In my years of applying to UKVI in and out country, I have never seen UKVI address an email as Dear Applicant,n. Ideally addressed with your name (or maybe the third party applying on your behalf). UKVI wouldn't even handle your application until after biometric

2012 refusal doesn't sound right unless you are paraphrasing what ukvi said. 2018 and 2019 refusals are not medical / hospital related so it seems that was all cleared and has nothing to do with 2012 refusal.

Again, Student visa is a point based system. As long as you meet all the requirements and declare all refusals, you wouldn't be refused. Las las dem go interview you to determine if you are a genuine student.

I think there's a part of the form that asks if you've used any govt hospital / GP. You surely need to attach the bills. But are they your bills or the kids?

In 2012 I was refused a visiting Visa because I had my 2 kids in the uk with a visit visa instead of medical visa, of which I submitted my hospital bills for both and a letter saying am not owing. So in 2018 I reapply for a visit visa and was refused again, reason was that they are not sure if I planned coming back. Also reapply 2019 and was refused again, reason been that I used my company acc and am not the only shareholder so that the money wont be available for me. Now that I want to apply for a student visa, will I be refused? And should I attach my hospital bill when am submitting my visa. Please your advice is needed

You do not have to do anything. You have a visa on your passport with is enough at the point of entry.

PBS is Point Based System. Student visa / skilled workers / global talent etc categories fall under PBS

UKVI has made it clear that as long as it's regulated by the financial regulatory body in the country you’re applying from (CBN in this case)

If Sisipainter commercial bank is regulated by CBN, you can use it

I asked a friend who is in German to help use his card to pay for my British airways return ticket to London. (I also intend to get PTA with this)
My sister told me now that if he using his card to make this payment on my behalf, then I will have problems with immigrants when traveling.

WAEC and NECO can’t amend an error, that will involve a whole lot of things, changing their whole data both online and offline, they can simply write a letter to acknowledge the mistake

Most school don’t accept affidavit, mine didn’t accept affidavit. He should get a letter from NECO or his secondary school

NECO / WAEC is basically to show Knowledge of English. And if you no get WAEC and NECO can't add, na to do IETLS

If you mean 'do you have to carry out transaction', no you don't have to.

Unless I dey misinterprete am, if dependant and applicant are applying at the same time, the one you attached meets the financial requirements including using parent account.

If they are applying separately, dependant cannot use applicant's parents

I don’t think your mom can sponsor your wife . Better to have the money for the both of you transferred to your account. Only spouse or parents can sponsor as per POF

Hi everyone, please i need clarification. While applying for my tb test two months ago i didnt know that I will get sponsorship so I filled the visa category details as visa without sponsorship. Fast forward to now i got a government sponsorship for my tuition and the uk university I applied to is aware of it, do i need to change that particular details on my tb certificate or i should leave it like that and go ahead to apply for my visa.

UKVI will accept money that is frozen in a certificate of deposit. However the certificate of deposit must prove that the money has already been held for 28 days.

Secondly I'm being sponsored by my mother and she has enough funds to cover for both if us but it is in a fixed deposit account. Will that suffice for POF?

Thirdly I'm going to Ulster University Birmingham campus as I've been waiting for UCB to get back and I intend to pay deposit to Ulster this Friday, how's their pre CAS interview like and how long before they issue CAS.

(I think) He means NCDC approved test centers. Don't mix 'approved' with 'recognised' test centers. About 3 months ago, airport officials did not allow a lady board BA flight because she did not use one of the approved centers.

Whether that's changed, I don't know

Which one is NCDC test again kwanu, is it different from the normal covid test? If it’s normal covid test then it doesn’t matter where you take it so far it’s at a recognized center

If you look few pages back, a similar question was asked. You can apply in Dubai with your naija account as long as you meet all the requirements and can show you have the right to reside there.

PBS visa is completely different to tourist/visitors visa. Whether you use your papa or your own o, it wouldn't make any difference as long as you meet up with the requirements.

Please @justwise or anyone who can should advice me how I can explain the 2 tourist visa refusal to UK (these are the only refusal I have 4 years ago) in my student visa application? Should I use my father's account as POF because of this?
Reasons were mainly that I don't have sufficient fund for the travel and that my salary does not corrolate with the fund I have in my account and that they are not sure I will return.
