E-sign the letter of consent

Pls, those who traveled b4 their dependants. How did you and your spouse get to sign the Consent Letter(for the kids) together during their(dependants) visa applications? Since both signatures are required for the letter of consent.
I'm asking cos the main applicant has already traveled to uk while spouse and kids hasn't yet.

If you have the patience, submit an AR as it's an easily winnable case.

If you have the funds, reapply and clearly iron out their errors.

Now the question is; are we to write the sponsor as "uncle" or as "brother in-law"?

As a student, you will have to apply for it

We've discussed this severally here that as long as you legally reside in any country, you can apply anywhere and you don't have to wait for anyone. If you had read just few pages back, you will have noticed @Olaola01 @yemiyeni applied from UAE

Universities tend to have Account Managers who in some way have direct contact with UKVI.

Is your uni aware and looking into it for you?

Should be an error. I had the same issue. Got another interview invite 2 days after interview. I wrote them and they asked me to ignore that it was a mistake.

Am still waiting for a decision since 6th July.

The traditional way i meant is The 'husband applicant, wife dependant' parole.

Maybe you are confusing US immigration with UK. I don't think UK immigration have that authority.

Immigration officers do not have that authorisation to check one's mobile phone. The police however can only if arrested.

Please lets be very truthful. Everything is recorded, even at the point of entry. Some years back at the point of entry, I overheard one of the entry officers was grilling a Nigerian woman. He asked how long she would be staying and she said one month and the officer said thats what you said the last time and you stayed 5months! He got that I believe from the computer in front of him. I don't know how it ended but I learnt a lesson from that.

Also if per chance you are put aside for extra scrutiny, your phone will be collected and checked and supposed you have lied that you don't have any relative there, your phone will expose you as a liar.
But then there are relatives that you may have in the UK that you don't relate with, the answer is still yes I have relations here but I do not relate with him/her and he or she does not even know that am coming to the UK and I don't want him/ her to know. There's no law that says you must have a cordial relationship with all your relations!

Even if he's not, I've heard people actually do it.

You don't have to return to naija. You can apply where you are as long as you are legally resident there

You will still need to fill the passenger locator form anyways. Fill form with the updated address

In my own case i uploaded hotel quarantine booking when applying for the visa but i have now secured a month accommodation for my quarantine & stay and i have canceled the hotel booking because these gives me values for my money and close to my school. Admin review is basically to prove them wrong and based on ST5.1 immigration rules, you can't submit additional documents. Refused on the grounds of not being genuine student is extremely difficult to overturn using Admin review. Unless the school understands and willing to re-issue CAS, I will suggest you try another univ for the next intake.

Hi Guys! I need help regarding my visa application. I already submitted and my application was refused on the ground that they are aren’t sure I will actually study when I get to the UK.

I was interviewed twice… first interview was not scheduled while the second one was. The questions they asked were 90% similar. And TBH guys, the first interview wasn’t good enough but I quickly prepared myself for the second interview but unfortunately they didn’t use that to assess me.

Now the issue is I am being asked to request for administrative review which is kinda new to me… I would appreciate assistance on

1. How to make a valid argument in my review
2. Or should I just forget it and focus on a new application
3. What are the implications if I don’t review the decision
4. And may I ask what is the success rate of administrative review…
5. Can I still apply at Teesside or a different school would be better for January admission

I have more questions but let me stop here first…
