So it will make no sense to keep 2 Access Bank in the same area because ALL Diamond Bank premises automatically turns Access Bank. So let the former Diamond Bank staffs prepare their minds for the unexpected so it doesn't come to them as a shock.

Many Diamond Bank staffs losing their jobs soon because some branches that had both Diamond and Access Bank will mean Access closing those Diamond Bank and many of their staffs fired.

Actually, it's not a new bank. It's still the old Access. If it were to be a new bank (real merger), the new name will be different and new shares will be issued in the name of the new entity. It's actually an acquisition and not a merger, just that it's from a friendly approach and not an aggressive takeover.

So it is possible that Victorty Park is indebted to AMCON through buy back debt and as it were, the Land could be a debt buy back collateral.

Good morning Gurus, i am currently a 300L student in Lautech and wish to travel to the UK for holidays....My mum has a residence permit over there,but I'm willing to go in through an uncle of mine over there too....I've got questions and some issues about this. Now the issue is,few days back,my mum asked me to print all my docs in school(Results, tuition fee reciept,admission letter etc.), but the name I'm using in school is quite different from which that is on my passport. On my passport, i have it as ADEYEMO DAMILARE OLASOKO ,but I'm using OLASOKO DAMILARE ADEYEMO in school, the good part is that in all my school docs,it was just typed that way,without indicating which is surname,name and other name, is it safe for me to go on with the application?(the name error on my passport was caused by my dad,i formerly bore Adeyemo as my surname,before changing to Olasoko wen i entered Uni).....Pls your responses are highly needed

Uganda’s Minister of Youth Affairs, Florence Nakiwala has told a 7-year-old rapper  Patrick Ssenyonjo popularly known by the stage name Fresh kid, to go back to school or get arrested. 

Florence Nakiwala gave the warning after it was alleged that Fresh kid was not attending school, and could perform late at night while his age mates were studying. The Youth minister who described this as child labour, warned the Ugandan 7-year-old to go back to school or get arrested and further taken to a juvenile prison.

"The constitution clearly states that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to work therefore Fresh kid should not be working rather be in school. Anyone found aiding his music career will have to face the law as well. I take this opportunity to warn all of you who are engaging children in things like this and renting them houses, you will also be arrested according to the law" she said.

unfortunately, the fact that the baby did not cry at birth is a strong pointer that something went wrong before or during delivery. The child should cry spontaneously without slapping. If you have to slap the child to cry, you should be worried.

My 8 months old niece was diagnosed with epilepsy last month. She didn't cry at birth. She is on medication but it doesn't seem to tackle her seizures effectively. She's having subtle seizures as well. Any first hand experience from anyone with homeopathic remedies for epilepsy?

Here is my own test results on various modems(band 28, band 3, and 3G)

The speed fluctuates a lot and the speed on band 3 is only slightly better than 3G speed.

4. Set screen brightness to the barest minimum at night. It is good for both your eyes and battery life. I don't know about others but for me, reading mode is on 24/7.
