You shouldn't mention your previous UK masters when applying to another in the UK. Your first degree is enough. You would need a strong business case to scale it when you mention previous masters. Except the course in the first masters is lower in comparison with new one or complements it.

Hello house, my cas application just got rejected because i have previously studied at masters level before in the UK and am now going for MBA. I actually stated this in my application and also submitted my transcript and i was given conditional offer for payment of deposit now the visa compliance team are now saying i don't have progression. After i have paid deposit since two month ago and waiting for them to give me cas.

Please if you know any school i can apply to for January that will give me cas even with my previous masters in the UK.

Dependant visa holders are permitted to work in the UK, with limited restrictions. They cannot work as a doctor or dentist in training or as a professional sportsperson including as a sports coach. Dependent visa holders can: Remain in the UK for the same period of leave as the main tier 2 visa holder

You wan complicate things that. Possibly you might be allowed to take the 8kg into the cabin while the other two checked in but why would you want to carry 3 cases? Handling might become an issue for you when you are traveling to your final destination ...my thoughts though.

She's just customer service agent and they all work based on a response template. She answered you initially through that template but when she did the actual check and discovered you should've have long gotten your passport back, she changed her response. be positive dear.

I just called UKVI and I feel so down. At first, I told the lady that I haven’t gotten my passport yet and she said that it takes 15 working days to get my passport back after a decision has been made. My bio was August 4th.
Later, I now said please let me tell her my GWF number to check the exact decision date for me. Immediately she saw my decision date which was around Sept 6th, her voice just changed and she said someone will be in contact with me via email to tell me my decision this week.
I'm so scared that it’s a refusal because see the way she changed from 15 working days to this week.
It's as if they want to send me a refusal email

Excellent, so what you need to do is build your case when requesting your CAS by telling the university that - when you applied back then and got rejected, you were naive as to what was expected of you but that now, you are well grounded and understand clearly the financial implications for getting a successful visa. Of course the university will subject you to their own interview to confirm how read and genuine you are to be issued with a CAS. All the best

I have savings in my name. Enough savings in fact to see me through. My issue now is to be able to pass through the CAS stage, I have more than enough savings in fact. Genuine funds not borrowed.

How much has your status changed? Do you currently work? Does your salary cover your expected expense or do you have savings in your name? This and more would require you to address when putting in a new application cos the visa officer will refer to your past records.

Yes you can but make sure you also contact your bank assigned account officer (who should be tracking progress for you) on the proposed change. This is necessary in case your application has already been presented for the spot trading session

With what you've done now, CBN will wire £5500 and ignore the extra £18 you authorized. Flywire will get £5500 and deduct £18 from the amount to leave a balance of £5482 which is less than the £5518 you generated the invoice for and the transaction would fail.

I will suggest that you go and correct the amount on your Form A to avoid issues.

Flywire invoice from the school deposit is £5518 ( £18) is their charge but when form A was initiated , it was £5500 we input.
But the authorization letter to the bank was written £5518 to be deducted.
Will CBN automatically deduct the correct amount from my account. Or we should cancel and initiate another one with the correct amount.
Please help
