I grew up with my grandma and sort of became the professional "grinder" of all her grand children. Any day she was going to cook a big meal was a "sorrowful" day for me cos I go grind pepper tire. Hated it as a kid but guess what? As a "corper" I went to my PPA with a full complement of a complete grinding stone! Heck for the fun of it, I sold dry grounded pepper in school! Madness, I know. But that's what so-called tradition does. We hold on to antiquated beliefs because it is supposedly ingrained. As an adult sef, I still intermittently grind with grinding stone when I go to the village and want a meal cooked for me. The small children look at me in complete astonishment when I knuckle down to grind. So the "sting" in pepper is contained in the seeds. And mentally, I've told myself that even the most advanced blender cannot do justice to the seeds

That he has already set everything required for the registry and wanted to give me the "honour" of signing as his witness. I went to "war" with him. I realised that sometimes they don't really say those stuff about women to women. Other than wanting to be different and to project as good girls they also want to 'fulfil' the fantasy of having the meanest, vilest man/men be chum and buddy with them like, "look. These guys insult other women but they don't insult me. They are tender and kind to me. I'm different." Like it gives them some sort of thrill.

1. Nonsense. Men lament more because, despite being physically strong, they're generally emotionally weak. That's why a 47-year old man with a wife and 4 kids still laments about being rejected by one girl he dated when he was 22, when he himself has rejected 17 women in his lifetime. They're entitled beings who cannot take half the crap they give. They also have very low trauma-tolerance levels and tend to be more suicidal because they have this crazy notion that life should favour them.
