new2012: So this discourse don't degenerate into insults like you're towing and losing your temper unnecessarily, I won't be replying you after this
I have no idea how you feel im behaving like a politician just because I puncture your thought process.
Same guys sold PMB, same guys are selling Atiku and yet you pick one side of it. What then makes you think they are different and one is better? What makes u different from the wailers or the zombies as they're called on Nairaland.
If you feel PMB is better, come out with your reasons. I do feel Atiku might be 1% better solely because he has not come up with some humongous promises we all know he'll never meet. PMB has not even been able to sell himself based on things they've done. I think what they've achieved so far is laced with mediocrity that they are unable to showcase them. I know GEJ regardless of the folly in his era was a bit confident to say he has built so and so school and so and so road back then.
At the end of the day, its the masses that are the problem of Nigeria, the politicians play them, if it gets so bad-give them 2-5,000 NGN as in the case of Osun and they'll forget they want or give them onions and garrison as in the case of Kogi and that's it!
Good luck bro with your ideologies-i wish you well! If you can't see anything PMB is doing then you don't need to be told. Nigeria is not that big that projects done by one can't be seen and that one ought to be told. |

new2012: I know you align with GMB back then and now... Figure out the promises he made howbeit, ill informed then you see the Messianic claims.. Making a dollar equal to a naira requires a messiah..
At this junction, its quite obvious you're one of those Buhari fan. Thought you were ready to debate, without any malicious inclinations.
You align to PMB, you certainly will not see anything wrong in what he do, so I rest my cade with you.. Enjoy the rest of your night man There was nothing actually to debate. Endeavour to take responsibility for your actions and don't behave like the hypocritical politicians. Those who sold PMB to Nigerians, once sold Abacha, tried selling OBJ's third term agenda. Yes, they have started selling Atiku and when it does not favour them, they will spew thrash. Well the masses are at all times gullible so such acts never stops. |

new2012: I see the line you're towing now.
U think if PMB stay second term, there will be rotation? Or if Atiku wins, there will be rotation afterwards..
Stop swallowing what the politicians are sending your way. Independently think.. Already there's confussion if after PMB, it will be East or West. BTW, you know the North will never support the East ever right? The Yoruba/IBO fight is ever continuum. That's why the North always rule..
When Obj came out, you know the West did not support him right? West and East never supports her own. The north will kill even for a thief that's theirs.
Like I told u before, its the masses, those down the food chain that suffers.. PMB and Atiku are the same, APC and PDP are the same thing, nothing meaningful in sight.
GMB claimed to be d Messiah bro, the promises were messianic? Everything you have said is an assumption, given if its an independent thought. There are 2 sides to the game and it does not come without the right bargains. If the east intends to take the reign they will have to offer something meaningful. I've always told people, understand the politics played by the North and the West then the other zones may likely get it right. But if they refuse, they should find themselves to blame. Sorry to tell you, PMB did not inform you by word from his mouth that he is the messiah. It was told to Nigerians by the so called false political prophets. |

new2012: See there is no old PDP or new APC. They are one and the same, how many politicians have jumped boat, what's the difference in their ideologies beyond the name and slogans that don't even add up?
So first calm down. I'm not sure abt the difference between Atiku and Buhari, they are both Fulani's and both from the North, both make huge promises and I'm sure they both don't keep to their promises.
However, Atiku has stated that he is not the 'Messiah' but ready to improve the economy, create jobs and bla bla bla - hopefully that will fizzle down, Buhari hasn't said anything meaningful yet other than insults, remember the claim that he was the 'Messiah'.
So chill, it's to same ball game. Both winners and lossers don't give a f' abt the masses. You should also remember PMB did not tell you he is the messiah. The one telling you "he's not the messiah" were among those who told Nigerians that PMB is. So whichever the case, the masses will bear the brunt. As far as I'm concerned the North never looses. We can decide to wait another 4 years and rotate or stay another 12 years and see how everything plays out . |

I can't still believe the same thing that happened during the 2015 elections is what is playing out. Let the Atiku campaign tell us what they they got to offer. Any thing that does not add value to the common man is nothing to take home. Because all I see is that we may be going back to the old ways of PDP and it would be worse than we've ever recorded. |

One can't be telling another what he should be doing..
I think the Atiku campaign should be rolling out their programmes they have to offer Nigerians rather than giving us ancient history that literally adds no value to the common man.
The PDP as a party is yet to tell us the benefits of their 16 years in power to the masses. What you have are various factions of the supporters of the OBJ/Atiku , Yar-adua/Goodluck and Goodluck/Sambo administrations splitting it down and picking whatever they have achieve based on their tenures. They barely tell anyone the gains in the entire stretch of the 16 years.
The truth is that did PDP actually do well in its 16 years un-interrupted reign given the resources at her disposal; The answer is No. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why Is Life So Unfair? by bixton(m): 7:44am On Oct 28, 2018 |
shege45: Let me tell you guys a brief story. When i was in secondary school, i was the best student in my class. I was so good that I represented my school in any competition held.
Going to university, i still had that flare. I was still very serious. I read like a mad person , but due to some factors , my gp was really bad in yr 2 and 3. Regardless of the fact that I studied hard. Other years were good but it was unfortunate i came out with a 2.2 degree. If a degrees were to be given according to your level of seriousness, I would have made a first class.
However, i came out of school thinking that atleast its not like 2.2 is a bad result, It’s average. I tried looking for a job, but everywhere says minimum 2.1. I had to settle for a teaching job which i still do now. I have given up on looking for job because everyone says the same thing. 2.2 has made me believe i am no longer intelligent. People in my family, my friends , my colleagues at work all believe that i am intelligent. But my degree tells me otherwise.
Now here is what saddens me. A friend of mine whom i knew i was better than academically back in school posted a picture of a car given to him by his employer. He came out with a 2.1 (p:s he got that job without knowing anyone in the company,he saw it online and applied).Everyone in the department knew how he always passed his exams. Although i am genuinely happy for him, but I am sad for myself. Do employers think that we 2.2 graduates are totally worthless? Coming out with 2.1 is a nice achievement and many people who got it worked really hard for it but many factors can make a bright student come out with 2.2. I have been teaching for three years now and I sometimes ask myself, would I continue like this? I don’t want to be like some of my colleagues who are way older than i am and still teaching. I am 25.
An advice to people in universities. Do any thing you can to come out with a 2.1. Don’t let that no job thing fool you. Read , cheat or buy 2.1, but do whatever it takes to come out with it. Get it first then listen to the no job story because your story can actually change with it. As for 2.2, there is actually no job unless you have somebody somewhere. Yea, such is life but you should not let that weigh you. Try as much as you can to keep your hopes high, believe in yourself, network amongst your geninue friends, make new ones and be open to other opportunities and they do come in different shades and forms. As a teacher do not underestimate your pupils. I know of 2 persons who have 3rd class, same age as you have said of yourself, working in a good place, earning a good pay, with a brand new car, etc, etc, .....gotten without any form of connection. I know of another who came out with a pass and yet he's doing just fine with his innovation and business idea. Goodluck. |

FADEO: Good morning. Am back again to give feed back. We discussed this project alot concerning the foundation. So after proper analysis by the structural engineer and other input from engineers here. we eventual settled for pad footung with two underground beam. A lower tie beam and upper tie beam. Although as someone (aventure) suggested, the soil is a loose soil so we had great challengea of backfilling. It was a great challebge. So we have to employ the service of labourers that will continously pack and clean the backfilled sand. At the moment, the underground beam has been done... Good Morning. Nice to hear from you. Construction work is a challenge and it takes great courage from both the client and engineer to play their roles efficiently as best they could. Please try to give us little feedback as the job progresses. Nice work, keep it up. Thanks and God bless. |

lordhugo: i am sorry for being away for some days. i have had lots of inquiries from in and out of Nigeria and as such i have been offering professional advice and business plans to all who contacted me. I have found out that there are 3 main groups of people who do contact me via pm's or calls/whatsapp on 0.8030964896.
1. New farmers 2. Existing farmers with farm problems (low laying rate, hatching problems, high mortality, marketing issues etc) 3. Existing farmers requiring technical inputs so as to upgrade or expand existing snaileries.
On that note, i would like today's note (keeping in line with the A,B,C....) to be...
Know-How determines your ability to start, sustain and succesfulize your snail farm. I call them the 3 S’s of snail farming. Ask questions , draw up your plans but most importantly start! Find other local snail farmers and ask them questions. They are your snail partners and consultants. Talk to them and ask them for advice but do not forget they are your consultants and as such you should pay for their services. Avoid snail seminars. All talks ,no action! Most of them hold in halls and hotels and generally give you theory lessons and prod you to buy snails from their farms to start off.
Secret- you can add a snail farm to any existing farm settings. Vegetable, plantain/banana, cocoa, oil palm.....The list is endless. We can help you design a layout of snail pens that interfaces seamlessly with your existing farm. This applies to anybody with a piece of land in thier backyard. Multiple streams of income is the aim! Hire a consultant so you can have a one on one discussion. You could do this over the phone for a small scale venture but make sure you have your consultant on site before you start. (This would save costs rather than add to them). No information is free. Well, except this one.
Next up is Life-cycle.
don't forget to drop a comment.
Good day I've been trying your line but its telling me switched off. I think I have a job we can partner together to accomplish. You can reach me via my email "benavoh@gmail.com" with a number I can get to you. Thanks. |
