I meant no bandits in the SW |
Look at Fayemi calling herdsmen bandits so as to sound politically correct. Better speak out and defend your people rather than playing to the gallery. There are no bandits in the SE but Fulani Herdsmen. |
GEJ actually won over 25% votes in the NW and NE which is what the electoral act specifies. Buhari won overwhelmingly in the NW and NE in 2011 but didn't get the 25% minimum in most states in the South. That's why he didn't win then. DubaiLandLord: |
According to Senator Adeola, FIRS would not recruit in the year 2021. He said this in the presentation of the approved FIRS budget in the senate. Will this have any impact on our expectations in FIRS? Or will any new recruitment be tagged replacement from last year? |
We didnt pay the premium amount to have missiles fitted to the ships. The same class of ships were also purchased by the Bangladesh Navy and are missile capable. They paid about 20 million dollars extra to have that capability. If we decide to have them fitted with missiles, we can send them back to China for retrofitting. |
After watching band of brothers, the follow up should be the Pacific. This one is about the events of world war two in the Pacific area. Very bloody. I concluded that the European theatre was more humane after I finished watching the Pacific. Another great one coming up is Masters of the Air. |
Rest in peace sir. Every soul must taste death. Former Military Administrator of Oyo State Under Abacha. He arrested protesters in Ibadan, Oyo state and called them Prisoners of war. Lol. |
@poorboy: I am interested in the job offer and payment. Here is my email; nyakoinusa@gmail.com |
@poorboy: sent you a DM. How can we contact you directly? Very interested since it's pay after job is secured. Proof of funds can be shown before you go on. |
Otunbalai:Very likely your main engine mount (engine seat), the one at the top of engine is bad. |
Blair house is not the official residence of the VP. The official VP residence is the naval observatory. |
Whyem15:I saw a report in 2019 that Pakistan government economic committee approved the sum of 184 million from Nigeria for the purchase of 3 JF17 jets. This sum includes the missiles, targeting pods and laser guided bombs. I suspect pilot training may be a part of this cost. This brings the sum for each of them to be about 61 million each. Looking at NAF budget from 2017, you would observe that Nigeria was making yearly payments of about 60million USD(about 22 -25 billion naira) for the Jf17 jets which adds up. Subsequent orders should be less than 61 million USD per plane because the infrastructure should be on ground to support the planes and many pilots trained. However, I think the base sum of 25million USD should be for the base block 1 version with a basic radar and no missiles, pods and armaments added. These add-ons can be very expensive especially radar, targeting pods and missiles. If we have scooped up many missiles with this initial order, then I am sure future orders would be slightly cheaper probably @ 40 million USD per plane for the block 2. Block 3 would definitely be priced higher since it will have an AESA radar and the most advanced Chinese BVR missile which would put it in the same class as the latest F-16. |
It was 2006 not 2007 |
radautoworks:Please I would like to ask of any good conventional/mineral oil of the 5w30 grade I can use for a 2004 Corolla. I have searched wide and it's the expensive synthetic oils I always see in that 5w30 grade. The cheapest I have seen is Mobil Semi synthetic locally made 5w 30 at 5500 naira. I have been using it but it shorts at 2500km so I have to top up one litre and use till 4500-4800km then I go for service. I prefer frequent oil changes so I don't want to use expensive synthetic 5w 30 oils. |
Good ebening |
This is super story,a life of strife and struggle |
Good evening my people. I am trying to start out on Bolt as a side hustle. I did the registration yesterday and uploaded my valid driver licence and photograph. My question is how long does it take before I get a feedback from them on the registration? |
Very suspicious. If it was for real, you won't come online to sell |
Sad news. Madam Halita passed on yesterday. She has been buried. May God comfort her family and all who knew her. She was at the forefront of the struggle all these years. May she rest in peace. |
@pusapou: we thank God we're able to take care of ourselves with the monthly pension. No matter how small, it is better than when we had nothing. I would like to ask if you heard anything on the arrears. Is there any provision in 2020 budget to cover part or all of the arrears. Abeg give us information on the arrears if you have. It will be good if even one or two years arrears are paid this year. |
0taPiaPia:Don't send any money to anyone. Those ATEN people are the greatest scammers ever. They are not afraid to lie and extort money from some pensioners who are not well informed. Do think they will prosper by these scams? They're receiving their monthly pension from PTAD but it is apparently not enough for them so they want to eat people's money and live big. God is watching them. Greedy lots. Any bulk payment would come from the FG through PTAD and it will only be for the years of 2012 and 2018 outstanding monthly pension arrears. There is nothing like 20 years pension buy out. It won't happen now or in the future. |
Yes, august pension has dropped. It started coming in two days ago. As for arrears, that one na million dollar question. It all depends on whenever government releases funds for it. I believe a part of it may have been captured in 2019 budget but as you know, budgeting in Nigeria is a very opaque process. |
A PTAD staff informed that Nitel/Mtel is not eligible for the 33% pension increment arrears as it is for the pure civil service pensioners. Also, all variations had already been captured in computing our pension that we receive now. So what we should be asking is our arrears for the past years |
Dbanj- Gbono Feli Feli by Don Jazzy. I know it's not within OP's 10 year range but that beat was madt and still is today. Absolute respect to Don Jazzy for this beat and all the great beats on many More Hits tracks. I miss the Mo Hits days. Kaiii. |
What i would say is that the Office of Accountant General is the most corrupt agency in Nigeria. This diversion of funds came from there. If Buhari is ready to fight corruption, he should start from there. Those people are brazenly evil and corrupt. They don't give a damn about the way they divert funds for their own interests. Maybe the saving grace for us is that the Finance Minister is back to her position and she would try to protect our interests. We hope and pray so. If she was not appointed back, then I would have said we should all not expect regular pension payments. The talk from what I gathered from my sources is OAGF is complaining that the Nitel/Mtel monthly pension Bill is too high for one single agency compared to other agencies and pure civil service pensioners. They may try to direct PTAD to effect a downward review of the pension rates for Nitel. You would see that in the real sense, the FG is in a fiscally bad position. Most of FG's income is used to pay salaries and pensions and is still barely enough. Also observe that many agencies previously not on pension payroll are being added by PTAD. This means more money to be spent on pensions. My hope is that they pay the arrears so that everyone can go and sort themselves. |
We all know Bello gave those aspirants money to contest against him. From what I heard, each aspirant was given over 40million to contest and later support Bello for the primaries. I expect Kofi people to forget party affiliations and be wise in voting out Bello. |
It seems the delay in pension payments for Nitel is because of lack of funds. The outstanding 33% arrears paid to 187 agencies from July/August affected Nitel monthly payment. The FG is in serious financial crisis. Most of it's revenue is used to pay salaries and pensions. |
