My family and I met with an Orthodox rabbi and his wife the other day. I noticed that the rabbi shook hands with me but not with my wife, and that his wife shook hands with my wife, but not with me. What’s the big deal about men and women shaking hands? Isn’t a handshake just a handshake?

Possession of a certificate is the only way I know to produce that one has received education up to a certain level at least formally which is what's required here.

I can tell you, we didnt finish the said project.Reason is N18m wasnt enough to finish the duplex.
The carcass cost us N11m.

one thing about Nigerian clients, they would say they want simple low cost building, but they would want quality interior finishing.As we all know, quality is not cheap.
