The horrible members of the House , are very Confused and faustrated. Who really are they representing the citizens or their families, cos at this point I think they are after their pockets and bank accounts cause of the bogus amounts of projects they have in this budget, which they will never implement when funded. Nigerians by now should have known the pranks these horrible members are playing, when given money for constituency project they look for smaller projects(buying wheel barrows, cutlass, bicycle and motorcycles) thereby dodging the better portion of the funds for themselves and their families. I think it is time, we start probing this members. Now they are crictizing Ngozi, who is doing her best to ensure that this country is economically in order, just because she has told them the truth. God is watching you people oooo

Well, the kids or youths can go ahead and insult the president. They have all been paid by the enemies of this government to insult the president, funny enough the insults will get us to no where. PoliticsRe: A GEJ Supporter Lists Gej's Achievements, Let's Talk About Them by Bukkyade: 2:08am On Jul 30, 2012
Those listed above and so many more are the achievements of GEJ, it's high time we call a spade by it name. We can not continue to keep deceiving others when we know the truth ourself just because you hate the man, or cause some enemies of the government have paid you, to come here and tell all sort of lies against Mr. President. I can proudly say that this government is working and would do better.

PoliticsRe: Jonathan Reacts To Impeachment Threat by Bukkyade: 12:53pm On Jul 20, 2012
odomanis: This house of reps are the most rascally, corupt and inconsistent we have ever had.(1). When the budget was prepared, did they not invite each minister to defend their budgets? why not call the ministers now to ask them why they are not implementing the budgets which they defended? (2)Where they not probing MDA's directly by themselves? Why didnt they warn the President to probe those MDAs? Because they expect Ministers to bribe them so as to get bigger allocations in the budget that is why they must do that. Because they expect the MDAs to settle them during probe that is why they must probe. May be because they have collected bribes from these ministers and MDAs,they no longer have the face or guts to call them for questioning. We are in this country together, let us see who will impeach GEJ.DEN OF ROUGUES AND ARMED ROBBERS. OBJ IS RIGHT.
No mind the criminals, dem dey find Ghana must-go bags, and am very sure GEJ is not even ready to share 5naira nylon to dem, they have jammed better rock. Na only noise dem go make.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Reacts To Impeachment Threat by Bukkyade: 12:40pm On Jul 20, 2012
I think the house is just making issues out of nothing? They want GEJs' office by all means, first they summoned him, now they want to impeach on what basis if I may ask. This man is ensuring that the budget is implemented well with accurate accountability, and strict supervision. He is not sleeping about it, he is put to do his job. HOR should just give it a rest, cos Mr.Integrity has turned to Mr. Corruption aka bribe chopper does not give them the right to feel, everyone is like them. Atleast, with this response they should know that this man knows his job, and has able hands that are assisting him. Things might not go as fast as they want, but the aim will be achieved.

oge4real: One week, one trouble for Nigeria. On the bright side, this may create jobs for some of our graduates from the agriculture department.
not only jobs for the unemployed, but business for the farmers, and the increase of cassava production. It is a very welcomed idea.

PoliticsRe: GEJ Forwards Petroleum Industry Bill To NASS - Allison-Madueke by Bukkyade: 3:58am On Jul 19, 2012
Theben: Is this sarcasm or what? Isn't she the most corrupt minister in Nigeria?
only in the figment of your imagination. Who made her the most corrupt politician? You? Abi Nairalanders? A times, we just sit down and slam imaginary convictions on people. No body can come out to give logical facts in support of these unfounded allegations against this woman.
In Nigeria, if you fight corruption, corruption will fight you back. This woman's sin is that she chose to rid the sector of subsidy corruption. She had the courage to attempt to pull out a subsidy regime which has turned people, especially from the North, to Billionaires over night.
PoliticsRe: GEJ Forwards Petroleum Industry Bill To NASS - Allison-Madueke by Bukkyade: 1:31am On Jul 19, 2012
I'm beginning to think that the Minister of Petroluem, DIEZANI Allison Madueke, maybe the most underrated Minister in our history. She has shown a strong will to transform the sector against all odds. All her policies and programmes are groundbreaking.
She has scored first in so many things. She is the first to take courageous steps towards full deregulation of the Petroluem industry. She is the first to withdraw subsidy upon which the cabal has corruptly enriched themselves over the years. She is the first to invite external reputable auditors to investigate NNPC while in office. She is the first to improve the local content in the crude oil export market. A policy which has encouraged indigenous companies to compete with the likes of Shell in the export of crude. She is the first to harmonize a comprehensive PIB for passage by the National Assembly. This woman is really doing well

These idiots must twist every event to attack GEJ. what has the President got to do with someone's emergence as NBA chairman? It is an insult on the sensibilities of lawyers to say so. In other words, the NBA cannot muster the wisdom to choose an independent leader of their choice? Crap! The author of this post should tell it to the marines, not me

PoliticsRe: FG Lifts State Of Emergency In Four States by Bukkyade: 10:50pm On Jul 18, 2012
Godjone: Dis a very bad idea considering d smatness an level of sophistication of boko haram. How do u explain such a situation? In d presence of d military, d afected citizens r living in fear how much more wen they r remuved. Who ever is pushing 4 dis must hav a rethink because remuvin d military 4rm those volatile state is lyk creating an express way 4 boko haram 4 futher atak. D must nt lift it dats my take
Boko haram is not sophisticated. Don't elevate those idiots. They re just a bunch of cowards. If they were sophisticated, they should focus on their real targets and not the defenseless citizens. They listed major govt institutions as their target but they have not been able to achieve one. The Nationa Assembly is still there standing gidigba. The transform Hilton is there. aso rock, Army defense hw, CBN, NNPC, NCC,. Their attack at the police headquarters was futile as the bomber was diverted to the car park. If they are sophisticated, they should attack and rescue their detained leaders KABIRU SOKOTO and co, at SSS . What they know how to do best is to attack defenseless worshippers in churches in the North. They chose those isolated churches out of fear of facing their real targets. COWARDS.
PoliticsRe: Oshiomole Gives GEJ Credit For Edo's Free & Fair Election! by Bukkyade: 5:35pm On Jul 17, 2012
So what would have been the case, if Adams did not win. I guess the election would have been decleared rigged by him. Well, thanks to GEJ for being a good leader and leading by example. Bad belle people should now begin to reason well, and not shallow.
PoliticsRe: Let's Praise Gej by Bukkyade: 3:22am On Jul 16, 2012
jamace: That's right. No praise for GEJ, at all. Edo people know what they want and they went for it. Chikenan.
what did Edo people know that they went for? If GEJ Sought to manipulate the elections in favour of PDP. it's as easy as ABC.

He deployed over 3000 soldiers to that state. If he had told them to guard PDP to rig, how many of you here would have gone to fight the military?
How many of you noisemakers on this forum would have gone to retrieve election result sheets from Tony Anenih's house, if he was in custody of such, under the protection of military men?
How many of you would have gone to stop a returning officer who decides to answer a call in Abuja, like EKITI REC, did few years ago before announcing the winner of EKITI re run?
If INEC decides to keep you busy in the field with fake election results while the originals are in custody of PDP faithfuls, how would you fight that?
If the 18 returning officers decides not to visit the council secretariats but rather collates results at INEC Offices and fabricates figures for declaration, what will you do? Attack the military? Or burn down INEC OFFICE which doesn't add anything since the results are already declared? Or block roads? Or what?
What most of you noisemakers have failed to realize is that once a result is declared by the competent officer whether fraudulently or ruggedly, it remains valid till overturned by an election tribunal.
A more desperate president like OBJ would do anything to have his party declared as winner and ask the looser to head to court.
Oshiomhole knows this much and that is why he didn't even bother to thank his A.C.N leaders nor those of you making noise for him before rushing to pay gratitude to GEJ publicly.

Beaf: `` I want to appreciate Mr President with his resolve and public pronouncement that he would provide adequate security for the people and the INEC staff before, during and after the election.

``I am glad that Mr President kept to his words of assurance that there would be no thuggery, hooliganism and violence during the Edo Governorship Election.

He said that the president had led by example, which is the hall mark of a statesman.

``He is indeed a statesman, a man of honour because there was adequate and effective presence of security agents on ground.

``I am impressed because the army actually played a neutral role .in the election,’’ he said.

-Oshiomole

Old Wizard: Mr hypocrisy! Praise GEJ for everything and blame him for nothing. would you admit GEJ is responsible for the insecurity in Nigeria?
continue fooling yourself. Those who breed a tiger finally end up in its belly.

Let your OGA dem continue to sponsor Boko Haram. Shebi na 15 yr old boy commit suicide bombing for mosque?
The violence is now coming home gradually. If they like, let them continue to brainwash their subjects. Their bombings are coming round to them.
What you don't know is that the more they throw this bombs, the more they solidly our resolve in the south not to vote for any northerner.
I will still vote for GEJ in 2015

dedeike: I feel you just enjoy hearing the sound of your own voice. If you could just keep quiet for a second and review the entire thread, you will appreciate that you re almost a lone voice in this failed bid to kick out GEJ in 2015.

A careful study of opinions on this thread show clearly that if an election is done today, your paymasters may be in for another shocking defeat.

One thing you must appreciate is that Nigerians are not as gullible and foolish as you think.

They have the experience and mental capacity to discern issues at each instance.

They know how elections used to be in times past. And how things have so changed since GEJ came in.

They know that the insecurity upon which you seek to deride GEJ is a calculated attempt by your paymasters in the north to distract this govt.

They might join you to criticise him now but when push come to shoves, they will tell you that they prefer those who had difficulty fighting it than those who instigated it.

They know that the power crisis has been age long and cannot be resolved in just one year of GEJ's assumption of office as PRESIDENT.

They understand very much that the new electricity tariff is not deliberate exploitation but a reform policy aimed at having a cost reflective price that will encourage private sector participation in the power sector.

They listen to news and are informed about the ongoing privatization of PHCN.

They are following all the reforms in the ports, NNPC, PIB, etc

They are cool with Jonathan

PoliticsRe: GEJ Condemned For Appointing Aig-imoukhuede To Subsidy Verification Panel by Bukkyade: 1:30am On Jul 10, 2012
dedeike: WHEN THE CAT IS AWAY....
it's easy to ask people who may not have the time to join issues with you about the presidents scorecard. Please ask me.

INFACT, I HAVE OPTED TO REPRODUCE A SUMMARY OF HIS SCORECARD THAT YOU CAREFULLY DODGED ON SATURDAY.

The transformation agenda is on course. Reforms are ongoing in every sector. The finance ministry is carrying out bio metric evaluation of federal civil servants to reduce waste. There is the new integrated online payment system which helps the minister monitor transfer of public funds. Our foreign reserves have risen again to 37 billion dollars. There's the proposed Soveriegn Wealth Fund to cater for excess oil sale proceeds.
In Energy, a lot of reforms. The president is keen on transparency and thus has set up probes into the sector viz KPMG AUDIT and AIG IMOUKHEDE. The president sought to close the window of corruption by removing subsidy but the cabal misled Labour into a protest. That notwithstanding, the reforms are still ongoing and the full deregulation of the downstream sector being vigorously pursued. Last week, the FG had concluded the PIB which remains a landmark legislation that will revolutionarize the petroleum industry. Refineries are undergoing repairs and an American company, VULCAN is to build six more new refineries.

In roads, Zaria-Funtua-Gusau roads, Oshodi-Apapa with expansion and drainage works, dedicated bridge frm liverpool roundabout to Tin can ports, trailer park, Dualisation of Ibadan -Ilorin, ENUGU-Onitsha, completion of OWERRI -Onitsha, 9th mile, ongoing reconstruction of Benin-Ore-Sagamu highway measuring over 265 km, Kano-Maidugri Dualisation. Keffi -Akwanga-Lafia, award of Afikpo-Okigwe, Auchi-Okene being handled by Setraco. Loko-Eweta-Karishi bridge, Kolo-Nembe -Brass to mention but a few.

In Transport, massive reforms at the ports. Sanitisation and reduction of operating agencies to 7. Introduction of 24 hrs ports operation. Ongoing Construction of light gauge train railways across t4 cardinal point of the federation

In Aviation, massive reconstruction of major airports in the land, Enugu airport is undergoing total rehabilitation. The domestic wing of Abuja airport is also being reconstructed with expansion of roads and car parks. Same fr the international wing and the kano airports

In Education, establishment of 9 new federal universities in less than 1 year. Constructed 2 new campuses of the Nigerian law schools in Yenagoa and Yola respectively. Launched the Almajiri schools for education of itenerant Islamic pupils in the north wFhich Buhari and other northern leaders abandoned. Increased funding to almost 400 billion to education thereby setting an all time highest record. Reinvigorated the inspectorate oversight of schools leading to the revocation of some licenses from universities. Executed the landmark upgrade of university lecturers retirement age from 65 to 70.

In agriculture, for the first time in our history, we have a clearly defined agricultural policy which is targeted towards maximum utilisation of cassava for growth thru the launch of the cassava bread campaign. The policy is intended to reduce our reliance on imported wheat so as to encourage local production of cassava and it's conversion to flour for bakery. The FG has in less than one year eliminated the middlemen cartel that fed fat on fertiliser distribution at the expense of local farmers. Now through deregulation reforms, fertiliser is now accessible in the open market. he has also embarked on massive construction of silos and has increased import duties on the importation of rice in order to encourage local farmers. The efforts of the minister has been so appreciable that the world bank assisted with over 50 billion Naira for fertiliser redistribution scheme/ silos. The CBN has also set up a 500 billion loan scheme which is to assist farmers.

Like the president said during his last media chat, people like You who have found a business in criticizing him should continue while he concentrates on his ongoing reforms. That when most of his reforms I.e power sector reforms, civil service reforms, Energy reforms etc are thru, they will have a rethink.
this is what I like. Facts. Pure facts.
