Again.. We have answered this question a million times if you read just few pages back. You can apply anywhere in the world as long as you have the permit to reside in the country. As for POF, you can use naira account from anywhere as long as you meet the requirements. 2C1E: Ha! I have used my Wema account already to apply for my cas.. I thought I can apply from abroad |

Nothing but false. ggg4: If you doing it anywhere outside Nigeria make sure you use the POF from a bank in a country you would be applying from. I live abroad too and I had to come home to apply because my money is in naira. I hope this helps. |

It falls under FLR (HRO) outside the PBS rules which I mentioned earlier using Article 8 right to family life. I remember helping a friend with article 2 and 8 back then .. Best to also involve a solicitor if there's a need to dustydee: With kids involved, there may be a way. I am not sure if "right to family life" applies here but you can research that while we wait for the experienced ones like Lexusgs430. Meanwhile, what is you skillset? You can look for a Tier2 sponsored job as well. |

Sorry to hear. For unforeseen situation like this, the process of switching to another category doesn't come cheap. The cheapest will be to switch to a skilled work / Health visa OR Temporary Worker - Religious Worker visa but you will have to find a sponsor The easiest is to switch to a student visa There's Innovator visa (formerly Tier 1 Entrepreneur) but requires lots of investment funds. You can look up Startup visa (don't know if you are eligible) You can also look up FLR (HRO) but it's a category outside the rules. The chances are slim hence doesn't guarantee approval. All the best lightest: Good morning,
pls, I need urgent advice and I believe I will see a sincere and genuine one as always.
I will safe stories, I am on a dependent visa on my wife and we are to renew soonest.
we have some issues and she told me to leave the house and am sure she won't want to renew my visa for me.
what are my odds and chances of getting visa on my own pls.
it's frustrating |

There's a reason why Obama was nicknamed deporter in chief lol Congrats to your brother. Some of us like being free by doing things the right way Pascalinho4real: You don’t have family in America so you don’t know what is happening there , America have a working system but people are many , you get ICED when you get into trouble , as long as I’m concerned you will be in that country for years without been detected. Have you heard they deport someone from America like that?
Police will arrest an illegal migrant and release them later without been deported , my brother was arrested 2019 and he is undocumented immigrant and he is still in the county Atlanta Georgia precisely
So say what you are sure of …. The dream is to move to America not to remain with Eliza…..I pray we all make it IJN |

SMH.. Until you get ICEd Pascalinho4real: Visiting the US have a lot of Advantage for someone with more responsibility, he is right in his statement, America is land of opportunity and you can stay illegal in America without been detected untill you get permanent residency to return home , but UK is a police country you can’t be mobile while you are out of status , most people here turned to UK because America is difficult to get the VISA but UK visa on your passport is just like a route and an enzyme to speed up the process and success of US visa , my advice here is make UK as your transit country while you are studying… America and Canada is much better to earn a living and send money home |

Bolded is nothing but false There's no such thing as 30 hours per week. Plus what does spread out your program even means. Universities have deadline for payment for each year and they don't have students to spread anything over a period of 2 years. Except u dey go university of Argos LOL. Usually a 2 year program comes with a placement/internship and if no placement in the 2nd year within the deadline, student will be asked to do project early. This also means the university will inform UKVI of the change. Not sure how visiting US at a certain age has anything to do with any of this fetomowo: This needs to be stressed out more than once. If you don't have money for living expenses. Please go to a university that you can afford.
It may help if your are coming with family - a spouse that can hustle full-time.
Spread out your program for two years by doing a two year masters. In that case you can legally work 30 hours a week. Then you can also have two summer breaks if you have a September start. Once for January start. Summer breaks usually span 3-4 months anytime between April-September depending on your school.
During summer breaks as well as between your course end date and graduation date you can work as much as your body will allow you.
Again, don't go to cities that are costly. You will struggle to pay bills. You will have no savings and most probably you won't be able to complete your tuition payment. (An advice - don't start sending money to Nigeria, save your money in the UK, keep a low profile. It's not yet time to start doing Father Christmas.)
Post Study Work Visa is not guaranteed. You can be eligible and still not get it. So you must have other plans. While you are in the UK, take the opportunity to get US visit visa (this is very important for old people - those in their 30s and above), you can look at Canada and Australia for skilled immigration, if you are pretty young (early twenties) or you are young (late twenties and early thirties) and have a family.
Those of you that like to abuse opportunities thinking no one is watching you. Better believe it the UK have your records o. Una go collect contract phone Una nor go pay. You dey owe council tax after your finish school. May be your case don dey with magistrate sef. If you are interested in PSW na to behave yourself properly o. Nor chook hand for wetin some other Naija people dey do o. Your own route is PSW, do only what will not affect your chances. You and person wey dey file for Refugee status nor be the same thing.
Another option is to do another Masters, if you've saved up. Or continue on a PhD. This need not be in the UK. If you have the money consider continental Europe, Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands etc.
By all means, make sure you are not returning to Nigeria the way you left. Well that is if jakpa is your ultimate goal. Have plan A, B, C, and D. If life happens to A, you switch to B. Start planning now!
I hope I have spoken well. |

I can't confirm this but based on what I've read here, it can be amended by the TLS guys on the day of biometrics You can prepare a letter indicating the error and get it uploaded. Refer to Ribabu(f): 9:39am On Aug 03 page 742 to avoid a scenario like this Fk1987: Pls what if the person have indicated she will be traveling with the dependent in the visa application and while the proof of funds is just for one person, what can be done? And the dependent will be coming later in the year, And she choose assisted service for her biometric. Can anything be done on the day of the of biometric to change it that she will be going alone?
Thanks for ur anticipated response. |

The school seems to be out of touch with the new rules. Send them the link and show them the rules " You, or the account holder (such as your parents or partner ), must have control of the funds you are relying on." DoubleN: Hello House,
Must the POF be in the Principal Applicants account? Can't the POF be in the accompanying spouse's account?
The School we are processing is saying that the POF must be either in the Applications account or Parents account before CAS can be issued even though they are aware that the applicant is married and marriage certificate, change of name etc. have been shared with them.
Even with his guidance is stated there https://www.gov.uk/guidance/financial-evidence-for-student-and-child-student-route-applicants
Partner account can be used if in UK or accompanying.
Am I missing something here |
