I'm also looking for a pos software that can process and record our transactions, upc/ean barcode information and can be accessed online if required.
PoliticsRe: Donald Duke Declares For 2019 Presidential Election by BlackBaron: 10:58am On Jun 09, 2018
This country surely has a conveyor belt of absolutely unsuitable leaders and politicians. To allow this idiot even a primary ticket is the gravest possible outcome.
PoliticsRe: AUDIO: Offa Bank Robbery Suspect Confesses To Be Working For Saraki by BlackBaron: 9:45am On Jun 04, 2018
I don't like Saraki but it's not news that all politicians mostly recruit unemployed youths to do their dirty work for them. Isn't Tinubu also the biggest employer of thugs and questionable characters in Lagos.

Does this mean that he'll be arrested too when his minions commit crimes. This country is losing the plot day by day. The robbers, I have no iota of pity for and can as well be executed for all I care.

PoliticsRe: Ben Murray-Bruce: If Those 3 Million Super Eagles Jerseys Were Made In Aba... by BlackBaron: 10:22am On Jun 02, 2018
Mr Ben displays a shocking lack of knowledge which for an established business man concerns me.
Producing the jersey or anything is all about economics. Nigeria would probably have greater costs of production for NIKE if citing lack of electricity, amenities and accessibility to raw materials.

Also, we don't know if its produced in house or not by NIKE. If contracted out, the garment manufacturer may only get $7-$15 per jersey considering economies of scale and such.
There are many other variables involved...,(laws, ease of business, bureaucracy) it is not by mouth that big manufacturers would come to site factories in your country.

Instead, he should start exploring ways to make business environment less stressful than spending his time chatting shite on twitter, Dumb ass!

Away from the disasters called Buhari and Jonathan.
We need to actually test our potential leaders that they possess the mettle. It's simply not enough to throw your hat in the ring because you 'think' you can do better.
Let's see your works! SR for me has come short of professional conduct sometimes in reporting and why I like their exposé and such. I'll find it difficult to believe Sowore can confidently operate as he states.

Do you also have upc barcode facility for inventory. I
There's a lot of stock (tech related) which we need to inventorise and won't be able to manually enter description.

Is there online access too?

PoliticsRe: Okorocha Uses Tinubu & Saraki To Explain To 'Myopic Imolites' About Son-In-Law by BlackBaron: 3:51pm On May 09, 2018
Nigerian politics is a joke and lacks accountability. That it seems to be the most lucrative job sector in Nigeria still shows our underdevelopment.

Not sure how this man thinks he can wedge all his family and extended ones into power.

Tinubu and Saraki are no where close to the brightest but because of how much greed and corruption, their fam seems to be holding sway in positions even those they don't understand.

Car TalkRe: Reviewing The Lagos Rail Mass Transit Trains - Photos by BlackBaron: 3:31pm On Mar 27, 2018
This project whilst not bad has taken far too long. At the end of the day, this is but a 'light train service' which is barely enough to cover the needs of Lagos. By the time it's completed, it'll already be inadequate for the ever expanding Lagos population.

I'd hope that another comprehensive project would be initiated able to connect almost all parts of Lagos to another.

kenya wanted to build a highway and negotiated with IMF and world bank for 10 years for the loan.after those 10 years the loan was declined, the then kenyan government negotiated with china and within 3 months .the loan was given and work started.china may not be the most democratic but at least they aren't the most racist.for decades the west demanded that africans countries fight corruption or reduce the number of its civil servants e.t.c and at the end of the day no loans were given.
Lol, in 3 months...it doesn't sound fishy to you?
What concessions did your government also grant them? Imports of cheaper state subsidised textiles that wipes the floor of your own local factories and whatnot, incredible access to your mineral resource, etc

Don't get me wrong, the Chinese are good to Africans but sometimes we allow them overdo and exploit the continent willy-nilly because we want short term bargains without thinking far ahead.
Foreign AffairsRe: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by BlackBaron: 2:02am On Mar 24, 2018
Easy for shallow thinkers to overlook the Trojan Horse or concessions the Chinese offer. Wiki leaks is only a recent story of state espionage.

China which isn't the most democratic state with 'looser rules of engagement' (as per use of information) can use whatever is gleaned to subtly undermine one's development via offering better trade terms at risks to African farmers, miners, etc on the continent.

China's ascendancy today has not been without aggressive use of information from everywhere possible, including theft of intellectual property, usurping and getting in front of others.

Blackbaron,
Hello, its not like if nobody wants to help.. Most issues has been tackled repeatedly if only you devoted time to go through the pages ... Most will assume you have an idea or a pro installer you are working with with as batteries you listed aint really popular in the Nigerian market and also trying to procure low watt panels.
As for me, your set up looks industrial with battery specs stated . The higher the watts of a panel , the better for you. I will go for Canadian solar 340m - 330wp , or higher wattage equivalent in either Yingli, Yachi, foresolar etc . we have high end inverters and charge controllers you can use ranging from magnum, Victron , shneider , Pt100 , connext , variotrack etc depending on the company or installer coupling your system .. Cheer's
Ok , sorry bro.
I have read up but I'd lie to say I have enough technical information to tackle such a project like this. While I know the basic components needed, I don't know enough about the correct inverters, charge controllers and whatnot to use for such a large scale model. Also with the items solar panels - batteries, etc Just that at the moment, it is going to be between a residential /diagnostics business hence we are a bit baffed on the level of sophistication this might need.

I have also seen some advice for/against 'Victron' (if not conclusive) amongst other things.

P.S Chuckdee, I dropped an email to you.

Please now, it's like I'm a ghost here. No one wants to even put in a word for me. I need to just get some advice please. Help a brother out
Satellite TV TechnologyRe: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by BlackBaron: 8:25pm On Mar 06, 2018
Hi everyone,
We are planning a 5KW solar panel build. 20 x 245W Yingli solar or Trina solar (255W - more expensive) either to be paid for tomorrow.

AT the same time, we are now looking into batteries that we can use alongside the project and would like your opinions on the followiing two AGM batteries.

First is The Victron energy 165AH (x3)
The other is Rolls Surette s5000
Both pictures are attached.

We would like to know please what inverters, charge controllers would be useful for these type of batteries please.
(I have been advised quanta batteries also but I do have access to be able to buy other brands at a cheaper price, so I am just seeking advice on these please)

you need to learn to stop being condescending. I posed a question after we built our drone about guided shells and building it in house. While others gave constructive criticism, you jump in about 'politics'. (Google meaning of tea party and leftist before using in context too)
Sit your asss and learn not to be abrupt. Tired of your angsty attitude bro.

Nemesis4u and andrewza have dropped their nuggets, all fair to them. Their discourse is acceptable to me.

You know how many shells are being fired per day in the north east? Firing millions of dollars in the war against BHT won't be a good idea since we can easily get coordinates with ISR and fire unguided shells.
You're merely boiling it down to costs. I'm asking of the possibility of also developing similar systems for ourselves. Unguided shells are sometimes inaccurate depending on factors. If needing close support with risks of troops nearby. What's the solution?

Henry240:
I don't understand this leftist idea of what war is. Is it supposed to be a Tea Party?

Makes no sense to me, war is not supposed to be pretty or a soap opera, it is brutal. I understand the need to reduce collateral damage, but it simply drives the cost of prosecuting an operation.
Fine mentality you got there Sir. Let's just level everything on a bf because we saw ten BH. What has the left also got to do with the discussions here.

fair enough regarding your points.

Here's an interesting pdf about the topic. Posed the question just in the event a very precise hit is needed to avoid collateral damage especially in urban environments. Take out a dug in building, cqb or an attacking force further away with a drone above providing overview.
Regarding costs, a guidance kit (The Orbital ATK Armament Systems M1156 PGK) fitted to 155 mm shells costs about $120,000.000 for 12000 units which is about $10,000 each?

LTGEN:

I am talking of shells similar to The American Excalibur rounds. We do not have the type unless you want to furnish us with proof.

....
With better quality 'eyes in the sky', say with the airforce grounded, how easy is it to fix guidance kits on pre existing 155mm artillery shells for precise hits on enemy targets. Is it a project with easily available off the shelf parts? Or do you think guided arty shells are a luxury?
