You can start by encouraging your hubby to volunteer at charity events and fundraisers ( no money involved just giving his time).and hopefully he will see how those who have contributed financially to the charity event /cause have made a difference.

Also have you tried having a monthly budget or set amount? My friend had a similar situation and her husband realized he could not stop her giving and charitable ways but he gave a monthly limit. If not she would have emptied their account several times in the name of giving to charity. Also she gotten taken advantage of by a lot of people so he restricted her charity donations to certain causes and foundations. He also made sure she was giving her time and not just money

For the BFPs that have come since then we thank God. For the new members I hope u have found support from this thread like I did when I first stumbled upon it. And for those still waiting I pray you have not given up and that your faith,hope and strength is renewed.

@diegs.. I really feel for you. Depression is not good o. . just don't do anything to hurt ur self.

I really pray that your husband finds disappointment and heart break in the relationship with his ex. And simultaneously find happiness,love and support in a new relationship with you.

Pray for the EX to find intoxicating love with someone far from your household.

I have been MIA (just incase anyone has noticed ) . but i am GLAD at the number of BFP announcements that greeted me upon my return. it goes to say God is faithful even though we are not because I said to myself that after i got my BFP that i would remain on this board to provide support as much as i can. since the board provided support for me in my waiting years but na life o, it comes at us with many many many hurdles only God was able to keep us (my family).

I am not even going to try to catch up but I wanted to say a BIG congratulations to the newly pregnant ones (Pink, Skimpy, Dreams, mummyf, favorgirl **add your name here if i forgot to mention it***)

God bless and grant each one a safe delivery and safe pregnancy.

Almond milk , soy milk and rice milk . But If u still want cow/animal milk then try lactaid .

Personally I like the taste of Almond milk . Soy Milk is not TTC friendly so avoid. Rice milk is good too but the taste get as e be for my mouth.

So my vote is for Almond milk.

I don't have PCOS, but i have a sister who does( and was able to get pregnant after losing weight on a low starch diet) and have friends who do. I however try to find ways to eat healthy. May i suggest the following:

Quinoa as a substitute for rice (high in protein)

and please stop taking white sugar. while i was TTC i stopped taking sugar and used only AGAVE nectar (trust me you won't miss sugar) it is sweeter than honey and it is made from plant.most vegans use it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agave_nectar

I also encourage that instead of eliminating an entire food item you can start by limiting the portions.

Doublebls that used to happen with my dh and I and someone here adviced that I should not tell him about my O day . Something about how it gives them added pressure and it worked .

Amynimas, I can relate to.ur hormonal imbalance story . Although my prolactin was normal . I will suggest u use the ewedu as udoka used with vitaminb6. Search through her posts on this thread.

I will also recommend fertilaid and stop using sugar . That is what I did help my irregular periods.

My people I was talking with a few ladies who were once TTC and seemed like majority of them said they got pregnant as soon as they started a weigthloss plan.as in they started watching their foods , no caffeine, no sugar and then dey started losing weight. Most of them only lost about 10 pounds before BFP. I just thought I should post here to help someone
