normally deal with them by email. Some of them needed several reminders. Eventually they were all effected! I made it plain to them that i am a non-resident nigerian so no cumbersome requirement. The only one that gave me a bit of headache was Centurion until i escalated it to the deputy registrar |

Do not assume! |

angelo82: But am I not suppose to receive all the dividends today because I only get one alert and I didn't get the dividend for other two batches.......... If you bought with multiple houses, did you ask the registrars to apply any existing mandate to all accounts for the same stock? if you did and got a confirmation that they have effected such, then take it up with them. Otherwise, the post office is your case! |

angelo82: I received alert for their dividend too in my mail.....I will like to know if you have APR shares with different stockbrokers, are you going to receive the dividend in one piece or batch by batch because the one that I receive stipulated something like APR.DIV2....And the amount does not tally with my total number of shares in 3 stockbroking firms...... Bought using different houses, but made sure I informed APR to apply existing mandate to new account |
