You don't need passport photography for medical form, the most important thing on the form is HAP ID.

Your question has been address countless time, for the benefit of others, search for school(s) of your choice and apply. Most schools if not all will direct you to their representatives (agents) to handle your application with that you are in a safe hand.
Any graduate or post-graduate course minimum of 2years duration is eligible for 2years post study work visa.

University of Adelaide is a AL1 Uni, you may not need SOA for visa application but some school do request for SOA to know the financial status of their prospective students e.g Deakin

Work experience is just to show the correlation between your intended course and profession as well as educational gap, reference letter or employment letter should be enough.

Notarized a copy of your certificate, you can do that in federal high court or from any notary officer.
It depends on your case officer, it is advisable to have one in order to prevent a delay in case your case officer requested for one.

I did my medicals at Fatayi Williams clinic where I got an oral polio vaccination and was given a code which they asked me to send via email to Australia immigration. My thought was that this should stand in for the yellow card. Hence, I do not need to present the yellow card at the Point of entry.

No need to present any yellow card, immigration officials at the point of entry are aware that without polio vaccination your visa won't be granted.

If you submitted your application without it, they will probably demand it from you later, if they are patient enough. The best thing is to go and do it and attach it to your application as soon as possible while it is being assessed. I added my English test a bit later, when we decided I better do it. You have the opportunity to add further documents even after application.

Yes, it will be demanded at the Australia's port of entry, they won't let you in WITHOUT IT.

A lot of people get in without been asked about polio vaccine at the point of entry, me inclusive but applications from certain countries like Nigeria will not be granted without a polio vaccine.

Good morning, I am currently studying masters in Australia, I got another admission for PhD which I have accepted, I am about to apply for visa. My mum fixed account is 15m, my husband fixed account is 3m and his running account is 1.5m. the total amount to apply is 30kAud around 7.5m. my questions are.

1. Can we use those fixed account as proof of funds
2. What doc or letter do we need to add
Note I want to apply with my son and my husband which is currently working in Nigeria
3. Then we have a landed property of 3.5m
4. They refused son and husband in dec for dependant visa

This may sound strange but you don't need statement of account, your husband was refused base on subsequent entrant which is a separate visa application. What you need is COE for your PhD, overseas health insurance for you and your family and apply in a single application, there is no way immigration will grant you visa and deny him in a single application. Most Msc in AL1 Uni don't even need statement of account talkless of a PhD, someone i know doing Msc just extended his visa and also include his spouse both have been granted visa without statement of account.
PS: In case you are doubting, you may include one or better still get a statement handy in case your case officer requested for one.

I wanna ask two questions, we may be different, but sometimes we have People with similar wants/needs. What/where will be your decision if it was a choice for you to make or assist your brother in making. Also, I have lived outside Nigeria and visited other countries too, so I know family security is different from when it’s just a man abroad. So please put all factors in when replying. I just wanna make the right decision not just for myself, but family too. Also if u need to ask me questions of personal nature to help in advice, please feel free to, I believe it is all for good.

Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth are the main happening cities, Adelaide is even considered as a regional area. Have been to Tasmania, what i noticed is sparse population, no functional train system aside the one going to mines, nearly every body have a car, job opportunities is limited but if you can live there getting PR is easier same as Northern Territory (Darwin) which has a more lesser population than Tasmania couple with harsh weather similar to that of Kano but Tasmania is the coldest state in Australia on average. I onced said on this forum that there is limited jobs opportunities in Tasmania and someone living there tackled me that there is enough jobs maybe i didn't explore enough, although i didn't stay more than four weeks and it was just a visit and that was my experience.
Melbourne has countless jobs opportunities in as much as you are not lazy & you don't mind doing any kind of job, regional Victoria like Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo have limited jobs opportunities that is why most students schooling in those areas have to come down to Melbourne to hustle which is not easy.
Jobs are in the big cities but limited in regional areas, schooling and living in regional areas will give you extra points while applying for PR and some regional areas may even sponsor you and this opportunity is not applicable to those schooling in the cities. Victoria for instance, only sponsor PHD holders in selected profession, that's why some Nigerians that came to study are moving to Tasmania after there studies while some are even applying for credit transfer before completing their studies (personally, i know of five Nigerians that have made such decision).
The choice is yours whether to have it easy in case your occupation is competitive by moving to regional area with limited jobs opportunities and the possibility of getting a state sponsorship or stay in the big cities with unlimited jobs opportunities and battle for PR.
PS: Those that are moving to regional areas are doing so for visa conditions, after getting PR and abiding by the conditions which maybe two to four years of living in a regional area couple with certain number of working hours, most have the intention of relocating to the big cities after satisfying their visa conditions.

Both school are ok since they are on AL1, have it in mind that getting a PR with IT profession presently is not easy, you will have to get up 85points for ITA 189 and also consider that things may change before you finish your studies. Schooling doesn't automatically guarantee PR, you will have to follow same process like any one else, IT jobs are also competitive. I will advise you to go for university of Tasmania.
* Tasmania is regarded as a regional area, you will get extra 5points (or more) for schooling in a regional as well as 5points for one or more Australian degree.
* You may be eligible for state nomination if your course is on Tasmania skill nomination list.

Lodging in a hotel is not economical, an average 3star hotel is between $120 to $200 daily depending on location. Try backpacker which should be between $30 to $50 daily just that there won't be any privacy then search for shared apartment.

With 70points for any engineering profession you will still wait like forever for 189, try 190 or 489. 80points was the minimum for any engineering profession (189) ITA in May.

Base on May invitation round, the minimum point for accounting 189 is 90points and 190 is also competitive because states that are nominating have their conditions, try 489 and if you opt for study route chose a state that nomination will be possible after studies.

Getting a visa to study in any school aside AL1 schools from our part of the world is a 50-50 thing, because Victoria Uni is not a AL1 Uni, so prepare to submit documents proving beyond reasonable doubt your GTE and home ties.

No cheap school in Australia, not even advanced diploma talkless of post graduate. Search for any school of your choice, check their requirements and apply, they will notify and direct you to their representative in case you are going to need one.

Australia is a very low oil producing country, rig workers are not on the skillselect list and the closest occupation to that is mining engineering excluding petroleum engineering. Mining related professions are also finding it difficult to migrate due to decline in mining activities in recent years.

If you are less than 33 - 30points
Positive assessment of your accounting degree Masters or Bsc - 15points
Test of English 10 or 20points depending on your score.
If you are able to claim at least 3years experience - 5points.
Your professional certification won't add any point.
From my analysis, the maximum point you can accumulate is 70points which is low for an ITA because the last round of invitation 90points was the minimum for accounting.
If you opt for masters, same thing applies just that you may add 5points for one or more Australian degree and additional 5points if you school in regional area.
In case you still wanna opt for masters, head to Tasmania there are many pathways to PR options.

Base on May invitation round, the least for 189 is 80points and that is for engineering & IT related professions, the minimum for accounting is even 90points, to be sincere the point for 189 invitation isn't going to drop anytime soon if at all is going to drop, your best bet is 190 or try regional areas before its too late.
PS: There are about 5ppl with 95points, still figuring how they accumulate such point.

Don't mean to discourage you but the only thing you can get from studying MBA in Australia is 2years post study work visa (485), you can't use MBA to apply for PR but if you choose Tasmania as your destination, you may be eligible for (887) after your 2years post study work visa provided that you meet the requirements.

Hello everyone. I want to share my experience with EA regarding my assessment. I applied for Assessment in Feb 2019 though not on fastrack. After two months of waiting, I got a mail from EA asking me to defend my Career episodes. I replied them with evidence on originality of my C.E but unfortunately my application was rejected. I used my undergraduate project as one of my C. E and after running originality test, I discovered some percentage of similarities between my project and some online publications while the other two C.E are ok. Base on my experience, I will advise people not to include their undergraduate project as part of their C.E. I intend to re apply since I wasn't banned for 12 months

On the contrary, using undergraduate project isn't the issue, maybe yours is too similar to an existing online publication because a lot of people have used only undergraduate project in which their assessment came out positive.
PS: They use "turn it in" software to know the percentage of plagiarism, the maximum acceptable plagiarism is 20% and anything above that is a red flag.

Then your home ties isn't convincing enough and you are unable to detailed what you have being doing after your first degree, marital status shouldn't be an issue.

Apparently nearly all profession is competitive presently except for few, with your years of experience it is advisable to apply for PR instead of opting for studying provided that your Bachelors degree is on the skillselect list.

I doubt if the refusal is based on marital status and educational gap unless it is clearly stated on your refusal letter. What is your Bachelors degree, your intended program and the school you applied to?

There is a different between studying master of finance and being a financial manager, the former is just a paper certificate while the latter is a profession. Have you ever being a financial manager with employment letter stating your roles and pay slips to back it up?
