Secondly, knowing that the Nigerian driver's licence is biometric based, how were you guys able to acquire same in absentia?

The Nigerian driver's licence because of it's sophisticated nature is accepted in the US and by extension Canada which means the authorities are smelling foul and illegal intent by you guys.

Don't forget it's a wired system in Canada everyone and everything you do is recorded and replayed when needs arises.

I would advise you guys to own up to the package else it could be held against you guys. Also I would suggest having the CIC return the package or dispose them off on authorization by you guys.

Hello All,

I'm seriously frustrated by the way Samsung Nigeria customer care has dealt with the issues with my phone since the the last week in August.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 unit last year but nine months into the life, the phone started misbehaving. I took it to a Samsung care outlet in Ikeja and they told me they would do a software reload on the phone. When I got back there, I discovered they actually replaced the screen and reloaded the phone. But to my greatest surprise, they didn't fix the screen/software well after about 45mins, the software crashed. Since then, I've been going to their office every now and then. I can remember being in their office about eight times to either drop the phone or pick it up. There was even a day I had to go to their office twice in a day.

Eventually they told me they would replace the phone and I dropped it on 09/11/2015. Since then, I have not heard anything from the guys. I've called severally but all I keep hearing is - Your Samsung unit is not ready.

I'm seriously tired of all these as I can confidently say that I have not been able to use the phone for 2hours without a fault in the last three and a half months. I have dropped the phone now for over five weeks and this is getting very frustrating. I don't think I paid that much for the phone just to start getting all these issues under one year.

I believe Samsung is a standard company but I'm quite disappointed with all I have seen so far.

I just hope someone influential in Samsung will see this and help resolve my issue as soon as possible.

So yesterday i was at wrk and babe called to tell me that sumtin bad had happened. I panicked and feared she had set my house on fire. I rushed to get airtime and called her back. That was when she told me that the infinix big 6 i gave to her, the one i reviewed right here on the 28th of last month, has stayed in soapy water for more than 30 minutes. She sed she packed the cloths she wanted to wash along with the phone and soaked them in detergent for over 30 minutes. I told her to take the battery out immediately, and i realised it the battery was non removable. At that point there was nothing i could do. When i got home i had to unscrew everything and tear the phone apart in a bid to tak the battery out. Called jumia and they refereed me to their service center. Will be going there with the phone on monday morning, i doubt if it can be repaired, cos i see too many burnt I.C's on the panel......

Hmmm what happened? You for shun buy another then use the damage one as scrap. People will need screen etc

So finally monday arrives, and i took the phone to the infinix carlcare center. After analysis,they told me all the panel needed to be changed, and that would cost me 250 cedi. Note that 250 cedi is already more than half the price i bought this phone (phone costs 480 cedi). I had no choice but to pay, and they gave me a receipt/invoice, then told me to come pick the phone 2pm 2mao after repairs. Like this now, this phone is already worth 42,000. 28k+14k..
