sabama007: Yes. I diss any president and or presidents who by all known standards is not fit to lead a daycare center. If he/they were that great your lives would be awesome. Or am i wrong? Yes. I also diss fraudsters. I mean the people you call pastors. The reason you all revere them so much is because a lot of you are lazy, greedy and fearful. Lazy because you do not know nor want to take the time to invest in the knowledge to be successful. Which is by the way, the reason you all flock churches and not because of your fictitious salvation. A lot of you are lazy because rather than rolling you sleeves up and get to doing what needs to be done to succeed, you'd rather be on your knees praying to an imaginary god to come help you do what you can do by and for yourself. That shiit just does not make any iota of sense. You are fearful because you all do not understand the concept of insurance. You all won't go for medical check ups but are kneeling and praying for good health. You wont' insure your house, but are praying that nothing bad should happen to it. You won't buy insurance for your car but are praying that you don't get in an accident. Guy, I expect all these things to happen to me. Bad shiit is normal. It is a fact of life. I embrace it which is why i prepare for it. And the most ridiculous of it all is you think donating your hard earned income will somehow make up for your lack of planing. Ok. How is that working out for you? Yes. There is freedom of speech. Just like you said yours, i have said mine. If you believed in it so much, you wouldn't even have responded to my comment in the first place. And if you don't like people quoting you, ask seun to remove the "QUOTE" tab on your account. It's there for a reason. Oh, and the moral of my initial comment is, women have it hard. We all know a lot of you want to claim purity. Especially in a country where women are treated like slaves so dissing one another doesn't add value to your gender. When we all know that the shiit could easily happen to you. You never jam davido so we may never know. |

Iyajelili: He never said not to go after it. Do you need a gospel to prosper? What he's telling you in summary is that the wealth and success you rightly aspire to can be gotten without these fraudsters fleecing you to death. Do you know how absurd it sounds when a man who you donate your hard earned income to tells you that your faith is not strong enough which is why you are not as rich as him? No. The reason he is rich is because you made him rich and the reason you are poor is because you keep giving him your money. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

davodguy: The bolded is so funny. I almost died of laughter. You might wanna take your advice on that first before you go about telling others to do so. I thought you were going to show us an example of a Soldier accidentally discharging his fire arm among civilians. Firstly, I am a SGT First Class type in the United States Army so i speak from experience. I do not need google on this issue. Secondly, the example you have provided and what we are talking about here are two totally different and unrelated incidents. What has a group of Soldiers celebrating xmas and accidentally discharging their weapon, and a misfired missile in a war zone got to do with one another? As a Soldier, one thing that is drummed into our heads from day one in boot camp is weapons handling. We are made to carry our weapons from the second week till the day we graduate so we understand the implications of phucking around with it. Any mistake we make during training with our weapon is treated as if it is real life and the repercussions are severe. Now for the example you gave. As a Soldier, during war, especially when missiles are concerned, there are going to collateral damage. It is almost unavoidable. But that being said, an investigation would be done and if there is fault from anyone in the chain of command, i really feel sorry for that Soldier. We are held accountable for our equipment and the lives we are sworn to protect. That obviously does not apply to Nigeria in this instance because we are still trying to even identify who the soldier is. 1 Like |

excess4luv: Guy, this is why i say invest in studying history. You think America, Britain, etc, had it easy? The only reason they managed to stay clear of the precipice is because of it's people. Please explain to me how just being a decent human being is difficult? The different between Nigerians and American is not it's system of politics. You actually share the same system. The difference are it's people. One has an extremely high ratio of decent human beings while for the other, it is the reverse. How hard is it to not suspect someone and just unilaterally decide to execute them? How hard is it to talk to yourselves collectively and decide amongst yourselves that giving and collecting bribes is detrimental to future generations? How hard is it to agree to not collect salt and garri before casting your vote? For an American, A German, A swiss, etc, making these kinds of decisions is a no-brainer but to a Nigerian, it will be the most difficult thing in the world. More difficult than space exploration. Since you want to dance the questions i have been asking, the answer is; Nigeria is the way it is because of it's people. The leaders it has had have all come from it's citizenry and not from the moon. They are generally bad in an extremely high ratio such that the good ones can never make any sort of changes that would benefit the country. The bad ones will shut them down. No nation can survive with this kind of ratio disparity. |

asuustrike2009: Did you read what i wrote at all? Of course there are some people in the US who believe that donating their hard earned income to fraudsters will make them rich in the long run but compared to the general population, that number is significantly small. Plus, the only reason people like you believe this fallacy is because of the economic situation you find yourselves in. If you lived in a robust society, the chance of even thinking that way would be significantly low. Personally, i am very apprehensive of anyone who thinks like that. It means they are capable of doing anything to be successful. Why would i depend on anybody for my success when i can go out there and get it done by myself? |

GraGra247: It is very possible. How do i know this? Because i did it. I weighed 280 pounds in Oct 2005 and in 3 months i had dropped down to 175 pounds. She basically said everything i did. No soda, constant cardio, portioned foods, Muscle failure exercises, and drinking water constantly. You'd be surprised what that regimen can do a person's physic if applied the right way. 2 Likes |

asuustrike2009: It is not about you. If it were only you no problem, but we are talking about more than half the population believing that giving a pastor/fraudster your salary makes sense. Do you know how dangerous that is? A society is only allowed a certain percentage of insanity. When the number of insane people outnumber that of the sane ones, then that country is phucked. That is the problem in Nigeria. The number of insane, corrupt people outnumber that of the people who are normal. That is why the world looks at Nigeria as a corrupt nation. Obviously not everyone is corrupt but because of the ratio they look at everyone as corrupt. You think in the US people don't believe that giving their pastors their hard earned income is the right thing to do? But the number of people who think like that is significantly small compared to people who think with their heads on right. The normal ones help balance the equation. So whatever social and and economic damage these lunatics cause, the sane ones help repair. |

excess4luv: Again, still dissecting the symptoms. The Reason America, Britain, Germany, Scotland, etc, are great countries is not because of one leader. It is because of it's people. It's citizens are the reason these countries churn out one good leader after another. This is a proven fact. In contrast, Nigeria is filled with bad citizens hence the reason they will continue to have one bad leader after another. I don't know if you realize this but leaders come from the citizenry. If the citizenry does not change, the country will continue to have bad leaders. Play any of Fela's songs and you'll think he just released them yesterday. Nigerians keep blaming it's leaders but gladly vote for the same ones who perpetuate their circumstance. How does that make sense? In the face of oppression, the citizenry has tremendous power to do something. Not doing anything indicates they are comfortable with the status quo. |

excess4luv: You still do not want to answer the question. You keep pointing out the symptoms. I know Buhari has failed woefully as expected. It may not have been obvious then that he would fail but i knew a mile out. How did i know? Based on Nigeria's history, there was nothing to indicate he would do better than his predecessors. Same way i know that with the current trajectory Nigeria is on, the next 50 elections will only produce far worse leaders. I ask again, why do you think this keeps happening? 1 Like |

excess4luv: You have still answered the key question. Is this the first time you have seen this happen? The obvious answer is no. The next question is, why does it keep happening? The obvious answer is also there. You all just don't want to face it. Hence the repetition of history. |
