Boss, Your Carpenter gave you a good Quotation o, you can follow him to get the materials, but as far as I am concerned, this is a good Quotation and he is not overcharging you and I don't have a way of gauging whether the quantity of materials he quoted is too much or not because I don't have your building drawings.
But for a Three Bedroom Bungalow, you are safe with that quotation.

The essence is to manage cost because sliding window is less expensive than casement.

Yes u can use slide on cross ventilated rooms, and use the casement on the rooms that are not cross ventilated.

You can either do it now or let the roofing carpenter do it later - but it must be done.

On 20 pcs, if that means he wants to install at 20 locations around the building; the more - the better.....

I'm about laying 3 couches of blocks on my lintel but the builder said he needs 20 pieces of quarter rod. I asked him what the rods are for and he said it's for holding the roof.
Pls is this necessary, and if yes, is 20 pcs not too much. And what other alternatives do I have?

I opened the phone pack, the charger and the earpiece have no Samsung written on them.

I have actually been thinking of using the common PVC we use here in Nigeria for ceiling but then I had some doubts it could serve.but when u mentioned cladding panels ( before now I was thinking it's only the external panels used especially on public buildings are called cladding panel) I had to check again and I understand that the cladding PVC could also be the PVC ceiling boards.
Again, I have seen plastic materials like that in toilets abroad but I kept wondering till now how they fixed it because It didn't look like the common once we have here in Nigeria
