Our Lord Jesus Christ said: Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19) Christ said make disciples He did not say we should become disciples Christians, why have you become disciples of men like yourselves? You have become disciples of Adeboye, Oyedepo, TB Joshua. Why? Even if you want to be their disciples, for how long would you be their disciples? When would you fulfil your own commission before the Return of our Lord? The Word has proliferated. We have the Bible in different sizes and versions. The Early Christians were not so lucky. Why are you still lazy to study the Word by yourselves so that you can have the confidence to evangelise? When you say "I am a Winners member, I am a Redeem member, I am an MFM member", you are behaving like the people of the world whom you ought to be bringing out of the world. When one of you says, "I am a follower of Paul," and another says, "I follow Apollos," aren't you acting just like people of the world? (1 Corinthians 3:4) God wants us to be a light to the people of the world. He wants the world to see His glory in us. We are God experiencing Himself through us. The sperm does not even look like a serpent to start with, nor does it even look like the offspring of a serpent. It looks more like a tadpole. Moreover, there is no guarantee that the structure of the sperm in believers is different from those in unbelievers. The talking point of the Obasanjo and Atiku administration was the privatization processes that Atiku chaired. Look at NITEL, another government investment that is relevant to the welfare of Nigerian people, it is still in the same mess. Our constitution says that economy of the country should not be operated in such a way that wealth would be concentrated in a few hands, but we are now having the very opposite of what the constitution says should be done. A company emerged, called Transcorp. There was no Transcorp before Obasanjo but Transcorp emerged from the bowel of Aso Rock, founded with the collaboration, connivance and conceptualisation of General Obasanjo to the extent that he owns 200 million shares. |

BELOW were some of Gani Fawehinmi's words for the overly corrupt and repressive administration of Obasanjo and Atiku: I am appalled, because if not for the feud between him and Atiku we may never have known that Atiku was messing up with the Petroleum Technology Development Fund, PTDF. Obasanjo cannot say that he did not know that Atiku was stealing the PTDF, established in 1973, meant for the welfare of our country by training our brilliant students in the universities with the fund. A fund meant for the improvement of our petroleum technology, a fund meant to ensure that the sons and daughters of poor parents who have the intellect can engage in research work. But alas! this fund was used, not only to pay lawyers, but to establish just one company alone. Now, Atiku dipped his hand into it, Fasawe dipped his hand into it and Mr. President dipped his hand into it for personal reasons. ZEROOOOOES:Those countries only have better political systems unlike Nigeria where we practise pseudo federalism instead of fiscal federalism. Hermes019:fire never quenches is not the same as eternal torture in the physical sense. The whole idea of eternal torture is metaphorical for the pains of being alienated from the love of God (our Father). Imagine a little child being separated from the love and affection of his parents. That is the torture that nonbelievers would face forever and ever. The believers would have eternal life while the nonbelievers would have eternal death (the Second Death). It doesn't mean that the people thrown into it would remain eternally burning. They would die a second time and remain dead forever. The consequences of this death is that they would miss out on Paradise and on the wonderful love of our Father in heaven. |
