Invariably I can call you mad for calling a living person based on media presentation..

Media has always lied ...
So, media is lying that your leader OlumbaOlumba is dead because you claim to talk to him?

Are you still broke and sex starved after talking to your supposedly undead leader, or is what you are doing here part of your "promise to do whatever you want"?

Freeze007:
I am broke
Sex starved

I do want to get a girlfriend but obviously I need money to keep them, ladies please connect me to get a job, please, I promise to do whatever you want...I mean it!

How would you react if I say Budaatum is dead when I can chat with Buda?
We would say you are mad because buda is not yet dead. I do wonder how you think people would react if you claim to be talking to budaatum long after budaatum dies though.

While testifying before the tribunal sitting in Kaduna yesterday, the college provost, Dr Richard Ogunleye Ibrahim said, “We have thoroughly checked our records for year 2011/2013 academic session and we do not have a student with the name Lawal Adamu with registration number A11/PA/1147.”

The provost continued, “However, we can confirm that we have a female student; Halima Ibrahim Ndanusa, as the bona-fide student with the same registration number A11/PA/1147 that graduated in the period under review”.
The more our eyes open the less these frauds would succeed.

In my short stay in the UK, I noticed that almost everyone smokes and they smoke to keep their insides warm because of their extreme climate.
The above is not true. Smoking does not "keep their insides warm" and no one in UK would tell you it does!

Smoking in fact shortens your life and ruins your teeth and makes you stink and is the equivalent of folding a ten pound note and burning it.

Now it is crisp.....
You should stop trying to recruit me if you believe I am a liar.

His son, the current olumba, is Rowland.

Contrary to what his belivers would rather have you think, Olumba Olumba Obu, the man who gathered followers after himself, claiming to be God, has since died.

This much was revealed by one of his former frontline followers who is now a Pentecostal Pastor. This former follower, Pastor Lovina Amangala Iburene of The Truth Ministry/The True Lovers of Christ, World Charity Ministry, Lagos, told News Express that Olumba, whose Brotherhood of the Cross and Star is headquartered in the South-South state of Cross River, died way back in 2003.

According to her, “Olumba gave up the ghost and was secretly buried… He died in the night.” And when asked how she came to know, the firebrand pastor who left Brotherhood of the Cross and Star in 2001 said: “I was informed by an insider.”

Iburene also accused the leadership of the church of sustaining the Olumba myth through sheer deception. Olumba Olumba Obu has yet to be seen in public since 2003. She continues: “The level of deception rose to the stage where if asked by journalists and their members from afar, the answer is always ‘he is sleeping’. To those from nearby places, he has ascended into heaven. Lies upon lies!,” Iburene said.

Olumba had on April 14, 2000, crowned his son Rowland as the “Christ”, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Rowland is now effectively in charge of the church.

It's Nairaland where some can not be reasonable.

If I were you I'd do whatever I have to do to get what I need to do what I want to do instead of seeking advice about what to do from those who do not much or worse.

An alternative to what you've suggested you do is join a woman's support group in your neighbourhood. There is bound to be one.

That last one makes me think of opening a woman's support group thread, but I would need to convince women not to respond to the pigs who would undoubtedly swarm the thread.

Ogbanje spirit my black ass. Unfortunately, believing it makes it real in her head and now obviously in your head too.

You both need educating out of believing this stupid rubbish nonsense, or you will both continue being victims of your ignorant beliefs.

Start by learning simple bookkeeping so you know where your money comes from and goes and can "give account were the money is"!

And if you like the girl, get her some education so she becomes responsible instead of a victim of her beliefs.

The universities you mention might make profit now but I am certain they had many years of loss making while they built up infrastructure and reputation.

Universities are not set up for profit alone, but to educate. And if you set up a university for profit you would likely fail due to low standards, as you'd pay peanuts and therefore hire monkeys as lecturers.

Maybe it's time to put some pressure on Sergio Perez. He's been faffing about too much. If not for Verstappen being so dominant the Constructor's title would have been under some threat
Riccardo actually would be a threat to Sergio, since the Bulls do have a reputation of switching drivers a la Gasly Toro Rosso and back.

She may not be the one wishing to learn the trade.

However, it's not bad to start when they are younger
This parent is hopefully not imposing a trade or skill on the child, but has seen what the child is interested in and directing.

Op, sport is an option if she likes sports. Football helps build strong legs to stand on and tennis builds strong arms. And that's apart from other skills (effort, teamwork, dedication, practise, self reliance etc) that she may learn.

I am very delighted to see that you learnt and "CANCELLED THE THOUGHT OF ARRESTING MY FATHER OR TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST HIM OR ANY OTHER PERSON". One more thing though. I am certain you must have said some very horrible words to your father. I would now therefore suggest you find a way to cancel those words so their effect does not live on.

Perhaps tell your dad you misspoke because of temporary insanity or heat stroke or struggle or something, and you are really so pleased he saved your brother and put a roof over the heads of your mother and siblings with your palm oil money.

Also explain how you struggle and how difficult it is, and since he seems to have had the same struggling experiences you are having he might tell you about some mistakes he made that you might learn not to.

And the best of luck to you.

Hardtotrust:
Thank you dear nairalanders for your contributions. I still believe my anger wasn't out of place. Anyone in my shoe knowing the pains would have done or intended to do the same or even worse.

Having read very useful and meaningful comments here, I HEREBY CANCELLED THE THOUGHT OF ARRESTING MY FATHER OR TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST HIM OR ANY OTHER PERSON.

I believe God who gave me the grace will still give me to do more for myself and for others including those I am not related to by blood.

I have already spoken with my father on phone and there's peace among us. I have apologized to him for whatever wrong thing I did.

Once again, thank you all for your concern. I really appreciate. If not for this thread, only God knows what would have happened next, but it's ok. I have forgiven and I have moved on.

Lastly, if you wish to support my struggle, that will go a long way for me especially at this period.
